I seriously love this plave. I go once a month and waxed by Joelle. She is awesome. Shes fast, funny and totally cool. She makes you feel comfortable even during the uncomfortable wax. I highly recommend her and this place.

When I first got waxed, I thought it would burn. It didnt, it tickled. But everyone is different.

This is an older European Wax Center, but service is as good as it gets. The ladies here were very professional, and helpful. My waxer was personable, efficient and thorough. The wax was a little warm for me, but it did the job, and I left happy.

I called to ask pricing and was hung up on so I figured I would drive over to ask about. Once I showed up the girl at the front was rude. Acknowledging me by asking the name of reservation I told her I do not have one that I called about pricing and was hung up on. She then repeated asking me the name on reservation as if was not listening to me. Then I was informed the free service was only for certain things on first visit. Seems over priced and bad service so I left.

I have been going here for the past two years. I had one waxer, Natalie, and she was amazing but then she moved to San Francisco. My new waxer, Victoria was amazing too, and then she moved away. I have had maybe six different waxers and they are all just wonderful! All of them are professional and very pleasant. It makes my experience so much more enjoyable when I feel like I am making a long term friend. I love it here! The unlimited wax pass is worth it! I only have to worry about payments once a year.

They use hard wax which is the least painful wax. Plus they do eyebrows perfectly!
