I just called to ask about Chanel lipgloss because it stated they carried that item. However, spoke with a rude guy that wasn’t helpful at all. Would never go there in person

The young lady who did my make up was nice she just didn’t know what she was doing. I would like for MAC to train their employees on how to do make up on every skin tone. I am a black female I have a light almond skin tone the young lady who did my make was a light Asian I assumed since she worked at the MAC corner that she knew how to do make up on all skin tones boy was I wrong

I was at the MAC counter today to purchase a red lipgloss. The young man working today was not friendly. When I asked him for his professional opinion about the ruby wood lipgloss, he replied “ It just a red lipgloss.” I did not feel welcome at that counter. I will not return to that location.RCF

The Macys staff is great but the MAC counter could use help. They never have anything in stock, Too many patrons and not enough employees, Customer service sucks because everyone is always on a smoke break.

Just rude! I asked the lady to help me find a lip color similar to what I showed her. All she said was every thing we have is out. She wasnt even interested in helping me. She didnt even want to help me to begin with considering the exprssion on her face.
