I recently bought my elderly mom here for first-time hearing aides. This was not easy for her and everyone made this such a pleasant experience. Beth is extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to make this an easy process for her as well.

My father started out with Miracle Ear about the time of the dinosaurs and when he passed he left me his old pair. So I tried them, guess what that was in 2017 I went to the same office, they tuned up the old hearing aids which I still carry around as a back up to the new ones just purchased one year ago. Presently Beth my Audiologist and Linda is my Technical Advisor at the Boynton Beach Office. I have found the products from Miracle Ear to be State of the Art and administered by the Best of the Technical Help that I have ever seen. Before dealing with Miracle Ear, I had tried 2 other groups, the ear products, not only did they not compare but the assistants were nothing compared to Beth and Linda.I would not go anywhere else and if you need to drive a distance they are a block away from 95. The doctor, technicians and staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I had been without hearing aids for over a year and was very frustrated all the time because I had to ask everyone to repeat things several times.I chose Miracle Ear based upon an ad in the Palm Beach Post. This was the best decision I have made in many years. With my Miracle Ear hearing aids, I am hearing sounds that I had not been able to hear for years.I definitely recommend that anyone having trouble with their hearing to go the Gateway location of Miracle Ear in Boynton Beach. While driving, my hearing aid began to beep, signaling dead batteries. I removed them and put them in my shirt pocket. Next day and for days after I searched high and low for them to no avail. A few days later I washed my shirts and heard a noise when I removed them. I looked in the washer and there were the hearing aids, clean as can be. I think the rinse cycle did them in. I called and spoke to Bethany ( my angel) who said to bring them in and lets have a look. She put them in a machine to dry them out and Lo and behold they came back to life . Its people like Bethany that makes doing business with her and the entire staff a positive experience.I dont know why Gerald Carvers name, my brother-in-law shows up. I am Rich Larsen

This office ROCKS!!Quite frankly, I travel for a living and have visited several Miracle-Ear offices including this office in Boynton Beach. They have always been professional and easy to get in to see.They have a wide range of hearing aids you can try without risk and a 30-day trial period from the day you receive the hearing aids...which is actually State Law here in Florida.I personally find the hearing aid specialist here in Boynton, Joshua Easterwood to be knowledgeable, friendly and willing to give as much of his time as it takes to get the job done right.Great job, Miracle-Ear!
I ride a touring motorcycle, and was in need of hearing protection. What I really needed was a audiologist to make an ear mold impression could be custom made by Westone, who specializes in high end ear buds for motorcycles and musicians. I had gone to another doctor, and twice he failed to get what was needed. The first impression was did not cover enough of the outer hear. The second, he failed to follow the direction requiring me to have my mouth open 1 inch for a proper fit. I gave up on that guy, and on my way home, I remember seeing a Miracle Ear near my home. I walked in, and by far, they were the most professional. She, Christina, the hearing professional, knew exactly what I needed. When I mentioned the mouth being open 1 inch, she said, Of course, and whipped out the block to bight down on - something that hadnβt been used. By far, this, my third impression, was perfect. My wife, Arline Burstein, recently purchased a new pr of hearing aids, that opened up a whole new world for her. Bethany Ward spent all the time needed to get my wife up to speed, and has been available for follow-up appts.

Dr Love needs some bedside manners. Insulting the elderly in the lobby is extremely rude. Take the customer into a room and show them how to clean their hearing aids. Maybe they dont remember, you may be there someday yourself. Sorry you lost a customer, Mother was so hurt. She went go back.
