Came for a trim nothing to complain about. 30 for the trim which was my only problem wish it was 20. But still a good normal cut.

This placed has turned it around great place to get a cut.

I went there last year. Wanted a short bob.The hair dresser wasnt my normal one. This was when the store manager left. Anyway, the woman wasnt very friendly.When she was done, I wanted to see the back of my head in the mirror. She produced a mirror so small that I couldnt really see what was done. When I mentioned how small it was, she said that she needed to buy a bigger one. I paid her and left.When I got home, I found that the back of my head was cut so close, that I had three bald spots the size of quarters.I swore then that I will never return. Even my friends were shocked! My hair has grown back, but my ire has not abated.

Went in for my daughter to get a hair cut. Nothing fancy, just a straight across cut (2 inches). At end of cut, got the up sale product pitched to me. I agreed to get it. When I was presented with the invoice then noticed the $21 price difference. When pressed why this does not match even the adult cutting price, she indicated that on this other sheet of paper it says for the length and thickness it is more money. I have always brought her here to this place and never paid that much for just a few inches off. Very disappointing at the very least should of been informed before the cut!

This is the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted it to look like from my own previous haircut. She could not get it right. I wanted to have a Caesar cut with the bangs flipped up. She made me look like I just got out of boot camp. Im furious.

Got my hair done and they messed it up bad....color.... I would never recommend this place to anybody!

Had an appointment and stylist was late, waited 15 minutes, long enough...I liked the stylist but if you have something else to do, then dont make an appointment...they had my phone number so could have called to explain or apologize...I was just back to this one cause close to home, had bad experience before and gave them a second chance...no more...
