Worst customer service~!

Terrible experience. Rude, unprofessional and a rip off artist. Mr. Hernandez tried to charge me double to repair my father’s hearing aid than the quote I got from his N.Y. audiologist and subsequently from another audiologist in Wellington. He also told me there was more wrong with the hearing aide than I later discovered was the case. My 90 yr old father is currently able to wear only one of his hearing aides due to a skin cancer and the one for his left ear has a broken battery compartment. Initially Mr Hernandez offered to switch the ear molds so he could wear the right aide in the left ear while the other was being repaired. I called my brother to discuss the repair cost and he asked if the aides would be calibrated correctly for the other ear. When Mr. Hernandez heard this he became very rude and asked me to leave his office. He refused to switch the hearing aides unless I agreed to an expensive repair but would not explain why. I later realized that he is not an audiologist but an audioprosthologist and may not have the training to program the aides. Stay clear.

I have to share the great experience and care my mom received here. After visiting numerous audiologists that were rude and even broke her hearing aid trying to adjust it, we are lucky to have found Dr. Hernandez who has made a life changing difference for her. FINALLY she can hear properly after 2 other doctors failed to test her correctly and fix her hearing aids. Dr. Hernandez as well as Ruth at the front desk treated my mom like family and were not after just after money, they truly cared about her hearing and satisfaction with their service. Im very grateful for their help, wish I found them years ago for her saving time and money wasted. Thank You!!

Best experience for hearing aid options.

What a professional. I was at first skeptical because of the laxidasical behavior and because I had negative experiences in the area.Boy was I wrong. Dr. Hernandez is truly a caring, thorough professional. Thank you dr. H.
