I was ordering with this company from 2018 and never have I had a bad experience with them until now. I understand that Covid-19 has changed a lot of ways that things are done. That still does not account for emails going unanswered.I never saw the note concerning delays to orders on the website until AFTER I ordered. And even though I emailed concerning a refund, just like everyone else, no answer. Its so upsetting because this company has everything that I need to supply my business with.Such a shame.

Made a $78 dollar order. They take my money straight from my bank the same minute I place the order!!! Then I waited 3 weeks they haven’t shipped it. Also I want y’all to know I made this order the month of June! And now I’m just getting this order in July! Not to mention half of the stuff I order wasn’t even in the package! I try to contact someone but yet no reply! So if you wanna spend $78 on 3 small jar of acrylic and one matte top coat. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

They are absolutely terrible!!!! They took $169.00 three weeks ago and i have not received any product and no refund no response on my email and no response on any phone calls or voicemails. I will be reporting them to my bank.

Customer service is horrible. I placed an order May 5th. It’s now June 1st. I have sent numerous emails that no one responds to. I’ve called and the voice mail box is not set up. I get it that business are closed due to the pandemic. But at least keep in contact with people on the status of their orders and a possible shipping date. I can’t even ask for a refund. So now I’m out $350 until they open again.

I ordered $181 worth of merchandise back on May 21st and today June 3rd I have yet to receive my order. And yet, I have already been charged through my credit card. And emails forwarded to them have been unanswered.

I placed an order July 3rd and got a notice that my package had a tracking number created on July 13th. When I placed my order, my phone automatically filled in my shipping information and had an old address. By the time I realized this my order was already submitted. I tried to email this company on July 20th because the tracking number I received stated my order hadn’t shipped yet. I also tried to call multiple times to no avail. The order wasn’t shipped until July 30th.I even tried to call before I wrote this review and it went straight to a recording saying this number was not in the area or something. Really disappointed in the customer service and I hope I can get my money back or the package sent to my new address (if they reach out to me that is...)

Update #2: Now October 5th. Nothing.Update: It is now September 5th. I placed my order July 3rd. Still no product, still no refund, still no response from the Store.I placed an order 3 weeks ago. My order has yet to ship. I’ve reached out by email 3 times and tried their chat feature. No response. If you’re closed due to Covid... I understand, however... you should probably notify your customers that you’re closed and/or offer refunds/respond to customer emails.

On several occasions I had bought with this store and although they take time to send the reception I had received my orders this time I was not so lucky I made an order of $ 264 and I got less than half the order, they charged me full, which in 5 business days They would send the missing ones, they would not send me anything, they would communicate by phone and although it is difficult to communicate due to the pandemic, I asked them to reimburse me for the products that were missing, they told me that in 4 business days they would return to me daily bank and have not made the return, I communicate by phone and do not respond. Now I dont know what will happen to my money.

People are always more inclined to leave negative reviews and I was hesitant to order from this store after seeing some of these negative reviews, but my experience couldn’t have been more positive. On Saturday afternoon, I ordered OPI dipping powder in a color that wasn’t available elsewhere. By Tuesday, the item had arrived and the communication throughout the process was exceptional - order confirmation, shipping notification, a thank you note from the owner for shopping with them. Would definitely shop here again and definitely recommend this store based on my experience.

Haven’t received my order and it’s been more than a monthUpdate: Its been more than 2 months and after sending tons of emails the only way I actually got in contact with them was through Facebook messenger and it turns out that they lost track of my order so I had to cancel it, get a refund, and go somewhere else 🙃

I placed an order last year and never received it. On google it said they are temporarily closed. I emailed multiple times and tried calling, its been about 6 month or more and I still havent received a refund.

Wish my experience with this company was better.I placed an order 12 days ago. On the 20th I recieved a shipping confirmation that the label had been created and USPS was awaiting the order. The order was never brought to them though. After 3 days of the tracking Info still stating it was awaiting the order I reached out to Medgreen. They didnt respond right away and when they did after 2 emails they said packages get stolen and lost this time of year. They stated they would have to resend the order (no charge to me....g thanks) but they were now out of items and I would have to wait a few more days for them to come in. So today I get another shipping conf. And it has the exact same tracking info and label was created over 10 days ago! They never shipped out the first package and lied. I called USPS to confirm my thoughts and they did indeed say the order was never brought to them.I understand its the holiday season but I dont appreciate being lied to. Especially when I google the store front and they are located right next to the post office. I just think they were extremely unprofessional and I wont be returning. It shouldnt take 2 weeks to get an order that should have been recieved in 3 to 5 days.

Order placed. Took 3 weeks to get half of order. Emails sent. No response. Unless you want to pay $30 for 1 small bottle of polish, buy elsewhere. Poor customer service.

The owner was dishonest and had me wait for the rest of my order to come in because she said she had ran out. I waited an extra week and when my order came I was still missing the base coats I ordered and was supposedly waiting on. No email about refunding me and no response back. This is a joke.
