Don’t wast your money here, they sold me $100 worth of NO2 cartridges that partially puncture and slow leak. Completely useless, they refused to do anything to make it right, kept my $100 and told me too bad.

I called ahead of time and ask about a specific product. The lady who answered the phone said yes we have it. I drove 15 mins there she was blasting music to the point I could barley hear what she was saying and they didnt end up having it

I came into this store today for the first time. I walked into a very unpleasant seen. The customer was nasty, extremely angry. G the salesperson could not have been any nicer!! He was patient and not rude at all. Bella a co-worker was just as kind and tried to be just as helpful. The customer is not always right!!!!! I hope people read this and realize most of the bad reviews are them!!! The kids that I met today are respectful and very informative. They do try to aim from my observations. People are so quick to write negative comments. It’s so nice to see the positive statements as well. If not more. No. I’m a nobody who just walked in off the street.

I have been coming to this shop for over a year generally no problem until today. Came at 8:58am and not open even though hours on door state they open at 8:30am. After work arrived @ 10:27pm and girl locked the door as I was getting out of my car. I went to the door and she just shrugged her shoulders. Open late and close early in the same day!

Bella helped me out with choosing the right vape yesterday. She was very knowledgeable about the different types and options I had. Im glad I found this place, they really know their stuff and she was really nice and took her time explaining everything to me. Prices were great also. If you go ask for her.

Zero stars would be most accurate. The employees are unknowledgeable, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I was sold the wrong coils and hadnt even left the parking lot when I realized this. I went back into the store to exchange them for the correct ones, however, the employee refused to exchange them even though the box wasnt even open. I live close but Ill drive further to avoid this place!

Went today to buy some juice. Been coming here for quite some time now. Always found everyone to be pleasant and professional, until today. Young kid with a mustache told me to leave, because he didnt feel like telling me the flavors or juices which you just cant see from behind the counter. After naming some, I asked to name flavors again and he stated he already told me them. Am I supposed to memorize them in seconds? So the owner lost and will lose business because of his rude employee.

Went in and bought coils for my vape. The associate looked at my vape and sold me a pack of 5 coils because I was not sure on which one to get. Came home and they were the wrong coils. I called to ask for replacement and told them the name of who helped me and had my receipt and they told me there was nothing they could do. What??? I was literally sold the wrong product and they wouldn’t do the right thing. They lost me and my partners business.

Danielle was assisting me with purchasing new batteries and oil, she was beyond helpful and exceeded any expectations that anyone would expect from great customer service. If I had the power or say-so in the matter, I would say that she deserves a raise, or at least acknowledgement of her great customer service and people skills. I would recommend this location to all my friends.

Saw this shop on my way to workout then thought It was a great idea to stop by and see. well, I ended purchasing one vapor for $69.99 and another for $79.99. Both vapors werent working so I ended going back to the shop the next day, with my receipt. I was told by a female manager that I wasnt allow to do business with them and I need to call the corporate office for that. The woman sounded evil, perfect position for her to attack people after taking your money. I felt so offended yet ripped off literally the next day by these people. Worst place ever. Please be careful.

Came here Sunday got a 1100 ooze pen 2 days later doesnt work anymore went in obviously its my fault not theirs $500+ spent at this place but sorry not even 1 dime anymore ps I have a slim ooze pen that works perfectly for months already . I went in to get coils for my vape. I asked if they sold coils individually so the employee took one out of the pack of 4 and tried to ring it up. He told me they had to sell the 4 pack so I paid for the 4 pack and left. I got home and realized I never received the coil the employee took out to sell individually. I called and no one picked up so I drove back only to be told I was wrong and that I must have lost it. How would I loose the coil if I have the rest of them in a tube in my hand? Very rude and unhelpful AVOID THIS PLACE.

I was in town visiting relatives and I stopped in vapes and more to get a new battery for my vape. I looked at a few and picked out one that cost $65. The box was open and the girl behind the counter showed it to me. The battery looked like it was working fine so I bought it. When I got home and plugged it in to charge it, it wouldnt charge. I brought it back to the store with the receipt and the same exact girl who sold me the busted battery in the already opened box told me that they dont do exchanges or refunds under any circumstances and if I didnt like it I could come back some other time to speak with the owner. She was also extremely rude. I explained I was getting on a plane to canada the next day and she told me, oh well, too bad for me.AVOID VAPES AND MORE IN BOYNTON BEACH LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I was extremely disappointed with the service here. I asked for a box of coils for 1 of my vapes. The sales girl looked at the vape, then took out a box. I asked her if she can put 1 of the coils in for me, which she did. Then I asked for another box of coils for my other vape. Again she looked at it, and gave me another box. I also figured while I was there, I would get a small bottle of liquid. When I got home, I put the liquid into the 1st vape, and the coil burnt immediately. How could that be since the sales girl just put it in an hour prior. Then I went to change the coil out on the next vape. I opened the box, and realized she gave me the wrong coils. I went back the following day with my receipt. I was informed that sometimes the liquid can burn the coil. I have been vaping for 3 years, and this has never happened to me, until I decided to try this place for the 1st time. After doing some research on my end, I found it’s an ingredient in the liquid that can cause this to happen. Therefore, I will never purchase their house made liquids again. The sales girl apologized for selling me the wrong coils. She called the owner, and apparently was told I cannot return any coils, I can only get a store credit. The coils were never taken out of its original packaging. Not to mention, I’m afraid to use the liquid again in fear that it will only burn the coil again. They did not have another box of coils for the 1st vape. As for the 2nd vape, the store did not have the correct coils. The sales girl took my original receipt and wrote my name in it, that’s it. I needed to explain to her that she needs to provide me with a receipt showing I have a credit. So she gave me another copy of my original receipt and wrote on the back of both receipts “has store credit”. This is extremely unprofessional! I advise never to go here.UPDATE:3 months later...after I used up my liquid I purchased elsewhere, I decided to redeem my credit for name brand liquid. I was informed that the sales girl was fired (not my problem). I was also advised that the owner would not honor my credit because it was from 3 months ago. I was never told the credit had an expiration date. This owner obviously doesn’t care about pleasing his customers, all he cares about is stealing their money! I STRONGLY URGE PROPLE NOT TO SHOP HERE!

This place was a nightmare. Unless youre going in there for a 1$ game leaf, theyre a huge rip off. Juice prices are high 25+ for 60ml, and all juices cheaper are straight garbage. Dont even think about buying a vape unless you want to pay triple online prices, or double other VAPE shop prices. Customer service was ok, but that was because I couldnt even bring myself to buy anything here. I would definitely only go here as a last resort.EDIT: The owner I guess responded to my review and is accusing me of being an employee at a different vape shop? That just shows you the type of people youre dealing with here.
