In terms of getting my food purchasing game on, Im happy to report that Meijer offers an outstanding selection of well-priced high quality produce, cheeses, international foods, meats, seafood, fresh baked goods and more. Bonus points for the party store and ample handicapped parking.

Although I didnt find the toy I was looking for for my son I did find 2 new books to add to my collection. 😆

Meijer has a wonderful produce department. I enjoy their crafts department as well. Their service was fast and friendly. :)

I shop very early and sometimes have to request for fresher products than those on the shelves. I have never once had a bad experience. Each of your associates are always generous enough to check in the back and bring out better product if it is available.They are all very accommodating and pleasant even if they have to check more than once in the same morning.Whoever trains your associates does a fantastic job with customer service.Just wanted to pass this on to your managers and say thanks.I also wanted to mention that you have the best self check associates. They are very helpful and patient even when their machines cause multiple trips to assist during the checkout process.Again, great training!

As a store it is no different than walmart. As an employer they are worse because they want to work until you drop. At the Bowling Green KY location my wife worked there and she is a full time Teacher and worked at Meijer. When she was hired she asked for Sundays off and a supervisor said that was OK. Then my wife was being put on to work Sundays. My wife was able to talk to the supervisor that does the schedule and she told my wife that would not happen and then that supervisor change the schedule and added the next 2 Sundays after the schedules had already been posted. My wife only request was for Sundays off so she was not working 7 days in a row and to spend a little time with me her husband. This supervisor that does the schedule knows my wife is also a teacher and has a family. Meijer tells you that family comes first... well they dont practice it. For this I will warn everyone that you should stay away from Meijer and go to Wal-Mart at least you know up front what Wal-Mart is about

My favorite grocery in Bowling Green by far. Clean, great vegetable selection and the meats are far superior to other stores in town. The employees are always nice and if you keep an eye on sales you can get some really good deals on meat.

Not overly busy at 9:30. Some people masked, others not. Prompt checkout. Friendly service.

Arrived before the posted closing time, but, was denied entry. Rude bouncer said “closed.” Which I questioned because it wasn’t closing time yet. He said “they’re closed” as if to disassociate himself from whomever decided to not let people into the store anymore tonight. But he was wearing his Meijer polo uniform. So, quit bulls**^ting people with your posted “Open” hours. Redefine your official hours to show what you actually practice so customers can make better decisions on where to go at certain times. Locking customers out early so your employees aren’t burdened by living up to your store’s open hours doesn’t show well for the integrity of this family owned Meijer serving this Bowling Green community.

Meijer’s has a great selection of groceries and other home goods. Great for college students moving back to campus!

I think its great I can bring my bicycle inside like I did today it prevents bicycles getting stolen from outside and I have baskets on mine anyway so that is a handy bike for me

I put this one start for the only reason I never been to this store Im from Tennessee and I call my first time for asking something when I waiting with beautiful songs like 5 minutes and I asking for something and they tell my I not provide this information when supposed is customer service need to provide everything thing information for all customer if I drive 1 hours or two and I dont find what I looking for I los gas and time thanks for your good service meijer Walmart have more better service!!! Hi, my husband and I both were in the Meijer store in Bowling Green KY today, Im immunocompromised with Lupus/SLE and I wear 2 masks when I go out for essentials. BOTH of the deli attendants there today were unmasked preparing customers deli cuts....HOW is this ok?? Its one thing for customers to be unmasked but quite another for your employees preparing deli cuts to be unmasked. Its just unacceptable and I am going to call your corporate offices Monday. It was a black female and a young white male that was working today at around 3:00 pm. Where is your management???

Always clean, quiet, and well stocked. i absolutely LOVE the plant section they have, much more diverse than competitors.

Good selection for everything! But Ive had an awful time everytime I go. A month ago the cashier made a mistake and refunded my items and I didnt have enough money to pay for my items. Today I spent 30 minutes waiting for my online order ugh.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Helpful and knowledgeable associates . Only negative is they consistently put heavy things like fruit and canned foods in with my bread products.

A nice alternative to Walmart and Target.

The prices are competitive with larger retailers like Walmart or Kroger, but the atmosphere is much cleaner and friendlier.The fresh food selection is great. Also, there arent as many screaming toddlers like you see at every other Walmart.

I like Meijer. It has a great variety from which to choose. Clean store. Good prices - especially when on sale! If youre lucky enough to catch their spicy chicken sandwich in the delu, youre lucky. DE-licious!

The Open 24 hour sign out front is deceiving to someone who doesn’t frequent that side of town. I seen it earlier this month, thinking it was actually opened 24 hours again, drove 30 min @2am only to find them closed. I know it’s no big deal these days, but it’s also been 16 months since the covid shutdown, just would think you would’ve covered the sign up if it wasn’t true

I was happy to see Meijer open later than most other stores! At 11pm on a Friday night it was easier to shop while remaining socially distant as there were plenty of employees working and it wasnt as crowded as most stores in town are during limited daytime hours. Some great Christmas clearance sales made our bi-weekly grocery shopping a little less mundane as well!! Thanks Meijer - keep up the good work!!

Best place in town to get a cake! Their cakes are always so moist and delicious! The bakers are always wonderful anytime i need a cake done! I highly recommend them and if i could give more stars i would!

This place has many many items that other places do not carry. I like different choices, so Kroger and Meijers are my places! I like the many offerings Meijers has with great pricing. I do not mind the little extra I have to drive at all. They save me real money in the end. I do not like the check out but changes are happening and it is what it is. Things look clean and the produce is well taken care of.

This was the 1st time Ive ever been to Meijer and buddy woz it a treat. The atmosphere was very friendly it was clean the staff was really nice its freaking huge. They have everything there. That was in there for like 2 hours in a still in doing good to see the whole store so I am so waiting to go back to BG and see more of it.

Store always has plenty of parking due to large parking lot. It is always clean and employees nice. Got there a little late but found 99% of groceries on my list.

I drive from Nashville Tennessee to come to this grocery store. I feel that the prices of the products they sell are very reasonable for such good quality. There are products that they sell that I have never seen in my grocery stores in Nashville. The store is always clean and very well-stocked. The associates are always friendly and helpful. I tried to come here at least once a month to stock up on such great quality of groceries. plus I always get money saving coupons for shopping there as well which I can say thank you very much they are very well appreciated and used.

I love the variety of the produce area here, and the older lady Virginia in the Deli is the sweetest and most helpful lady! I couldnt decide what I wanted and she took her time to help me. Someone please give that sweet woman a raise she really deserves It! I will be recommending others and coming back just because of her.

Always my go to store for fresh produce and meats. The store is always clean and well stocked. People are alot calmer and more civilised than Walmart. Ive never heard screaming or seen children running rampant. The prices are always low and the quality high. Unless its an emergency I refuse to shop for groceries elsewhere.

We get most of our groceries from here. We save a decent amount in coupons from their app and what we get from shopping. Some stuff is higher prices here than elsewhere so we do still get certain things elsewhere.

Wish I could upload the awful pic of the fox cake we got. My 1 ur old nephew could of made his own look better. And the lady behind the counter was so rude

It is a great place to shop. They always have great specials. Their meats are top quality and great prices too. Cant beat this store!

My only complaint is that it is an hour away. I needed parsnips and when I asked for some the employee said wait one minute and busted open a box that had just come it. Service with a smile. Kudos Meijer.

I visit this Meijer store frequently. The parking lot is large, clean, and there are usually parking spaces available fairly close to the entrances. If you own a Tesla, youll be happy to know that there are several chargers at this store. In addition to groceries, home goods, and clothing, theres a pharmacy, a vision (eyeglass) center, and a party (liquor) store. Employees are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This store sometimes has good deals; offering discounts on already clearance-priced items. Generally their clearance-priced items are about 40% off of the regular retail price. Sometimes there can be a longer-than-expected wait time at checkout - theyre oftentimes slow to open up additional checkout lanes. They offer several self-checkout lanes including several that are suited for customers with a lot of items. In general, I like this store because it has a lot of options for your shopping needs. However, I find that the prices, especially for the grocery items, are higher than other local grocery stores. Overall, I recommend this store for your shopping needs.

The manager was very rude to me and my friend a couple months ago, It was an older gentlemen, he had a guy follow us from the parking lot, and then harassed me and my black friend just for browsing and we were going to buy things but after we confronted the guy who was following us the older guy came up to bus and yelled that we were not welcome jn the store and since they were the only place open late at the time, we needed to get out, Now I dont wanna say it was a racially profilled attack, but I dont think he would have done it if I was alone, honestly I would give this place zero stars if I could for customer service

Grew up in Michigan in the town where Meijer was founded. Like the store. Very comparable to WalMart, only without any craziness.
