I had a storage problem and could not do my software update. I called the store and told them my problem. He said come on down and I will see if I can help you. When I got there he looked at the phone for 5 seconds and said there is no way of fixing this, you need a new phone. I was not happy at all because I know that wasnt true. I went home and found out after researching how to reset my phone and that cured my problem without getting a new phone. I mostly write positive reviews but it was not right telling me there is no way of helping me and I need a new phone when I really didnt.Brian Nerger
No technicians in the store to help me with my problem. Wasted trip. And he told me he was not a technician after he did not know how to fix my problem. Not good customer service either.
I am beyond pleased about my experience at this Verizon. I went to another local Verizon prior to coming here, and I left due to much dissatisfaction. However, here at this location, we were treated with respect and Jai was absolutely amazing. He was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us come up with multiple situations and tried his best to get us the best deal. He did everything timely as well as helping other people in the store. I am beyond pleased with the service. We will be back with all our Verizon needs.
I am so grateful for my experience in upgrading my phone AND my daughters two phones. Kai was patient, explained EVERYTHING and got us several discounts I never knew existed. Such as, I’ve had Fios cable for two year and didn’t know I could get a monthly discount on my bill; and a teacher’s discount. Thank goodness I walked into This Verizon store.

I went here at 11 on a Sunday and there was a sign on the door saying I’ll be back in 30 min. Okay fine, so apparently there was another lady there saying she’d been waiting for 15 min already so I figured only 15 min more at the most. After waiting a bit, I decided to text the guy with the number provided on the sign, and he responded saying another 20 min. Are you kidding me? This is a job, you can’t just take off when you feel like it. Also there was a snow storm coming later that day and I wanted to go earlier rather than later. They just lost my business as I went to another store 10 min away. Unbelievable.
Muhammad was so helpful! I had a problem with my email account. He could have just told me to go to the apple store,but he didn’t . He took the time to figure out the problem. He was very friendly! Great customer service! I highly recommend him

Make sure you do your research before going. This is not a Verizon Corporate store so they set their own pricing, fees, etc. Current Verizon customers should use the Verizon app to find one of their corporate stores for transparency.Was overcharged, Set-up charges and a “deposit” were not disclosed until my new phone was set up. After multiple calls to Verizon’s customer service (who are limited in the information they have access to regarding charges at non-corporate charges) I went back to the store and was given a credit for the overcharge. There is no need for a deposit on a phone you own- Verizon didn’t even know what that was.
Great customer experience! They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They took time explaining options and walked me through using my devices. I really enjoyed my time at the store.

The reps at this location are amazing. i came in because my phone screen was not working so i got a new phone and Ashish was able transfer all my information. he spend about 2 hours with me. i want to other stores and they said they couldnt do anything for me. i would recommend this store to everyone.

Ripped me off a few months ago. Pure and simple. Sold me a phone for double the price than was listed online. On top of that it had a promo to be free on upgrade.

My daughter purchased a red phone for me and we decided to switch from my ATT plan to Verizon. We decided to visit the new Verizon store at Chimney Shopping Center. We walked in and Drew assisted us with setting up new phone and IPad too. I’ve been to a lot of stores for help. Non of the people were as great as he was to work with. If you want great service and a patient knowledgeable person to talk with. Please visit the new store at Chimney Rock located near Whole Foods.
The most painless experience Ive had with Verizon. I thought corporate was better but they did everything a corporate store could do with much better customer service and without the wait times!
