Still adding that extra 10% at the register. Strange because originally it was applied as an extra job hazard pay for employees. No problem at all with that. They all deserve better pay. And we all deserve better than paying that added tax and seeing the fat cats in Louisville and Lexington loitering around all day and stealing from the patrons and employees

Amazing fresh meat!

Price Less has the appearance of a generic goods store where you get knock off versions of name brands. In reality, it is a small store with cheaper versions of those same popular items. They dont have Everything, but what they do have is consistently lower priced with no quality lost.

Well stocked when I visited. Clean and not crowded.

Great prices on a lot of items. Love this store. Only issue is the checkout lines are always backed up. They will have 3 employees getting carts from outside and 1 or 2 registers open with 15 people waiting in lines

Saw cockroaches. Had to spray due to them being in products which were thrown out. Does not reccomend. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Prices mostly good .customer service is great at most times .however for the meat prices (steaks,ground beef ) they put a price on the label but then they charge you an extra 10% at the register .so kinda deceiving to me ???

Cashier rang up my two items, one price was incorrect. Manager voided and put in a different price which was still incorrect and refused to fix it a second time.Paid in cash, cashier didnt have enough change to give so she just shrugged and handed me what she had, shorting me and moved onto the next customer.Wont be back if this is how they do business.

I grew up on the westside of town and always shopped at Houchens. Glad to see Priceless IGA in its location. Great prices and a much better selection of meat and produce than I initially expected. The store is organized and clean as well.

Has a wonderful has Benedict food marketing section everything I need I can get there. Its like going to Mexicos corner store.

Prices are starting to come down most of the shells look like they are desperate need of stock boys but I hate the new checkout system they are relying too heavy on the self-checkout I guess to cut back hours for Checkers

You can get in and get your groceries and out . Walmart takes me an hour and a half to two hours

I visited the new priceless IGA on Louisville Road. I picked up some fried chicken put of their deli department. I dont know if I was really hungry or what but it was the best fried chicken Id had in a very long time! Way to go Joy and the deli! It was yummy. Thanks!

Some employees show Prejudice towards foreigners based on their appearance.The city of bowling green has been so kind towards me and my family. I felt happy to see this store making a comeback after a recent fire accident.Just days before I had a really really bad experience with some of the store employees. They both asked me to give away my grocery bag and my personal bag as we entered the store. But this was done only to us while other were allowed to walk freely with their personal bags. We had some baby food in this bag and had to re-arrange stuff for only this reason. Why do they do it only to us?I hope the highest level of management act quickly on this matter before the repute of IGA is eroded by employees such as these. This city is intermingled with Western Kentucky university and we are exchange visitors planning to live here for a short time. Having international people in a store like this are nothing new. I personally like the idea of this store and I am a regular customer. But, now having a serious consideration after this incident.

I really only go here for the hot deli food. They have the best chicken strips. The stops are meaty, juicy, and the batter if flaky and crunchy. I cant believe they come from a grocery store, thats how amazing they are.

To me its like a small country store like when I was growing up but cheaper prices and lots of great deals and just about any thing u want i buy for a lot of people when I go they have stuff that I know people I buy for would want and omg me i just love it i spend money there and Im on a fixed income but it cheap and I have a blast my daughter always just goes to her car and let me just shop its just once a month I look forward to visit and shop

Used to be, whenever I saw the name, Houchens, I usually associated the grocery chain with high prices and limited selection of products. So now we have, Price Less IGA, same high prices, more or less, and the same limited selection of products. The only redeeming quality of this store is that it has a great meat department. And you can still get slab bacon at a decent price. And great sliced country ham. Otherwise nothing has changed.

Good selection, lots of isles for when they get busy.Locally grown options!My only issue is that most of the perishables are usually less than a week from expiring, so I have to be more conscious of what I choose and when I cook it. It also feels a little dirty at times, but I think thats just the old building and it doesnt stop me from returning.

Most always shop here for perishable foods and meats. Budget wise, its a good bargain verses Kroger or Walmart. The Meat department always has a nice variety for 2 person meals, such as we cook. There is limited selection on some items that the larger stores do stock, but no complaints, thats why I shop here👍

Much cheaper and better deals than other stores with the fancy buildings, no frills, just a regular grocery store. Came out with a lot more for a lot less than other stores in town. They do add 10% at the end, but it is still cheaper.

Love most or their food prices and if your in a hurry and dont have the time for a Wal-Mart run, ( because if your like me when i go shopping at Wal-Mart i end up @ least 80% of the time looking at ALL kinds of things and sometimes buying extra things lol. ) but if your just in a hurry and just need groceries IGA is the place to go

Love this store. If you text their number off the reciept, they send you texts sometimes for free items or really good deals. I buy the majority of my groceries here.

This is my favorite grocery store. They have just what I need. Its locally owned and has great deals on meat from time to time. There are also some ethnic and local foods that you cant get at other stores.

You can get in and out very quickly. The registers are usually quick compared to other grocery stores. I also like the fact that they dont have frieght sitting out in the way like most grocery stores do.
