A truly awesome experience! Went in for a broken phone and was able to upgrade phone and all accessories at over $100.00 savings. They really care for their customers and they way they treated me I will be returning to them.....

Mr Moe is the nicest man and shows great customer service. Even when he has a lot of customers, he acknowledges you and make you feel served before he works with you. I would recommend him to any one.

After buying a phone from this dealer back in August 2017. I had to go back a few times because the stylus wasnt working. No problem got it fixed. However I went back on 3/3/18 because since they advertise they fix phones I needed my phone screen fixed and I needed a new battery. I rely on my phone for business. When my phone isnt working, I loose business. Well the man at the counter, cant remember his name. Told me it would be difficult to fix the screen. So I said OK then Ill buy another phone. I cant be with out a phone for long. He showed me another out of the box phone. I liked it and said OK I will take it. He said it would take 30 mins to unlock the phone. I said OK Ill wait. So as Im waiting there he is taking care of someone one else. He also had to program another guys phone, he gave him a loner and told him to come back. In the mean time Im still waiting for him to start on my phone. Then he makes a phone call, he calls his wife and tells her to bring the phone he has at home to the store, this is after Im in the store for close to an hour, I have already fed the meter in anticipation of waiting for him to unlock the brand new phone. Well his relative brings in the phone and this salesman tells me here you go, this is the same phone. Its unlocked you can have this one.. I said no but I want that one, right out of the box. He tells me no you cant have that one. I asked him why, he tells me all kinds of excuses and then has the audacity to tell me, whos been waiting there for over an hour now for him to program a new phone that he has no time and that he wasnt going to do it. He said I can either take the one he brought from his home . Or nothing. I chose nothing and walked out. As a sales person myself, when you offer a customer something, you keep your word. Its part of doing good business, it shows integrity. I dont know if the phone he h ad at home had been used before. It could have and it maybe wasnt. But me as a paying customer wanted the one straight out of the box . If he was to busy then he could have told me that and not have me wait and waste my time. Needless to say I drove to Batteries and Bulbs on route 18. Was treated great. They fixed my phone. They told me how long it would take and I was able to go do other things I need to get done and come back for my phone the same day. Very happy with the service at Batteries and Bulbs on Route 18. The guys name is Otis! This metro pcs has lost a a loyal customer.

The owner of the store (Moe) was one of the most courteous and helpful persons Ive dealt with in a long time. He was knowledgeable and worked with me for over an hour to rectify the issue I had with my phone (which I found out was possibly stolen prior to my purchase) before I tried to activate it. Since that phone was unable to be used now that it was red flagged he worked out a deal with me for buying a new Motorola G stylus for an excellent price. He gained a very happy customer and I look forward to dealing with him in the future!

APPALLING. dont come here. I came to buy a SIM card, when I chose the plan, I already knew the price of the plan. When the man was billing me and asking for my card to make the payment he did not mention to me before that he had additional charges (which in fact is said before charging so that the client is aware) do not fall into this scam since it cost me almost double what the plan was supposed to cost. and to add something extra the prices are expensive.
