The exam was fine. Mark the assistant/tech is rude and unprofessional. He needs better training. Not sure if he doesnt like his job or is just tone def. Without a doubt this JC Penny has lost my business. Stay away!

The optometrist was great! the techs are both idiots, entitled and arrogant! had to go in 4 times to pick up glasses! First of all the 2 pairs for $99 is a fish hook. I picked out a pair with rhinestones.....l get home and there are some missing...l call and tell 1 of the brilliant arrogant ones orders the other pair as a replacement...l get there.... it is the pair without rhinestones... why order glasses without rhinestones if the reason they are being ordered is because stones are missing?! l had the glasses with me at the time.... the tech looked at them and l believe reordered them.... trip 3 l go in to get them and 1 idiot asks me if l have the other pair. not for the trid pickup attempt l did not.... well you cant have these without the other pair. l am about to make trip 4 in to get what l hope l should have gotten 3 trips ago. l should NOT have to make 4 trips to get glasses and 1 of them should have said make sure you bring the other pair each time... actually at this point l think there should be compensation AND an apology.....MY time is worth something....and they dont want to pay MY hourly rate! Doc was great, one of the opticians seemed unhappy to be working on a Saturday.Overall not bad. Small selection, but worth it for a quick appointment.

The nicest optometrist but assistant is not .
