Amazing customer service! I came in to get a SIM card for my new phone. An associate, Marissa, came to my rescue and helped me with my phone activation. She went above and beyond and delivered OUTSTANDING customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I didnt have to wait long to get an associate, and Jennifer was super helpful and although they didnt have the phone at their store, Jennifer was able to help me through the process of buying it online. And it was cool in the store while it was 106° outside and the Mulan movie was playing inside and that added to the cool vibe in the store! GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE IN THAT STORE!

I came close to closing and the person there was nice to answer the door. However I discovered that I didnt need their help after all since it was resolvable on the phone instead.I just appreciate how the workers there are polite to customers and make me want to come back whereas I just came from the Fullerton Verizon store where I did not have that good experience. Compared to them, this store shines!
HOSTILE, ABUSIVE, AND HATEFUL SERVICES!When I called this Verizon to order a new iPhone, the female answered and heatedly argued, she refused to answer questions, then slammed her phone to disconnect my call. When I called back, Josh answered and displayed the same hostile and argumentative conduct. He put me on hold for 15 mins. and never returned to the phone. Dont need to tolerate such hostile, abusive, and hateful services to buy its phones.
It would be unfair to leave a one star review because I was able to get what I needed within a reasonable time frame.Here’s the thing Verizon. You need to teach your employees respect during training. I mean come on, at least fake a smile.Verizon, you’ve always successfully won my allegiance.Do better, be better.I’ll leave it at that.
With tough times adjusting to businesses going remote and pushing customers to do everything through phone/app, things can get frustrating even for a tech savvy person like myself. I am so thankful for ASHANTE R. for being the most patient, helpful, and kind employee at this branch by helping me through my upgrade purchases. This was the second Verizon store I had visited today (after being rudely dismissed at another location) in desperate need of assistance after running into so many dead ends on the app and over the phone. Although I did not have an appointment scheduled, Ashante took the time to hear out my frustrations and took it upon himself to personally trouble shoot and guide me through the Verizon app in making my purchases. It took him a couple tricks himself until he got through but he never once gave up and made sure everything was correctly inputted. He offered the absolute best customer service I could have asked for.. thanks Ashante!

I got there around 3:00 and was the only one there. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had an issue with my 5 year old phone that I had insurance on so theyre mailing me a replacement.Great experience!
I don’t rate places or write reviews but.... this had me over the edge!So Came in on a Saturday because my phone was saying no service thinking I needed a new SD card!the gentleman that helped me was not friendly felt like he keep trying to sales man pressure me, Insisted I had to get a new phone that this one was bad, said he was placing the order it would be $100 plus additional $33 on my next couple months of payment for a refurbished one, says phone should arrive Tuesday.......Tuesday comes no phone. So I call his business card he gave me with my wife’s phone. The card he gave me so he could walk me through getting the new phone up and running, so I ask him if he knew when it would arrive. He hints at completely forgetting about the encounter and me coming into the store, Which doesn’t bother me. I get it tons of customers come in....anyways come to find out HE NEVER PLACED THE ORDER. So I paid and he never placed the order? How does that work? Good think I called to find out where the phone was Because if not I would’ve been waiting for a phone that wouldn’t have been coming.So he JUST place the order THEN as we were talking on the phone.....I will not be going back to that store in the future. I’m very disappointed in the service quality.-JD
I had the best experience at this Verizon store! Not only did they clean up all the issues I had from a previous order and agreement, but they managed to get me exactly what I wanted and verified through their fraud department. All in time for Christmas!! Trust me this was no easy task!! Corporate Verizon you’re lucky to have these expert guys taking care of your customers face to face! Thank you Bryan!

They no longer provide any services. If you walk into this location without the intention of purchasing a new product you will be wasting your time. In addition every product they do sell is less expensive online. I have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and after my last few visits to this location I am willing to reconsider.

Wait times are almost always long. Dealing with phone plans is never easy, apparently, so I had to jump through hoops just to solve a simple issue. The staff gave me my due attention, thus 3 stars. Otherwise not enjoyable or satisfying.
Verizon has really stepped up their game in their new store formats. So long as you avoid the authorized retailers at all cost you have a good chance of getting quality help with your problem. Got help fairly quick and got my new sim with no questions asked. Would recommend
The wait time is ridiculous! They don’t have anyone to do quick things but they waist a person by having them only greet and check in people as she walks around the rest of the time doing nothing. You have to wait so long for sales people who are taking almost an hour to do phone sales instead of having someone who can do the quick things like change a SIM card! Ugh.But once they help you it’s all good. Good service and nice people like CJ!

We generally get our Android phones from this location. Came in to get a cost effective Motorola phone but the great sales person talked us into getting a Galaxy 9 and discounted it heavily by telling us how to refund various fees and discounts and paid hundred dollars for the very old Galaxy 5 we had. This phone is magnetically rechargeable.
I dont understand why people give this place bad reviews. Maybe its been fixed since the previous reviews but when I went in there I saw nearly 10 employees patiently waiting to help customers. I was greeted right as I entered by Joe and although he and I could,t figure out what happened to my phone he worked with me to find the best way to get a new phone that didnt burn a hole in my wallet. This was a great store.
I have found that my Verizon experience depends on who I have as a sales rep. If youre looking for someone who is going to help you find the best plan, iphone, returns, or whatever you need then you should ask for Lynn at this store. I will only buy or return through her. And believe me, I take a lot of time and want to be explained everything and she has always been patient and kind. #TeamLynn
Went to get help with a rogue system app that is sucking battery life. The reps where real and tried but had no solution. Good store though and good reps. Unofficial solution was to Root the phone. ;-)
When you go to get your plan, you are enlightened and they promise you things that give you a fixed price and every month it goes too high and they never send you an email because the price they only charge increases and I am already very disappointed and upset 😡
I will be stopping Verizon because of this store. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I will be telling my family and everyone i know to leave Verizon after my experience with this store. I recently bought a hum from a sales associate here for my two cars. I was told that if i did not like it i could return it for a full refund no problem and that I would receive a credit for the price of the hums on my next months bill. So I gave it a try . I liked the product just fine and was going to keep it so i waited for my credit on my bill. No credit I call customer service and they said I will not have a credit and I now have a two year deal. I was told none of this when i purchased the unit and the only mention of it on anything i signed is a date that shows the end of the two years NOTHING ELSE. so i am locked in but I WILL SCREAM FROM THE ROOF TOPS ABOUT THESE LIARS. STAY AWAY they are liars and scammers. most likely they will be sued soon so dont expect this location to stay open.
In the past it took forever to get help. No so much these days. Very little to no wait at all. Quick service,was in and out in 15 minutes. Cant complain anymore.
Never go here. They are worse than used car salesmen. They will try to sneak things you dont want or need onto your monthly bill by calling them free upgrades. Extremely deceptive. This review has nothing to do with Verizons actual cell signal (which was excellent for me). I just cant stand these underhanded sales tactics, so I took my business elsewhere.
Went to upgrade my husbands phone. 1) A rep coughed with teary eyes and blowing her nose while she talked to us. It was disgusting. I was afraid my husband and I would get sick. 2) She told us there is no upgrade until Sept. We told her we cancelled the upgrade we made at Costco 2 weeks ago, and therefore we should still have one. She told us to go back to Costco and have them submit the paperwork to Verizon. Called Verizon. The rep told my husband that all she had to do was call Verizon to get the problem resolved and not send us back to Costco. This was the worst Verizon store experience we have ever had. Just lazy and unprofessional!!!

Worst phone experience EVER~! They were so unprofessional, and we had the longest wait time. Then, they couldnt get our phones set up correctly, and I had to go back 3 times (with a toddler in tow) for them to fix their own problems with our set up. And dont fall for their bundle packages they are a total rip-off. You are paying for them, they just hide the free phone and free expensive case in this bundle and you pay so much more. DO NOT GO HERE! Dont say I didnt warn you!

I bought an iphone from this store and wanted a case that would protect my phone. I was told there was only the one kind of case and the screen shield was sold separately. The one I had was no longer available. Times had changed the fellow said. The store is also not responsible for transferring your info from one phone to another I was told. So I went home to transfer it myself. I had trouble and went to another Verizon store in Placentia. The fellow there was so helpful and even helped connect it to the bluetooth in my car. Oh, and the case I wanted was available after all. I bought it and returned the case and shield to the Brea store. They refunded my money but were very rude.
I liked the fellow who took care of me. He did help -unlike the other store that I visited.
Terrible. their manners and services were terrible. the man who helped me had smelly breath. he was not personable at all and I am pretty sure the only reason he wanted to help me is because he wanted to hit on me but I was not having it.

As long as you go to this location during the week its okay but on the weekend finding a parking spot is really hard since Trader Joes is right there. Otherwise this is my go to Verizon store.
Earlier today I had been into the new Verizon store on Rose in Placentia and they were o no help to me. I had only gone there because they are closer to my home. I have always shopped at this Brea location and today was reminded why. First, based on my earlier experience today, Verizon almost lost me as a customer (and I have been with them since before they were Verizon and were Air Touch Cellular in 1995!). But rather than deal with trying to find a new carrier, I decided to give Verizon one more shot. As soon as I walked in to the Brea store, Melody, the associate, greeted me and immediately helped me with my issue. And although she wasnt able to handle everything there in the store, she graciously took the time to get me the information from Verizon and Zagg that I needed to file my claim. Not only that, even after I had walked out of the store, she ran out to my car to explain one more thing to me! That is the customer service that ALL Verizon employees should offer. Melody should be employee of the month in my book. Never once did she try to upsell me or get me to look into a new phone. She was so professional. And she saved me from leaving Verizon. I learned my lesson - this store is the one to come to and not the store in Placentia. It may be a bit more of a drive, but it was worth it. Thank you Melody!

My wife and I are faithfull Verizon customers since the 90s. Our rep Lynn Nguyen attended to our needs and gave us a lot of fast words and continue to talk us into getting the Hum devices that is free because we are faithful Verizon customers and they were running a special for people like us. She was friendly, we admit but it was soon to be found that it was fake.Boy we were surely taken by her friendly helpfulwords! It wasnt free! Not only did she over sell her availability on the lead time of my wifes IPhone 7 coming in, but I was witness to the conversation about getting a sell back on my wifes phone and mine ( I was talked into an iphone) as well. Well when we came to get her phone, there was no sell back because it was within 2 weeks of elgibility for an upgrade which Lynn knew and led us to believe that she could get for my wife. The other part was the lie she used to tell us that the Hum was free. We found out later that we are having to pay $10 a month and while we cancelled our hot spot to save money she used the opportunity to get money back for Verizon by talking us to taking the free, no cost Hum. After a long behind the door pow wow with her manager, Jorge came out and gave us the lowdown and with Lynn stood there totally denying what she had promised and pretty much lied.We told them to take the Hum out of our car and just took her new phone because it was such a hassle and we dont have that kind of time to mess with businesses like this. We will never step inside this store although it is just around the corner.Her name is Lynn. If you have to go there, find someone else.Regards,JIm

Went in with my brother who had his s6 go through the washing machine, they directed me to their solutions specialist, Sal, who was very friendly and helpful . Sal immediately saw the frustration my brother had and gave him all the options, one of which was perfect . Would suggest going to sal again for any problem . A lot better than the rep in la habra .
