Excellent doctor, great facility. Dr. Kayce is excellent. Knowledgeable, empathetic and kind. He assistant gave me a through hearing exam And Dr. Kayce provided me a detailed explanation as well as options for my condition.

I have known for a long time that I did have a loss of hearing but of course didnt want to address it,. When a free hearing consultation came in the mail I decided to check it out. OMG what a difference. Dr Kayce Bramble, Au.D. is fantastic. She is so professional and personable.She explained every aspect & I never felt pressured. She had her receptionist check out my insurance to see if any of the cost was covered. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a great portion of the cost was covered. I love the hearing aids, they are very comfortable to wear & not noticeable at all. (for us women thats very important). I had what I thought was an issue & called, she had to check with the company & immediately got back to me with a resolution. Her receptionist is also delightful to speak with. I highly recommend Hear Florida and Dr Bramble.

Dr Bramble is very, very nice. She takes the time to make sure that you are very comfortable with your hearing aid/s. She welcomes you if you need to change anything and is very accommodating. Her office staff is fantastic and very helpful.

I thought I had a hearing loss; Dr Bramble was unable to examine me on first visit and told me to have wax removed from ears. I went to a walk in Docs and they cleaned my ears. Returned to audiologist and was told my hearing was in normal range and didn’t need hearing aides at this time.I highly recommend Dr Bramble.

My experience with Dr. Brooks is unsurpassed by any other provider. She is highly competent in her field, well informed about latest developments in the technology, and genuinely interested in each of her clients. Her follow up visits are efficient and a big plus as a part of her services. If you are looking for a VERY professional audiologist, Dr. Brooks is at the top of any list!

Initially things were fine with Dr. Brooks, until the last set of hearing aids ordered were some sort of hybrid of what I initially had. From that point on I was constantly having them repaired. Now 3 years later and the warrantee running out I am wearing 6 year old hearing aids because these have never been fixed properly. My complaint is after a point Dr. Brooks no longer believed there was something wrong with them but rather I needed a different aid with many microphones as she put it. So, I have moved on from Hear Florida because once the customer is no longer believed, but rather told, what they can and cannot hear, there is no point in continuing the relationship.

I have had nothing but positive experiences when visiting Hear Florida.Cherylan Brooks, AUD has always gone above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable, and I am very happy with her. Her office staff is friendly and helpful.

Had the best experience with hearing aids and service from any of the several places I used in the past. The service is excellent and the personnel are not only totally qualified but make sure that you are properly fitted and your aids are properly suited and working properly.
