I have been a Cricket wireless customer for a number of years now & like many people, my phone is my personal & business lifeline.So, when my old Cricket phone finally died, I needed a replacement fast!I called up this store, asked what time they were open till & because I didnt have hundreds of dollars budgeted right now for a new phone,I went there with an older (non-Cricket) phone that I had.The young lady at the Cricket store somehow got this different phone I brought in working on the Cricket system within 15 minutes!& on top of that, she spent a good amount of her time trying to even get my contact list transfered to the new phone!She was absolutely WONDERFUL & went out of her way to help me out even when she didnt have to.It was one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had & as long as Cricket has employees like her, I will be a lifelong customer. Thank You!

I was very impressed by the young lady that was working today. She was very knowledgeable about your product. She also was kind enough to suggest waiting since I had just paid my phone bill. Unfortunately I have decided to stick with Verizon because they have better cell towers.
