We bought one mattress and we couldn’t get settled in on our new mattress ( we are older Americans lol )Had to have a different mattress and even though company policy was to wait and see if we can adjust to the new mattress… we knew we couldn’t, kept sliding off the very soft side 🙄 so they made an exception for us and changed the mattress. There was a restocking fee which we were happy to pay since they did nothing wrong… we had to sleep on it for awhile but quickly realized it wasn’t the right one, slipping off part lol So we highly recommend this organization and especially Chris for your sleeping needs.

Honestly came in thinking buying a mattress would be like trying to buy a car......but from the moment we got there Emy made our experience personalized and nothing like an annoying sales pitch. Everything is set up in the store to easily find the perfect mattress. We found our mattress within 15 minutes and were out the door happy customers!

If I could give zero stars, I would.I bought a mattress about six weeks ago, and within that evening, the mattress sank in. I called the next morning and they said it’s because I needed to buy their box spring. I complied bought their box spring and they gave me a new mattress. The following evening, the mattress began to sink in.. AGAIN. I called and now they tell me that this is normal wear and tare. They will not give me my money back, they just want more money from me to get a different mattress. I’m done with this company, and highly recommend that you do not make the same mistake I did by walking into this store! I’ve learned a big lesson!!

Just finished buying a new bed. It was a great experience. Bob Mills helped us out, very low key, gave us all the time we needed. We had an idea of what we liked when we got there and took that and walked us through most of the store a little softer or a little firmer until we found the one that was just right. Then he lived up to his word and struck the right deal. We’ll be looking for a couple of mattresses in January for our guest room and I’m sure we’ll be going back to Bob to get them.

I went to mattress firm this week to get a mattress for my elderly parents apartment, since they are still in New Jersey and haven’t been able to come down and move in due to the pandemic. I had a great experience with Reggie, who was patient and kind and informative and helped me find the absolute best mattress at a great price for my parents. He was exceptional.However, after my experience with the delivery dispatchers over the phone we will NOT be ordering a mattress from this company again and you have officially lost a customer. We planned on using you to get another mattress for their other apartment bedroom, but we will definitely be going elsewhere.The delivery was set to be between 3:00-5:00 and I made sure to be there waiting right when it arrived. They arrived at 3:00 and I answered their call and told them I would be right down. However, the elevator by my parents apartment was broken and I had no idea so I told them I was coming down as fast as I could while calling the office to have them help me find another way to get it up. I was not familiar with the building but waved down the truck and showed them that I was getting the office involved to show us where to go. In the middle of this I get a call from a female dispatcher who is literally screaming at me telling me that I am not getting the mattress today as I’m literally waving the movers into the parking spot. She wanted them to leave right then and there. She was acting as if I was just chilling upstairs I ignoring the movers meanwhile I could not help it that an elevator was broken and I was unfamiliar with the building and did all I could to get them up there as fast as possible while getting yelled at by this extremely rude woman. We got the mattress inside, and the men who moved it were very kind, unlike her. A few hours later I got a call from a man who didn’t even realize that the mattress had already been delivered who was also very rude. Clearly there were a lot of miscommunication issues going on in your delivery department. I explained to him the situation and all he did was defend the woman claiming how I screwed up their schedule. It was no more than 15 min before I had them on their way upstairs. I even helped them by carrying the frame up by myself to make it faster.The way that woman spoke to me was beyond rude and unprofessional. She was disgusting in her tone and literally screamed at me. And then to have your other male dispatcher defend her and not even know what’s going on when I already had the mattress really put me over the edge. I understand your mattress deliveries are on a schedule, but guess what so am I! Everyone is! And I can’t help it that an elevator was unknowingly broken when I’m just trying to do a favor for my parents and got confused in their building. The fact that the dispatchers were so rude and not understanding at all to a situation I had no control over was awful.My parents and I will be ordering their next mattress from another store due to way that you handle your deliveries. You just lost a customer and business so I hope you talk to your dispatchers about being professional and polite to their customers in the future so you don’t lose more. It really is a shame since Reggie at the store did such a good job that they had to mess it all up.

We just had our new mattress delivered and the drivers were willing to help bring the mattress into my home if we wanted them to (I declined due to covid risks and being pregnant) but I do appreciate the offer of the help. Terrible way of doing business, customer service is really bad. They like to tell a lot of lies to better them selves . They have done it to multiple customers. Steer clear of this location . Better to visit a different mattress firm until they rectify the issue at this one. There is a Mattress Firm only 1 mile away on boynton beach Blvd. the manager is super nice. The sales staff is on point. The manager at this location is rude and likes to makes false claims about his competitors to get sales just because his competition out beats his pricing every day. This is a sad way to do business when you have to do this. Don’t just take my word for it, look at the negative reviews not just my review. They tell the truth. The picture posted was of this sad person and a conversation that came from a customer that experienced this first hand. Direct your business to a different location and watch out for the person who is in the picture posted.

A lot if friends and family have recommended this store to find the perfect t sleep. Now I know why. Reggie and Bob were patient with us when making a decision and were very knowledgeable when answering all of our questions and weighing our options. They even stayed open late to accommodate our needs (on a holiday), and helped us take home the mattress set we loved while also helping us feel comfortable with our monthly payments. If not for them, we would have continued shopping elsewhere, unsure of what we wanted and what would fit our budget. They were extremely hospitable throughout the entire process and appear to really care about their customers first, and are not solely focused on the numbers. I highly recommend coming to this location whether you’re ready to buy or not! I learned so much and I cannot wait for our dream bed to be delivered this weekend!

I needed to find a local mattress store and this one had great reviews. Bob at Mattress Firm was so patient with Mom, let her try all the different beds and pillows, explained everything about beds (hes very knowledgeable) and we walked out with a new Beautyrest mattress, a super pillow, and he delivered it the same day! We walked in looking for a box spring. We thought no one would carry them in store as all new mattresses have built in box springs. But Mattress Firm had a plethora due to a floor set change. Bob was so happy to help us, even with such a small purchase. He even threw in a free pillow if we came back and picked it up. And we sure did! He even helped us load it onto our vehicle.
