The optometrist is really fast and the employees arent constantly pushing you to buy more expensive frames or add more things onto your lenses. Wait time is short as well, most other places Ive gone to have had me arrive to the appointment on time but have to wait upwards of 10 minutes afterwards.Had Justin as the person who helped me choose my frames and handle the payments and whatnot, and hes straightforward and friendly.Been to a handful of other places to get new glasses before, but this is probably the best.

I went to get glasses yesterday and what a great experience. Everyone there is very helpful. They take all Covid precautions, starting with temperature checks and hand sanitizing when you enter. I ordered two sets of glasses on 12/3/20. The email confirmation that they send you shows you the status of your order. According to the email, both pairs of glasses have been ready for some days now and yet nobody has called me. I called the store and spoke with a Christian who told me if they were ready I would have received a text. I said I understood that when they told me that in the store, and that I was calling to see if they are ready since the email says they are ready. One pair was ready after 5 days, but they are making me wait for the second pair. I explained that my current glasses are broken and I desperately just need a pair of glasses so I can see and not have constant headaches. He was not helpful and actually sounded annoyed at the fact that I was even calling to question the status of my glasses. He supposedly took my number down only to not call me back or follow up. Maybe they shouldn’t include the status of the customer’s order in the confirmation email if they don’t want them knowing the status.

Excellent service provided by Dr. Mallie as well as Justin. My husband and I were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Justin helped us pick out the perfect frames. The Dr. explained our exam results thoroughly. Followed Covid protocol perfectly.

I’ve been to this location twice and both experiences have been phenomenal. The doctor was very caring and informative. Bobby has helped each time when ordering contacts or glasses and it has been a very smooth process he also helps me see my best options, he’s the best! No need to go anywhere else.

I went in for an eye exam for frames and advise the doctor and his assistant what I was there for. Walked out with a bill for 105 for contact fitting. Both doctor and his employe were very rude and inconsiderate. Blew up on me as well as told me he already fitted me for contacts even though I expressed several times wanted frames. Cynthia in frames is awesome however. Read the 1 star reviews they are truthful, pay attention when you go there. Sucks because I still don’t have any contacts and they tried to blame my insurance even tho I said several times what I was there for and to make matters worst on my paper work I put no that I was not interested in contacts. It’s true they won’t money don’t care about others. The doctor hates his job & the guy at the computer with the glasses and dark hair is there for a pay check. He hated his job also

Unable to find my glasses after i received email and text saying they were ready for pick up. I called 3 times the next day and was hung up on twice. EXTREMELY POOR customer service if there is an issue. Third person I spoke with was able to locate my glasses and I will pick them up today. I will seriously reconsider where I purchase my glasses from next time.

During my first experience at this location Cristina was able to answer all of my questions concerning my new vision insurance and David was very knowledgeable concerning their selection of womens sunglasses. He made sure to help me find the perfect pair of polarized Ray Ban sunglasses, and even helped me get the best deal that my insurance could offer. I will definitely be back next year!

Christian is always a delight to work with, he knows glasses very well and he has incredible customer service skills. If you come into Visionworks the best person to ask for is Christian he is awesome! We came in with an emergency for my sons glasses and he was able to cut the lenses and have it to us in half an hour.

I had my prescription filled here and Barry helped me. He was very nice, courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back here. The current office that I get my eye exams were trying to charge me for glasses and lenses that were totally covered by my insurance. Barry was very patient and worked everything out and I ordered a nice pair of glasses totally covered by my insurance. I went in on Friday and they called me today, which is Monday and told me my glasses are ready! The only reason for 4 stars is because Ive not met or had an appointment with any of the optometrists. When I do, Ill update this review.

Dr Maille is fast and efficient. A rare combination of caring, truly listening, and speed that comes from a high level of skill and intelligence. The rest of the team is VERY friendly. They really know what they are doing and are always ready to help. Highly recommend.

Even if it’s from getting help with my contact lenses to ordering a new pair of glasses I love coming into Visionworks as I am instantly greeted at the door. Even if your a first timer coming in they will make sure to find exactly what your looking for. Robert “Bobby” is always there to find the right glasses for you.

Worst customer service ever. I had a simple question and Dr Aaron Mallie blew up on me. He started yelling and would not allow me to speak. He threw a furious temper tantrum and started yelling about he’s tire and wants to go home and that he didn’t get a lunch break. Dude you’re a Optometrist not a E.R. Or tramu Dr operated under extreme stress and fatigue. I never hear them complain

Justin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He quickly pulled my insurance information and helped my teen select frames. He was not pushy in upselling at all, which I appreciated. Justin was friendly and made me want to return for my own needs.

The General Manager Bobby provided excellent service. I told him that I lost my glasses and I also learned the previous day at another location that VisionWorks discontinued my old frames. Been coming here for about 6 years now. DR Mallie has been great to us. Cynthia helps with the frames and fitting is always a pleasure to deal with! Semyon gave me excellent service. I brought in glasses I bought there 3 years ago because the nose pad fell out on one side. Semyon repaired the glasses, fitted them, and cleaned the lenses - all at no charge!Service was excellent when I bought the glasses originally and is still so.

I had just the opposite experience from the one star reviews (although I did bring in exam results from a different store because it covered the cost through my insurance provider). Christian not only pleasantly greeted me as soon as I entered the store, he helped me choose the perfect frame. I told him I was interested in economy and, after looking at how my current glasses rest on my face, turned around and picked out a pair. Then, he picked out a couple more, but it turned out that his first choice was the best style for my face. He then explained features I might be most interested in without pushing me into selecting anything I really didnt need. My new glasses (both pair - its the buy one, get one promotion) will be ready in 10 days. Ill write again then.

Dr is great. Barry is kindof terrible in optical and he always is the one available whenever I go to get glasses fixed or need help. I try to avoid him but cant seem to. Am going to make the drive to West Palm next time I need to go as last time he couldnt help me at all. He was too busy to see if he could find frames to fix my husbands warrantied prescription sunglasses.

Very helpful in trips there 5 years ago and again today. Helped me save $. One time, they fixed some sunglasses for free and the glasses were not purchased there.

Terrible service!! I have been wearing contacts since I was 12 and just needed an annual exam came out paying for services not asked for! Spoke with my insurance and even they thought that they overcharged me for services not needed. Called the office and the Dr came on the phone angry and abrasive.Dr proceeded to say Well you got your contacts didnt you?!. I had to call corporate to speak with someone. They are currently looking into it....

So I was at the DMV and learned my eyes were terrible. The lady working there told me if I could get an exam and glasses by 1:30 pm I could come back skip the line and they would make me my license. I called every optometrist. Vision works was the only place for 20 miles that was able to accommodate me and let me do a walk in. On top of that their staff was super nice and chill and they got my glasses made so fast. Now ima see in HD haha it’s a world of difference. Thanks vision works for your excellent service I shall definitely return for all my optometry needs 💯

As an update of this review, as far as today Feb 3 2019 a week ago I received an answer from the company or store, asking for may email or contact info to resolve the issue, I did send it and a week have passed and nothing... I do this note on top of the original review because when the reviewed put answers like that maybe people see that they are willing to help or are pending to get a solution, I affirm, that did not occur yet, I will keep honest post as the situation goes. here is the original review which will stay as I published:I have read some of the other reviews and I could prove that this store sucks!I ordered a pair of glasses on December 17th 2017 from this store, they cost me almost $500 even using my insurance that supposedly covered more than 50% (a total lie) well anyway I got my glasses 3 weeks after, which was very bad since they promised them for no more than 7 days. In past October being in Spain the frame snapped and I had to wear the glasses like that until came back home in November to check the warranty of the product, my sad surprise, the manager told me that there is no warranty on them unless I pay for the protection plan, I use not to buy these plans since a one year warranty usually implies with most products including glasses. The manager of the store in a show off attitude told me that he was in the business for 9 years and he was right about it. so He offered me a 50% discount so I had to pay $360 for the exact item with all the features that I ordered first time (transition, anti scratch, anti glare, poly carbone, etc, etc, etc)I have decided not to do it because when I purchased them the price with the help of the insurance was almost $500, and now, without it is better?When i said I never will order product from his store he answers tha be my guest and comments that I could not hear when left the place. I went to another store (For Eyes) got a better frame, all features included one more (the blue light protection) 2 years protection plan, a 1 year manufacturer warranty all for $415...In conclusion, please go wherever you want but pay attention if you go to Vision Works, they are not so honest and their service is bad.

Doctor was great. Felt he was very competent. Getting the glasses was another story. Girl was alittle brisk. She was the only one there and seemed rushed. Never told me about any deals with getting glasses. If it werent for Dr Mallie, I wouldnt go back

Worst place ever!!! So unprofessional. They were suppose to order my prescription for my contacts and two months later did not! They hung up on me for being upset. My contacts I had I over used. Causing me a lot of pain in my eyes. The managers are not managers they hang up on you when they know when there wrong. Horrible place. Do not go!

Overall HIGHLY INCOMPETENT STAFF AND DOCTORS AT THIS LOCATION. Bought glasses in April. The initial prescription was significantly too strong and I went back for a second exam where the prescription was adjusted. This meant I had to turn in the glasses to change the lenses where they then entered lenses with the original incorrect prescription. After many arguments, finally managed to get them to check the glasses they realized their mistake. Had to turn in glasses again. I had a independent optomitrist check them when I got them back and he concluded they were still off. Really sick of going back and forth, especially since their staff is rude

I and my family go to Visionworks in Boynton Beach Florida because of the dedicated detailed care from their Optometrist Dr. Aaron R. Mallie. I was fitted for contacts for severe Astigmatism and Myopeia and other congenital issues. Years ago it took 3 repeat visits for the contact lenses fitting and my flat fee included all the follow up visits at no extra charge, even when I returned a month later. We then take our prescriptions then to whoever we want for glasses and contacts.... Visionworks, Walmart, or 1800Contacts
