My experience with Terry Walters was wonderful. From the initial visit to get information about new hearing aids to actually purchasing them. He and his staff were courteous, professional and made you feel like they really cared about you. Terry went out of his way to give me high quality service and was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands of hearing aids and recommended the ones that would help solve my issues best. I would recommend Terry to anyone who needs help with their hearing. A very pleasant experience.

I needed a hearing test recently. Being in my mid 30s I did not think hearing tests were all that important. Little did I know, how beneficial it could be to get my hearing checked. I looked around and found a local business online and chose Northern Audiology. Great experience with their staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and went smoothly. I have my test results and know understand what a hearing test is all about. If you need hearing aids or a hearing test, definitely pick Northern Audiology!

I have been to a lot of hearing specialists but have never had such a great result. From the time I walked in the door I felt that I was with caring people and it turned out to be true.There is nothing that they wont do to make sure you are happy with your hearing aids.

I will have to say that everyone at Northern Audiology delivered excellent service. Terry explained in a very detailed manner my hearing loss. I was able to get hearing aids from them and it has made quite a change in my life.

My husband urged me to get my hearing checked because while I thought I could hear fine and he was just a mumbler, he insisted I was not hearing clearly! Well, it turns out I needed the exam and so assistance to hear more clearly. Needless to say, my husband and I are getting along better, and I can hear far more! Thank you!!
