Great experience, went with a friend and we both needed new mattresses. Brian and Daniel heard everything we needed (which was very different for each of us) and After looking at several options we both left happy. Very patient band very attentive. Brian was particularly helpful, honest and straight to the point which I appreciated. Also knew a great deal about all the options and we got a great quality mattress at a great price.

We needed a new mattress but had no idea what kind what we were looking for and Carlos did an AMAZING job helping us out. He let us test out the beds and was patient with us until we were able to make a decision. He even helped us pick a pillow! He knows his stuff and is really friendly. Thank you Carlos!

I went to the BOYNTON BEACH store to try to get a MATTRESS that would be suitable for me as I have a lot of issues with my back and needed one that would help me to reduce pain and much discomfort. I had a bad experience overall with Mattress Xperts in Boynton Beach. I should have know when I seen the sales guy outside smoking a cigarette questioning people about parking in Mattress Xperts parking space. As he followed us into the store smelling like cigarettes, he showed no effort into making a sale or making us feel comfortable about making a purchase from him. Seeing that my wife was not intrigued by his treatment we decided to take our business elsewhere. On the way out he mentioned that they had mattress places by the railroad tracks that we can take a look at. My wife and I felt so insulted by this sale guy, my little daughter even asked what did he mean by the railroad tracks. I will never return nor advice anyone to do business with them. He was an awful representation of Mattress Xperts and very rude might I say.

I wish I could give it 10 stars. Mike was fantastic!! Hes been there 3 days and is more knowledgeable than most and wait it gets better... He doesnt rush you he doesnt up sell you at all!!! He is so personalble and humble. This is a family owned company and I will give them my business over a corporate company any day esp with the superb customer service. I will be back to buy my kids their mattresses. P. S. I have no affiliation to the family and just met Mike today. So glad I did. Thank you Mike!!

Absolutely LOVE my tempur pedic mattress ! I’m sleeping better and not waking up with neck and shoulder pains anymore, finally! The salesman here was nice, not pushy at all, very knowledgeable (with my 50+ questions) and delivery was quick! I’m so happy with my buy! Highly recommend tempur pedic if you’ve got neck/back pains. Most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on! (Yes I’m finally sleeping!!)

Fast and easy service!

We purchased our mattress from here about 3 years ago. We bought a latex mattress, which is so comfy and it is natural (vs memory foam). We bought 3 more beds for the house since then too! Great customer service and we love supporting family owned companies like this place.

I really wish i could give these people zero stars. I financed an $800 mattress about 10 months ago only to have springs poking me in my back every night. The box spring looks like its about to cave in and i have been sleeping on the floor for almost 3 months now because i cant afford a new one. When i went back to talk to them about the warranty i couldnt find my receipt but i told them their sticker was still on the mattress and they said wouldnt honor the warranty because i couldnt find my receipt. When i purchased the mattress i was told by the sales person to make sure the sticker stayed on the mattress in case i lost my receipt. Dont buy from these people!!!! Everything they sell its overpriced trash!!!Update:About a month ago I contacted them again since they posted like this was up for discussion. I spoke a person who identified himself as the store manager. At first I explained to this person that I was told they keep your information on file and of course it was my fault i lost the receipt but sales at the store said they keep the info. Not only did he try to tell me i never purchased the mattress there and may have mistaken the location (impossible because i work in the same plaza the store is in.)But when i told them i have a check they required to put as the first payment for it I was told not only is the sticker they tell you to keep on for id purposes just a technicality but they dont have any way of locating any payments they received because the system was down. Very bad way to do business and if you are the owners your manager should be fired.

My mother and I had the best time buying mattresses from John Vogel. John is my go to guy for all my mattress needs. His exceptional customer service methods left me nothing short of pleased with my visit. Because of my great experience with John I will be referring all my future and current friends to this location. He also helped my mother do financing and went through all the information with the both of us. He had no problem answering any questions and had a great sense of humor. What really made me happy is at the last minute right before I left I decided to change my mind and change everything he just helped me pick out and he had no problem going through EVERYTHING again. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks again John

This Store is AMAZING!!! Huge selection of NAME BRAND mattresses at half the price of the other guys... Delivery was a cinch, and the customer service was spot on!.. No stuffy used car salesmen here!

After having a bad experience at half price, we came here to purchase a new mattress to replace the faulty one we received. The sales guy was pushy and rude, the prices are not as marked. You have to play pricing games to get what the exact price is. Not a comfortable place to try a mattress as the sales guy just doesnt stop. The pricing is high compared to where we stoped. If the sales guy had honest pricing and would let someone relax to shop they wouldnt be getting a 1 star.

We had the worst experience EVER!! The owner was so rude!! We had went in the night before and spoke with Doug one of the employees and did a payment plan where we put money down and he told us we where apporved for like 100$ a month to finish paying it off. So we told him that we would pick it up the next day. So the next day we go get our mattress and the owner said that we werent apporved so we where confused because we did all the paperwork and put money down. So the owner then called Doug who was at home and started yelling at the top of his lungs at him and using some words that you would say in front of your mother. After he got off the phone he then began to tell us that we couldnt get our money back and then started yelling at us. I was so scard he then took our credit card put our money back on it then throw the card at us and continued to yell and cuss us out as we where walking out of the store. Telling us hes the owner he can do what he wants to do. I think he is not professional at all you dont do that to customers we would have bought the mattress straight out if he wasnt so rude. The owner does not need to be owning a mattress store he needs some full time anger management classes!! Beware of owner!!!! BTW I had to give a one star but if I had a choice the only rating I would give them is a double zero.

We did a lot of shopping around and found Mattress Xperts the most helpful, best pricing and quick delivery. We will be back when its time to replace our other mattresses.

A complete ripoff. I found flipable mattresses for a 10th of the price down the street. The sales rep was too busy eating his food rather then to help me.
