Super friendly service – and the ice cream selection is very unique. The salted caramel praline was amazing, as was the rum raisin. Very smooth and creamy- yum!Definitely a repeat visit!

So disappointed. Prices raised, customer service non existent. No greeting upon entering and served like they were doing me a favor. Oh no, unacceptable, you wont get anymore of my hard earned money. We used to love coming here. Bye!!

So after reading the reviews i decided to give this place a try. First off it is not dirty...anyone who has worked in the food industry knows that when it gets busy, a few things may get messy. But they are always cleaned up. The staff was friendly and attentive. There were 3 girls working tonight and we were skipped by a group of old people. I tried to be nice and let one lady go ahead of me and the entire group acted like i wasnt even there. One of the girls noticed and rushed to get our order. I stood and watched for a minute after placing my order. I actually feel bad for the employees dealing with some of these customers. Between the endless coupons, asking a million questions about sugar free options etc etc and complaining about the prices. I was very surprised at how these employees handled everything. The ice cream was great. I will be back. Kudos to the owner for finding good employees especially at a time when no one wants to work.

Best ice cream in town! I don’t typically get cherry ice cream because the flavor just isn’t there. The black cherry here though didn’t disappoint. The guy behind the counter was super friendly as well. We’ll definitely be back.

The ice cream here is second to none. It is creamy and delicious. The portions used to be HUGE but today we had a server who was new and no one at the store to supervise her. Sadly, she didnt process our orders very well so we had to give it to her in stages from the type of cone to the ice cream flavor even if it was exactly the same as my sisters who ordered just before me. We requested small sizes for the 3 of us but she gave us minis so we insisted on being charged for minis when she was going to charge us for small. Nevertheless, this is the best ice cream around. We came from Wellington to Boynton Beach just for this ice cream. The best! Yum!

I love the ice cream from this place. I recently moved from Boynton beach and I still drive back 45 minutes just for this ice cream. Sorry I cant visit as often as I used to.

I was saddened to see my childhood ice cream shop flop horribly after it’s new management, laurie and jack. The ice cream is decent however they are understaffed, didn’t have any of the advertised items and the staff is left without management. When i was ready to pay for my horrendously overpriced ice cream i asked the helpful young lady if i could tip on card and she informed me that the manager has not set that up and i cannot, she then proceeded to inform me that she is getting paid 6$ h/r. How is that legal? This establishment is focused on taking money from the old population in the area and the completely underpaid staff.Do better Laurie and Jack.

Went there on Monday 5/10. Ordered a large mint chocolate chip. She looked inside the bucket and saw it was low. She then proceeded to ask what else so she prepared two other ice cream order.Then she went back to the mint and said she did not have enough and if I wanted something else.I left with nothing. I. Any imagine they did not have any more mint in the back but it was almost closing time. It was just a bad experience.

This was SO good! I ordered a medium cup with peanut butter and also cookies and cream icecream, and it was packed with goodies and both icecream flavors tasted fresh. I was worried about prices after reading prior reviews, but I honestly felt it was very fairly priced- we paid about 16 for two medium sundaes (two extra toppings and the icecream was filled to the brim of the cup and packed in. We pay more at the serve yourself froyo places and get far less icecream than we did here.I noticed they also have alcohol infused icecream flavors, which is a fun option to see.Our server was also very informative and helpful, and everything was clean and CDC compliant- there is a fair amount of covered outside seating for those who wish to dine there:)

I literally just left this place and the biggest issues come from the fact that there is no management. Three teenagers are trying their best to run a business on a Saturday night. Beside it not being clean... the girls are demotivated and that is a result of a lacking management. I would never blame three teenagers for being teenagers.

I wanted to let you know that I’m very disappointed with my experience in your shop this evening. I went with 3 other people, all of whom were planning to get ice cream.* The store did not feel clean or welcoming.* The homemade flavors that were listed on the board were not available* The flavors that you did have did not look appealing. The ice cream looked as if it was the bottom of the bucket or looked chunky and not smooth.* I asked to taste one of the flavors and was told no.Needless to say, none of us ordered anything. We left and will not return. I understand that with the current status of the world things might be difficult for a small shop like yours, but being clean, having friendly staff and advertising what is actually available does not cost anything.

Went a few nights ago. The teenagers working behind the counter are rude to the customers. I had an entertainment coupon and was told they don’t honor them anymore because they changed their name. They make their own hours and are VERY OVERPRICED! This place was much better under the previous owners.

Last time I was here was a year ago and I had knocked it down from 5-4 stars mainly due to not having peanut butter options that night. Tonight Im happy to restore the well deserved 5 star review as management currently has a few awesome peanut butter options back in the house. Death by peanut butter is highly recommend for peanut butter fans friendly efficient staff as well

Greeted cheerfully. At least 3 flavors on the board that I wanted were not stocked. Settled for chocolate chocolate chunk. Tasted more like a sorbet than creamy ice cream, but still VERY chocolatey with lots of chocolate chunks.

I was laughing when I read the original 1 star reviews for this place and thought to myself, this place can’t actually be that bad. To my surprise though, it lived up to its reputation. The service was terrible, we asked for homemade flavors, not making those. We asked if they were making shakes, nope not making those either. We couldn’t sample anything and the employee was just rude. My boyfriend and I have both worked in the customer service industry before and never experienced that level of apathy. Enter at your own risk.

This was the BEST ice cream Ive had in a long time!!!!! The owner and staff were very welcoming-they offered me samples of their homemade flavors which were so unique and yummy (I got Baileys and Coffee Cookies & Cream-such a great combo). My family and I went in last saturday and even though it was busy, the staff worked hard to get us out quick! We also stayed to enjoy the live music for a bit-overall, a great, fun place, we cant wait to visit again.

Big fan of their black cherry ice cream. Was buying it by the quart.Tonight we tried the health bar crunch. There wast one health bar in the entire scoop.I spoke to the owner. He said that he doesnt make the heath bar crunch ice cream, he buys that from a distributor so unfortunately he cant take responsibility for its lack of heath bars... sorry.REALLY?!!!?? Delicious ice cream. I had pumpkin walnut and apple pie. It was pricey- 2 medium cups no toppings $16. It was a special treat but at these prices I wont make it a habit

Arrived at 9:20, 10 minutes prior to closing, and waited outside while wearing a mask just like the notices instructed. The shop was supposed to be open until 9:30pm. A girl working there saw me outside, ignored me for 5 minutes, and then turned the lights off instead of taking my order. Definitely lost a customer. Horribly unprofessional. Why even put a notice that youre open when the lazy employees refuse to take orders and close up early. Apparently this place might as well still be in lockdown. Never coming back.

We have been loyal customers of this place before the new ownership took place, and tonight we’ve decided we will NEVER step foot In here again.For a small ice cream with two toppings they charged us close to $9.00! And not even for one of their “specialty” flavors. Which was basically what they were charging for the specialty flavors when they first started serving them. I can only imagine the insane price they would charge for the peanut butter and jelly flavor if they are charging $9 for a basic flavor.For something they used to charge us around $4.00 they raised the price more than double that! Even the employees agree that this isn’t right. I hope this puts you guys out of business so an honest small business owner can take over and do the right thing by their loyal customers. What a horrible way to run your business, by taking advantage of the elderly and making them pay double because you know they won’t go anywhere else. Shame on you people. The woman that owns this place needs to get her head out of the Clouds.Don’t get ripped off at this place.

Went to the store with my pregnant wife yesterday 2 hours before closing. They already put away half the ice cream unfortunately the ice cream we wanted wasn’t available so we chose different ice creams and of course they ran out of toppings. the service was terrible and the lady behind the counter was very rude. Will not go back based on how we were treated any time we asked for something she snapped at us saying it was put away. who puts away ice cream and toppings two hours before they are closed

Very over priced will not go back if you order a cone they charge 75 cents extra for a sugar cone and 2.00 extra for a waffle cone small cone was over $5.00 plus 75cents extra unfortunately we will not ever go back to your place and all my friends agree your prices are outrageously high. We patronize lots of ice cream stores and you’d is the most expensive one . We will not be back and either will all my friends.

Used to be fantastic, affordable ice cream. Ever since the new ownership took over the prices have been raised by $2+ for a small ice cream. They also don’t take credit cards anymore unless you spend $10+. I used to go weekly and have now been three times since the new owners took over. I have been extremely disappointed every time and tonight the store was burning hot inside (which FYI check the labor laws and temp recommendations in a workplace), the employees were all new faces and not talkative, my ice cream was half melted (not surprising with the temp inside), and I was charged almost $13 for two small ice creams w/ no toppings. The store used to be crowded on Thursday nights and now there’s not a person to be found. Obviously the new owners are doing something wrong and only focusing on profit and not employee comfort or customer satisfaction.

They have delicious ice cream. But i do t know if the price is worth it anymore. Back with the other owners you could spend 20 bucks and feed at least 5-6 people with toppings and now 20 bucks basically gets you 2-3 ice creams with nothing. I used to go almost everyday but its way to expensive to go everyday now.

Went to the dreamy cow with some family members it was pretty busy we were waiting in line talking watching everyone going on my daughter (who is 14) standing in front of me and was greeted by a younger worker With blonde hair who asked “what do you want” I was a little taken back by her tone but I let it play out. My daughter responded that she wanted a small cup of whip cream. The girl working behind the counter proceeds to get her coconut ice cream. When my daughter asked if she was scooping that for Her because she didn’t ask for that she started to violently scoop out the ice cream from the cup and slamming the fridge doors and throwing the spoon in the sink loud enough for the whole store to hear. I really couldn’t understand why she was so upset about the mistake she proceeded to roll her eyes and ask again “what do you want” The small cup of whip cream was repeated and at that point she was rolling her eyes and bluntly talking about the situation To her coworkers in front of our faces so at point me and my family walked out I couldn’t justify spending money at a place that would treat their customers like that.

The place closed 15 minutes before posted closing time. Drove 15 minutes just to get turned away.

Your staff member was very nice when I ordered and there was no telling at all. When it came time to pay she asked me if anyone else was to be included in my order. I told her my daughter was in line but hadnt ordered yet. Your employee told me that wasnt a problem as the the store was not busy at all. Your staff member walked over to my daughter who was in line and asked her what she had ordered. Your employee returned to me and I paid for my daughters order, my sons and mine. My son and I then sat outside where the awful guitar player was playing. Several minutes later my daughter emerged in tears as YOU had accused her of trying to steal her ice cream. The employee who had taken payment for the ice cream was trying to tell you that I had paid and it wasnt until you took 5 minutes going through the iPad that you finally released my daughters ice cream. Its tremendously nice you reduced a 14 year old to tears, accusing her of attempted theft. It was not until then that you had the audacity to say to me its very complicated to which I yelled, no its not, trust your clients when they say they have paid and your staff confirms it. After that several others approached me and said they had seen the entire episode and were happy to support any claim I was going to file. As o said, you are rude and incompetent. What YOU did to my daughter was disgusting. You didnt have the balls to apologize to her.

High prices and no sugar added soft serve yogurt tastes terrible. They were reasonably priced before it was sold. Pretzels used to cost 10 cents each, now they cost 3 for a $1. Definitely have lost 2 customers.

I love this neighborhood yogurt place. The yogurt is creamy and not filled with air. There are many different flavors to choose from with new ones appearing quite often. The owner is very accommodating and gracious. The servers are friendly too.

Shopping center ice cream/yogurt store, walk up counter service, (Baskin-Robins style) Hand dipped cups and cones, lots of soft serve choices, you can sit outside on plastic chairs and listen to live DJ, very informal. Open later than most places in the area. Good for after dinner snack, No food served, just frozen treats.

Good service and pleasant BUT $8 FOR A SMALL SHAKE? $17 for 2 small shakes lol thanks we can’t afford to eat the rest of the week. Seriously though, we were going to go to the usual cold stone or Haagen-dasz but we decided to try out a local small business. WELL that won’t happen again, I’m glad I didnt bring my kids.. it would’ve been $34 for 4 small shakes.Seriously c’mon that’s highway robbery

The ice cream was delicious and there are so many options to choose from. The issue that my friends and family ran into was the owner was beyond RUDE and very condescending. My family purchased the 2019 coupon book and we wanted to try a new ice cream place so we came across the Yogurt Place, Working Cow coupon, drove 20 min across Boynton for the staff to then say “they no longer accept them” Well your location still has a painted mural on the wall saying “The Yogurt Place” 🤔 but the new owners don’t want to accept them. Very poor customer service, be grateful the coupons brought in new customers, and accept them there are only a few months left in the year.

This is one of my favorite ice cream shops around. It doesnt look like much from the outside, but their abundance of flavors and yummy treat are always great!

Even the employees know theyre way over-priced.Went there for egg creams after dinner at Martinis nest door.The first employee I asked said she didnt know what an egg cream is, so we waited for the next person. They said they do know how to make them, but advised me that 5 egg creams would cost 40 DOLLARS, theyre 8 dollars each. I thanked them for warning me, told them that whoever came up with their prices has rocks in their head, and the employee laughed and said ITS THE MOST EXPENSIVE CHOCOLATE MILK IN THE WORLD and wished me a good evening.I have no problem with a business making money, but I also know that an egg cream is literally chocolate syrup, about 2 ounces of milk, and seltzer. I can 100% guarantee that it cost less than 1 dollar to make (cup and lid included). There are plenty of places I can go to that are fairly-priced, so I will not contribute to this business owners greed.

Really like this place. Lots of fat free and or sugar free options. Also have lots of choices and soft serve which is a plus for me! They often have someone playing live music which makes for a great atmosphere.

We used to go there when it was Working Cow, since we live 2 minutes away, and it was always great.A few weeks ago my wife went in and ordered us a chocolate yogurt shake with chocolate crunchies and was given a full cup of chocolate yogurt with a straw and crunchies. My wife said I wanted a shake, like blended with milk and syrup and the girl said yes, this is a flurry, its like a shake. We ate it because the yogurt itself tasted fine and we didnt want to give the girl a hard time, but really the employees should be better trained.Recently, I went in at night. The store was empty. I stood at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited. For a second I honestly thought maybe I walked in while they were getting robbed and there was trouble in the back of the store, but then I saw at least 1 employee; they were sitting at the desk in the back, never bothered to come out and help me. I then thought that maybe I should call out to them, but I reconsidered and decided I shouldnt have to ask to give them my business.I wont go back.

The ice cream was icy and frozen. The attendant had to get a chisle to get the stuff out of the bucket. She was wearing a mask but the level of force she was exihibiting to get that scoop was disturbing to say the least. I think their turnover has resulted in an old product.

The ice cream is so fresh and depending on whos serving you the portions are very generous. My ultimate favorite is the black cherry. You get chucks of cherries in it. The banana pudding is also a must try.

WOMEN BEWARE.Hello everyone, this was my go-to ice cream shop but now no more. On 5/29, I came in and I had a horrible experience with an obese white man with a beard. He offered me a free cone and asked to take me out some time. Of course I declined his offer and told him that I have a boyfriend and then he kept pushing that I should go out with him. I left the store immediately after that. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, the owners should take priority and train their employees to not treat their customers this way.Women please be careful on who you talk to in this store.

Great selection for sure... but even on Friday evening both our ice creams were severely freezer burned. This had happened 3 times and im not going back.

I am a chocoholic and love good ice cream. Working Cow is by far the best in Southeast Florida. My fave used to be Double Fudge Brownie but Chocolate Fantasia is now the winner. Been going there since I moved to Florida 10 years ago and will continue eating Working Cow. Thanks

I’m not sure what happened to this store...ever since they got new owners the employees changed their whole vibe, there’s one young guy who works normally the morning shift he also worked there for some time when the old owners where there... i gave him a tip and he simply put it into his pocket without thinking about any of the other employees working with him, after i payed and gave him $20 i got my change and he put the $20 also in his pocket....i’m not sure if that’s what they do or what it was just strange i’m pretty sure his name was Trey or something like that... very sketchy place

I discovered Working Cow a couple of years ago--but wish it had been earlier! Its so very, very good, its addictive--as evidenced by my frequent visits (I force myself not to show up every day...). My absolute fav is half Belgian chocolate and half peanut butter in an extra large cup. The price is right and the staff are friendly and efficient--despite what sometimes are crowds of people so big youd swear they are giving the ice cream and yogurt away. To keep from gaining weight, I make it DINNER--never dessert.

Came in about an hour ago. Employees were nice, a little distracted though. A large man was yelling at them as they took my order, and I had to repeat myself. Very unprofessional management. Never would have happened with the previous owner.
