Had a wonderful experience when I came into this store to purchase a new phone. Workers were welcoming and helpful. Definitely a store I would recommend to others.

Muriel was a fantastic manager and worked very hard to get us the perfect plan. Vic was very diligent and knowledgeable. Even though we had a legacy plan and this was very complicated to work through, they worked for the whole time until the problems were solved. They were especially understanding with my parents who are older and sometimes need more explanations.

Chris was very wonderful & polite. He gave us discounts and overall was great when upgrading our phone by providing us alternatives for us to save money. Sergio was also very helpful and provided us with important details about each specific phone.

Gabby was very professional and helpful during my time in the store. I appreciate her patience throughout the whole process.

I usually go to the Ontario store but I just moved and it was the first time coming into the AT&T store in Brea. I initially came because wasn’t too happy about one of my discounts that seemed to have fallen off of my bill… I was helped by Chris R and he was SO NICE AND PATIENT. I know I’m not the easiest customer to deal with (I can be snappy, my bad), but by the time I walked out of there I was happy and had a new phone. He was helpful, calm, patient and informative. I appreciate the service, I will be coming back to this store to add my family to my plan and anything else in the future because of his service. People like me can sometimes not be the easiest to deal with and customer service like his is hard to find, thank you! (:

Went in to get 4 new lines. Was expecting a long drawn out process. From the moment we went into the store Jack gave us his full attention. He didnt try to push any unwanted service on us or try to pressure us into anything. As for the time. He had us in and out quicker than last time I tried to add one line with my old carrier. Greeted clients at the door, acknowledged you, even if busy, all the while helping me. New client was attended to with another agent right away. We visited on a tuesday night at around 6pm and were placed in a virtual line for the next representative. we had a pretty simple question which shouldve been screened while taking our information and it mightve been answered. we ended up waiting 30+ minutes for about a 5 minute meet with the representative. he was helpful but they should be able to assist quicker when there is a long line.

JESSICA WAS GREAT!! I was on the phone ALL Saturday morning to get my uncles account fixed. After they told me there was nothing they could do for me I decided to go into the Store. Initially they told me it would be a 45 minute wait... but after waiting only 15 minutes and working with Jessica who was amazingly patient I was out with all of my problems resolved in 45 minutes TOTAL! I highly recommend this location as it is a corporate store and are more likely able to get things done for you. the entire staff was super nice and friendly as well. couldnt have had a better experience. They charged me $36 for a prepaid card that never worked and would not refund my money. The manager and the representative said it was because of my phone although Ive been using att for years. Wasted an hour with inexperienced representatives who were passing the bucket.Went to T-mobile the following day and they got done in less than 5 minutes

I came in to the AT&T store yesterday in Brea to cancel my landline which evidently cannot be done from your store anymore. Raphael was the person who assisted me and he suggested that I look at a new phone it was truly a soft sell that I was not even aware of. His general suggestions of why it would be a good time to get a new phone since mine was a 2018 model. I did in fact, purchase a new phone and he was so kind and patient to help me set it up. In addition, he took the time to put all my passwords Into “notes”, and show me other things about the phone. iThus was extremely appreciative to me because I am a widow and I’m not very knowledgeable about technology. I feel Raphael is a valuable asset to your Brea store and I can’t thank him enough for his help!!

It was extremely busy in the store but the manager was able to greet me right away. He informed me that it’ll take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. I waited there and was helped by Isa. Vic is OUTSTANDING!!! Very patiently helped my wife and I add a line and set up our phone. The best experience I’ve had ever at AT & T. First time I’ve ever felt compelled to write a review- he was that good!

The in-store experience was excellent when we went into this store to get our apple watch lines cancelled and see what we can do to get our bill lowered. But later when we received our new bill, it was close to $100 more than what we were originally paying. We basically got hustled by the worker Jessica into setting up 2 additional phone lines to help “lower” our bill but instead we were played. I’m pretty sure the workers get paid a commission for signing up new lines. Also she originally told us that to cancel our apple watch lines we would have to call to cancel because they can’t do it in-store, but after adding the two lines she said “oh my manager went ahead and got those lines cancelled for you. Another lie told to us by Jessica because on our bill our watch lines still remain. I was able to email her with her work email that she provided, she replied and said she would remove the activation fees we got charged and “would let me know when it’s done”, never heard back from here. Called into the store multiple times and never received a callback and none of the workers offered to help. This experience put such a bad taste in our mouth regarding AT&T as a whole.
