I absolutely love this pharmacy and adore all of the staff! They are ridiculously hard working and have always made things easier for me! I don’t think people realize it’s usually their own insurance companies who make things a nightmare (mine has multiple times)! I’ve also used numerous coupons and they’ve always put them in for me! They are over worked && I don’t know how they deal with half the people I see there Godbless!

The worst experience I have ever had. I needed a prescription filled at 820 pm. The older lady on the phone was rude and unorofessional. When my prescription was ready she was rude again and clearly wanted to close. I had a coupon for a discount and she would not accept it saying it was too close to 9pm and started yelling to her coworkers that I have a coupon and it was time to close. Then she started talking with disrespect about me to her coworkers and left. I handed my phone in to show the coupon and then they opened it up and took my credit card out of there to pay for the medicine and did not accept the coupon. They could not find my phone for about a minute and later found it and said they apologized. My credit card was taken out to pay for purchase with no consent of mine. I keep going here out of convenience, but not worth it anymore. I hate leaving bad reviews, but Im tired of being treated so poorly for years. The pharmacy staff, one woman in particular, is so extremely rude. If it was one time, Id think nothing of it, but it is EVERY time. Shes worked there forever and I cringe when I have to speak with her. Last straw was today as she interrupted me, told me to calm down and then when I sternly asked her to please let me finish my sentence, she said, sure, you tell ME what I dont know. All I was trying to do was ask a question! Im done.

Rude service by pharmacy worker. He wasn’t wearing a name tag, but I had multicolor hair and didn’t want to help customers. Pharmacy gets backed up with long lines and often make mistakes with health insurance and processing. Looks like other customers have had a similar experience, especially with the poor customer service.

I love this CVS its very convenient, all the staff is wonderful!

I went to this PharmacyI was told that the line would be a 10-15 Minute Wait... It ended up being 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. Very Disappointing Service.. I would stay out of this Place.

Ever since they changed management, this place has had a 180 degree turn. Luccio is a very cool and polite manager. Zoe, Alex, Nick and the rest of the staff are always eager to help.This store is coupon friendly again!Thumbs up for the change!

The staff in the pharmacy department are extremely rude. Everyone definitely isnt on the same page. I went one day last week for my prescription that was sent in electronically and for some reason they couldnt find it. Next day I went back delt with someone more experienced then got my prescription with no problem. Really considering driving to Hamden to pick up my prescriptions for now on.

I used to go to Towne pharmacy in Branford till they closed, you would call in a refill and they would tell you when it would be ready. CVS tells when it will be ready and then you have to wait another hour! Today I called it in at 9am they said it would be ready at 2:30 and well its 4 now and it still is not ready.

Two days to not fill my prescription trying to get authorization from a doctor I never saw! Lol will use rite aid from now on . The general Mike is a very uneducated person who obviously hates his job so much, very rude and grumpy everytime I go there.The only good thing I can say about this store is the two wonderful people that work there: Zoe and Kelly...kudos to you both!

CVS in Branford is a joke. My prescription was sent in at 6pm. Told at 7pm it would be another 45 minutes so I come at 7:45pm. Wait in line and at 7:49pm I get told it’ll still be another 30-45 minutes wait. Plus if I leave it will not be filled and was told they’re so swamped and the whole town has been here today. Given the town has over 5 pharmacies I doubt everyone came this this exact pharmacy. What kind of bull is this?! This is ridiculous!

The people who work in this pharmacy are not only incompetent but they are extramly rude! I have had repeat problems with the same medication every time I fill it here!! Avoid at all costs maybe they will finally listen and replace the staff

Worst pharmacy ever. Tried to drop off Rx..Was told that they were real busy and said I shouldl come back tomorrow I offered to wait for however longit took and they said they simply wouldnt do it. Still wasnt ready the next morning. Unbelievable.

I’ve never had a successful trip to this CVS pharmacy. There is an issue every. single. time. with my (single) maintenance medication. I’ll be searching for a new pharmacy.

I would give one star if it wasn’t for 2 very helpful non-pharmacy people. They were wonderful.To the young woman at the pharmacy who found it necessary to say “I’m NOT the manufacturer...” after I had the audacity to note how silly it seemed for a lower dose tablet to be so much bigger than a stronger dose, shame on you for such poor customer service and disrespectful attitude. Seriously, my observation deserved a snarky reply like that?! I was at the counter all of 2 minutes, apparently past her allotted time frame. Geez, you’d think she had to get back to molding new pills and stamping little logos on each one.I usually go to East Haven CVS pharmacy because of similar past experiences, despite - living in Branford - but didn’t have time to go farther out today. Great reminder why the extra miles are worth it...First time EVER posting a negative remarks on a company website, however after such rude service, and previous mix ups with meds, it’s completely deserved.Luckily Walgreens across the road helped me and were very pleasant.

This pharmacy is the WORST! Terrible customer experience, lazy and clueless! DO NOT get your scripts filled here! You will have an issue EVERY time you walk up to the counter, whether they tell you the medication isn’t in stock based off of the “computer “ but the medicine is sitting on the shelf or they can’t read the scripts correctly called in by your doctor! TERRIBLE!!

There pharmacy help are very rude and treat u like garbage they think THEY know more then the DR!! And then argue with you to the point where you feel like you are doing something wrong when you have ever right to know when you can refill your RX and wht you are taking it for i dont suggests them at all and drive from branford to east haven

No matter what time of day it takes 15-25 mins to go through drive through and sometimes the same inside. There could be 9 individuals in the pharmacy and 1 register will be open. Go Walgreens!

I agree with those saying that the general manager, Mike is a jerk. My experience was not different than others. I switched to Walgreens based on my experience at this particular store.
