3 stars is right in the middle and that is how I feel about this place...I was so excited when I heard rolled ice cream and boba tea... The place looks new but then half done, Im used to getting my boba ice cold...ours was warm ...the staff kept asking if we wanted tapioca..enough negative...on the plus side they have a punch card and perhaps the rolled ice cream is amazing...but it will be awhile before I find out....

Great spot for quick treats and refreshing drinks. The service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed my beverage, although a little fruity for my taste, it was prepared extremely well and I will definitely return to try more menu options!

I love the different flavors of ice cream and anything that features the egg waffle cone is the best thing on the menu! They serve it with plastic shovels as spoons. Its so adorable. Id say Its 100% my favorite ice cream place at the moment. And they have a great selection of boba tea.

The moscat for Cool Spot is a beautiful man. From the moment I laid eyes on him, I was a changed man. at first, he terrified me. He was menacing and I thought he was gonna threaten me with those weapons in his hands. However upon further inspection and spending time with him while eating the yummy ice cream, he really stole my heart. He’s witty, charming, and smart. I would let my daughter marry him, if he already wasn’t a married man. Anyways, the ice cream I ate was really good and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

We arrived at 8 PM & ordered four ice cream rolls and received them around 8:15 PM. However, it was very crowded at the time. Good service and friendly employees. However, there is limited seating inside and outside. The outside seating is placed near ashtrays but if you dont mind the smoke youll be OK.

My daughter loves this restaurant. She goes to buy the tea.

They have many options and their strawberry shawty waffle is superb. But if you’re ordering more than 2 items, guaranteed they will mess up your order. Went in for a strawberry milk tea and they don’t have it... why is it on your menu then? Place looks only half complete and they do not enforce the max capacity they put on the door.

I come here almost everyday and I still can’t get enough. The owner and staff are super friendly and the boba is out of this world. My only complaint is that they are not open 7 days a week so I can go even more!

With Covid-19, I have become very self-indulgent. Evenings lately have been spent going out for ice cream. This Cool Spot has been my partner in crime. It is hard to resist the many ice cream roll choices that you can choose from, This evening I got the birthday cake roll for my mother-in-law since her 87th birthday is coming up in a few days. She loved it! I got the key lime pie ice cream roll. It was delicious! The only thing missing was some whipped cream on top. The decor of the parlor is fun. I took some pictures for your enjoyment.There were a few tables outside to eat; but due to Covid-19 we didnt stay because there were too many people. We ate in the car on our way home.They also have bubble tea and some other menu choices that I havent tried. It is hard to settle for anything else when you have so many ice cream goodies.Parking is ample. It is on Gateway Blvd. I made the mistake of going to Boynton Beach Blvd.All I can say is go and enjoy this place. It is worth the indulgence!

Been to this place MANY TIMES and still love it!!!Great service, decent price ($5-$10), tasty drinks and ice cream, and so many options to choose from.Tonight was the first time I ordered it through a delivery company, and just discovered a new favorite drink which is “strawberry peach paradise”. I added 2 toppings, strawberry pop boba and rainbow jelly, and it came out absolutely perfect!!!

It was our first time here and we had an amazing experience! The young lady who helped us was very patient in explaining the menu and taking our order. There were so many options to make different combinations. The ice cream was very yummy! They had boba tea too. Well have to try that on our next visit!

I ordered a peach boba tea. Not sure what I got but tastes more like a bland version of coffee.My husband got strawberry and liked it a lot. The ice cream looks great so we definitely want to go back and try that. I want to give the boba tea another shot as well. I do agree with some of the other posts. Service lacked friendliness. Tried to make conversation, everyone was pretty quiet and didn’t interact with any of the customers other than taking orders. Hoping I can like this place more in the future.

Very much enjoyed this ice cream spot. As the name suggests you get rolled ice cream here. They have an easy to order from menu for first timers so that you will know how to mix things into the ice cream. I put bananas into my vanilla ice cream with whipped cream, sprinkles and strawberry syrup. Very yummy! Definitely give it a try. When we were there it was not there and there are two large picnic style tables to sit on with the family.

A hidden gem just off the 95 exit. Great food, kind service, and even some cute wall art.

As far as the rolled ice cream it was very good. I got the OMG rolled ice cream and was happy. Not the best boba Ive had though. I got the Taro milk tea with tapioca pearls and it was a little milky/watery. ShareTea is better but I dont know if theres a ShareTea around here. If youre worried about covid then they have a glass separating the counter from customers.

The place is good tastes good but don’t bother ordering online. It is the same thing as ordering in the store. They don’t start to prepare until you arrive. Been here two times and both I have to wait even when I order 20 minutes before.If you order online don’t expect for them to have the order ready for pickup, you will have to wait.

Took way to long to get our order. We had ordered ahead online. We still waited 30mins. And they got our order wrong. And nothing was marked so we had to figure out what drink was what. Not a great first impression. Probably wont come back.

Great place with unique style and flavors. The people here are always efficient yet patient even when they are very busy. The lady at the counter complaining as if she was the only person in there needs to go McDonald’s and try her luck with their ice cream.

The family loves the ice cream. No question about it. The place is really small, so standing around is not unlikely on a weekend. The guys making the ice cream dont wear any hair nets, and one has shaggy hair and an equally shaggy beard hanging right over your food. Thats kinda gross.

So this place is cool... no pun intended. I was sceptical but its the real deal. I mean come one ice cream you can chew. I know that maybe some people cringe the thought of chewy ice cream but seriously the flavors are good and after one spoon full you know its quality. Fun for the kids. Stands up to the Florida Sun better than other ice creams.

Normally this place is great, but they need to get their stuff together during Corona time. Saw people making ice cream with their mask down. We placed an online order and was waited 15 mins but when we showed up they had not started on it. Ended up waiting 30 plus minutes. Great icecream, really bad service.

Absolutely amazing... it’s worth every dime. I ordered the number 16(Butter cookie I believe) and ask for extra cookies for 50cent extra and omg... I could not believe how huge it was and taste so good. I never had ice cream with this texture. It was amazing and now my favorite ice cream place.

I was so excited when an ice cream rolls shop opened that was somewhat near me. It was my dream to try ice cream rolls every since I saw all those videos online. The services was wonderful! At first, when they first opened, they only have a few flavors for ice cream and drinks. When I went for my second time, they have added several new flavors and toppings. The ice cream rolls was creamy and delicious. Not to mention it was rolled so perfectly. Thank you Cool Spot for not disappointing me!

Nice place... a little hard to find main frontage sign lights off.Last night kids wanted ice cream and I wanted to try this place. We were greated and explained the how it works and what were the choices. Ice cream was made very fast and it had good flavor.The cup size is fair for a small adult but kinda big for a child and at $6.50 each I feel a little expense. Make the adults a little larger and a kids size.

I’m giving 3 stars because the ice cream is really good but not so much the service and atmosphere. Both times I’ve gone it seems like the employees are forced to work there and might get punished for showing any kind of enjoyment. I’m not sure they know when someone says thank you don’t just go about your business like I don’t exist. Could be a “cool spot” with better customer service.

I cant think of another ice cream roll place around here but this place is Definitely a good one! My sister comes here all the time and when I have to drive her there I come in and get myself their mint chocolate cup! Lots of options to choose from and a good location. Right next to Publix and a few stores. Right off i-95 so it doesnt get more convenient than that! Friendly staff and a nice place to hang out with friends!

This is such a good place to have in the area, being since ice cream rolls are known for huge cities like NYC and Miami. They have a good variety of flavors and toppings and it’s very nicely priced as well! It’s a fun environment too. They even have a nice spot outside where you can sit and relax.

This cute little shop has very polite and patient employees and a great selection of ice cream and tea flavors. The employees here very helpful and try to make your experience the best it could possibly be. I would definitely recommend coming here and giving it a try, you surely wont regret it.

Love this place, that ice cream is ridiculously good! If you have not tried Thai ice cream yet it is a must! The texture is so smooth and creamy. The Bobo tea is also wonderful, try the lavender!
