I bought the note pad with the pen. The pen doesn’t work. I even scribble on piece of paper. Nothing. A beautiful note pad with a beautiful pen. Should had make sure the pen will work before sending to stores. I won’t be buying this product ever again.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my Flytes in June to be shipped in July. When I hadnt heard anything from them by mid July, I contacted the company and was told that they were running behind because the volume of orders was larger than expected but that I should receive them by the end of July. Its August 7th, no Flytes, and no communication about why I havent received them. On top of all of this, they charged me for the shoes when I ordered them, not when they were shipped. I cannot recommend doing business with this company, when there are so many others out there with excellent customer service. I can understand an unexpected volume of orders, but I cannot understand the complete lack of communication, especially when they already had my money.
