As I made my way traveling from AZ to the DMV area my L322 decided to take an extended break and broke down in Nashville. Somehow this amazing team was able to squeeze me into the service department unexpectedly with no appointment on a Saturday, fix my issue, and sent me on my way back to my family that I had not seen since the start of the year. We love our Land Rover Alexandria team but Nashville, you really came through and we appreciate it. We drove from Wisconsin to Nashville and had a blowout along the way. A Land Rover Dealership in a different state was able to put a donut on, but they did not have my exact tire. I ordered the tire and had it delivered to Land Rover Nashville. Vicki in the Service Department was great! She was caring, understanding, and pleasant. She was able to get us in for an appointment quickly and the Service Team had the new tire on my Velar within 45 min. I am so grateful to this team!

We purchased a 2020 Evoque from Land Rover of Nashville and am completely unsatisfied with the service we have received. We have taken the car back 5 times to have an over heating / cooling issue repaired and get nothing but the run around. We have had the hose replaced, the water heater replaced and done multiple tests on the coolant system and our car still smells as if it is over heating and leaking coolant every time we drive it. Each time we take it back they swear it is fixed and it never is. We suspect the issue is most likely a cracked block or other more involved issue that Land Rover does not want to address because of costs. Today when we picked it up the service guy told us it may take a year for all the air trapped in the coolant system to work its way thru???? What an absolute crock. So the result is that we are to keep driving a vehicle that smells like it is on fire and revs at almost every stop to high rpm while working the bugs out for a year. Absolute worst dealer I have ever been associated with. Dont waste your time with these guys. Go buy a Mercedes or BMW or anything other than a Land Rover.

My buying experience at Jaguar of Nashville was nothing but easy and personal. I was an out of town buyer from Kansas City and between inquiries via email and phone with Nick Sardo, in person inspection and test drive, and the entire buying process in person I had no pressure, no questions left unanswered, and a premium vehicle at a good price. The atmosphere is professional and carries the same luxury feel as the cars they sell, such as the XJ that I left with.While I may not be able to recommend them to my local friends due to the distance, anyone relatively near to Nashville ought to check their inventory and reach out to one of them with any questions.

Had a busted roof glass and insurance said it was a dealer only thing. Range Rover Service kept telling me to take it to Laurence Glass Company. Laurence Glass kept telling me it was a dealer only thing. I kept getting run in a circle.The big thing was they wouldnt deal with insurance. I was shocked. The glass alone cost almost 4000.I finally asked if they have a body shop because I know they deal with insurance. I ended up at Cadillacs body shop. They solved everything.I got the car back today. Very good work. Once I ended up in the correct place to have the repairs done all went smooth. Thank you Ricky Green.Shout out to the owner. Great job trying to solve a problem. Thank you so much. One of my customers has a Range Rover Velar. I liked the look of it and decided when I was ready to get a new car, that would be the one. We stopped by Range Rover of Nashville to test drive one to see if we really liked it. Craig walked us into the showroom and showed us the newest 2020. How perfect that it was the color I was wanting and had all of the extras too. He talked to us about the car, features and let us test drive one. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We came home with the one on the showroom floor!!! I love the car, it really is beautiful. My Lexus was 17 years old and boy have cars change. We went back a few days later to meet with Art who explained all of the features in detail and uploaded all of the security and technology. They have checked in with us to see if we have any questions and how we are enjoying our new ride. We would definitely recommend Range Rover of Nashville.

They have ultimately addressed my car needs every time I have had my cars serviced, I only wish they had more capacity as scheduling is typically further out than the ideal. Good luck working with the service department. They are booked out for appointments by at least three weeks. Appointments with a loaner available are booked out even longer - - at least a month. And expect to wait at least a week before they can even look at your vehicle if you drop it off without an appointment randomly. I waited three weeks to schedule a service recall for a client on door latches, only to have the car returned to me with the key fobs not working properly. Because they are so booked up all the time it took a week for them to even get it back in the shop and all the while my client has been without a vehicle - - a massive inconvenience for the client and reflects terribly on my own business. Their service department office guys seem to be at the mercy of an overall lethargic tech staff (the guys who actually work on the cars). One woman stormed out while I was there because her rover had been there on and off for like two months while at the same time 3 or 4 tech staff were just dilly dallying around the service department lobby waiting to be told what to do next. She seemed to be dealing with the same scheduling delays and overall lack of prioritization that Ive also been dealing with. So its not just a technician issue its a management issue as well. Calls in go unanswered or go to voicemail, good luck getting a call back on any messages left, and whats worse is they seem to know it. Ive worked with several other shops and dealerships in town on behalf of clients and Ive never experienced such a lag time in repairs. You guys need to expand your service department asap!

When my husband and I first arrived we were immediately greeted nicely without being bombarded. Dave was able to answer all our questions and even let us test drive as many land and range rovers as we liked. He wanted us to make sure we got a feel for all the vehicles available without any pressure. Again- there was no pressure to buy. I loved that! When it was time to make a deal- Dave truly gave us a deal of a lifetime. Me, a librarian is now driving a 2020 Landrover Discovery.When it finally came down to the follow back, Carli took the time to show me all the ends and outs of my new vehicle without even having an appointment. If local, drive to Century in Huntsville for better service. Told me first of December (a month later) to get a damn key fob programmed. Called Huntsville on a Friday and they could get me in on that following Monday. A lot of 1 ⭐️ reviews from this dealership for service. Presidents response is sorry, trying to improve service experience and wait times. Should have been 1st priority when dealership opened. Huntsville is charging more for the service. Service tone was much nicer there as well. Pay more for better service, or not. You chose. Hope review helps. Thanks.

This is a first class establishment-They practically do everything for you except pay for the car! The purchase of my range rover was so easy. I was able to test drive the car I was interested in for an afternoon prior to the purchase.Our salesman Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the car and he even filled it with fuel and took it through Marta on the day we came to pick it up.I love the fact that I have a contact person should have any questions about the many functions controls and commands of the car and the dealership even goes as far as to book a one on one class with a technician who will help you link all of your electronics to your car and go over all the amenities in the car. An additional perk is that you can take this car in to the dealership to have them wash it when you have the time. All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in receiving excellent service .

My Land Rover salesman Josh M. was extremely helpful in getting me the vehicle I wanted. I live in Palm Beach, FL & flew to Nashville, TN because none of the LR salesman down here would go out of their way to do an inventory search nationwide to find me what I was looking for, like it was too much of an inconvenience for them they just wanted you to settle for what they had. Josh did the search while I was on the phone with him & he found the vehicle I wanted in Wisconsin. I appreciate his work ethic & the ability to get the job done. I have never bought out of state before but the whole process was honestly super smooth. I was approved over the phone, gave a good faith deposit & then when I flew in I was in & out of the dealership within 30 minutes best experience ever.

We had a terrible experience with Land Rover of Nashville. After hitting a pot hole making a loud noise and having the car towed to Land Rover of Nashville our car sat there for 2 weeks. It was sent to the body shop and a new bumper installed. Turns out the body shop and the service department are separate. The problem was a loud noise while driving it. They said it was bad brakes pads and could not do anything about it under insurance . I took the car to budget brakes and they diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. He was shocked that anyone did not see the wheel moving side to side. He worked it out with my insurance ( who covered the repair) and the car was repaired in one day. I spoke to the manager of Land Rover several times with no help.We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership but never again. Poor service and poorly handled.

Update. My engine light came on which typically means an emission issue and that it is driveable so I drove it a couple of days before calling. They said just bring it in and we will do a diagnostic. I brought it in at 4:30 (they close at 6) and they did a diagnostic, found out it was a software update and completed it right then. I was in and out in an hour.Everyone was friendly and listened to me. They gave me a loaner free of charge. My car was repaired properly and is running fine. The only thing is I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. I assume if my car was not running, I would have been able to get in sooner, but realize that when your service interval is coming up.

I had an amazing experience with the service department! And here is why.I have a 2008 Range Rover Sport with 30,000 thousand miles. It lived most of its life as a garage queen. I brought it in to Eric in service when it had an acceleration issue. They diagnosed it the next day and it needed a throttle position sensor which meant I had to replace the entire throttle body. I told them to go ahead with the repair.I pick up the car and not a day later the car was not fixed. I immediately brought it back because I was supposed to take a trip back home to NY to visit family and planned on taking the Rover. Charles the Service Manager and Eric immediately dropped what they were doing to help and brought out the Master Technician to do a diagnosis. Turns out the Rover needed an additional sensor which required replacing the Accelerator Pedal.They knew about my plans to take a trip the next day, so they said they could rush the job in the morning as soon as the parts come in the morning. It was going to set me back several hours so I wasnt too excited about it, but one of the other Service Advisers helped find a flight to get me back to NY and I ended up flying instead.The willingness to work with me some something I was very pleased with. This dealership has a great team behind it and it felt they genuinely wanted to help me personally with my situation. Charles knew that this part should have been seen as faulty the first time around, so he offered to cover the labor and have me pay cost for the part which saved me hundreds!!! THANK YOU!!!I know this review is long, but I write it with gratitude for a 5 star service department. All Class.

Always have a good experience. But a few things could be better. My “check spare tire pressure” light was on. The service department should have checked this even though it was not specifically listed as a request. All tires should be checked with an oil change.I requested a new key FOB. This was not replaced.

Will always be a loyal customer of LR Nashville. Found myself in need of a car after having my trusty Ford totaled in a hailstorm. The sales department helped me narrow in on a reliable SUV with longevity and I have not been disappointed. GM Ronnie Reed runs a tight ship there, and that doesnt stop on the sales floor. Service appointments are thorough, and Ive never felt gouged. The staff is friendly and makes recommendations for service, but never overprice or do unauthorized work. Im comfortable enough with everyone there to be able to leave my car for a day and not worry about a thing. Once I had an overheating issue about a mile from the dealership. I called Corey in service at 5 p.m., was able to drop my car and pick up a loaner in 10 minutes flat. No questions, no unnecessary forms, no waiting. Thats reliability right there. I will always be a customer of LR Nashville.

I was extremely happy with my experience at the dealership. Brew was amazing (this is my second car from him) and was very diligent and understanding in helping me to find a new vehicle. I was replacing something I loved but no longer worked for our family. I felt that everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful, never had a moment that I was not attended to and I never had to wait. Had personalized one on one attention the entire time. Theres never anyone standing around being idle at this dealership, everyone is always moving and looking for a way they can help. Love, love, love this dealership and I will be a Ranger Rover girl for a very long time!

What an awesome experience I had. I went in for a test drive for a new Land Rover and the sales team really knew their stuff and they were very informative about the vehicle. I, regretfully, had to have our Range Rover receive its first non-routine /maintenance service. While we did not purchase our vehicle here, we assumed this would be the proper place. After our disappointing experience, this will be the last time we own any vehicle of this brand. This was our first venture with Land Rover, after having mostly owned other well-made European vehicles. I returned extremely dissatisfied and inconvenienced with the lack of repair completion that resulted from inefficient and ineffective internal communication, which resulted in more time without a vehicle.Make sure you receive confirmation of EVERYTHING. This includes telephone calls. I was originally surprised and pleased with the initial call I made after being told I didnt need to make an appointment, given that the need of my situation was of importance. After prompt inspection, service would take more than what seemed to be desired before the weekend began for everyone. I was asked to return the following Monday. I mistakenly assumed that Land Rover Service would be comparable to that of BMW Nashville, so I didnt bother asking about a loaner or transportation arrangements. Apparently, car loaners are sometimes available, but for those with appointments well in advance. Thankfully, my husband was out of town for meetings, otherwise I wouldnt have had transportation.

My review is only in regards to the service department, as that is the only people I dealt with... I’m a new customer, tried calling in to schedule a service on my car. First attempt to call I got hung up on, which is fine someone may have hit the wrong button I get it, second time I called I did get to talk to someone, I asked about a Saturday oil change, she said they were all booked up, and they were also booked up next Saturday to. Then didn’t even attempt to help me get scheduled. I’m guessing they don’t do oil changes during the week as she didn’t offer that as a possibility??

I love Andrews Cadillac...Jaguar...Range Rover....or whatever they call it now. Ok?I have bought at least 5 Cadillacs, a Range Rover, a Jaguar, and a BMW in the 20 plus years that I have done business with them and there has never, ever, been a single time that I have not been completely satisfied with any sale of a vehicle, service, or amicable resolve of ANY issue that I may have had...not one single time. Mr. Andrews is a joy to work with and know, so is Nelson Andrews, Kevin Guthrie, Chris, and every other person I have encountered are amazing people to work with, but that Ronnie Reed is something else...the best I have ever known. I could not have a clue how anyone could not be completely happy working with those people from the front of the store to the service department. They helped me relentlessly when I had a 2004 Range Rover... it was terrible, but their help and service was superb, even when we ended up junking it together which was mutual. Ronnie Reed is the only person I will ever engage, cooperate with, or even think about when I buy ANY car at all even if its Chevy...I would still buy it from Andrews because I trust, admire, and love all of those cats...every single one of them. But that Ronnie Reed is the top of the heap over there and goes beyond the extra mile to do whats right by his clientele and makes everyone feel like family. So let me recapitulate....I have bought 8 or 9 cars (two this year) from that dealership in 20 plus years, and never a problem that they would not solve to keep me coming back and the best car people I have ever had the joy and pleasure of purchasing from, and I have purchased 30 or more cars in my life. Had to have AC fan replaced at a little mom & pop mechanic shop while on an out of town trip. The repair was not done properly. Took Rover to dealership when we got back home to repair correctly. The service department got me in immediately, worked for two hours to correct the repair...and then didnt charge me anything! Amazing customer service!! Thank you!!!

11/15 update- to be fair, the new GM is just a stand up guy. As you read, our situation was terrible. I went in for scheduled maintenance and LR Nashville really worked hard to make our situation right. The gesture was well received. I think you’ve earned 4 stars! Thanks!!!**Update9/24-Just received my truck back after another 3 weeks in the shop. This time the AC module went out. No loaner was available for nearly 2 weeks, but after labor day, LR quickly got me in and gave a full sized loaner. The dealership was nice enough to arrange my car for drop off. As an aside, I asked to have the truck detailed...but I guess there wasnt enough time. Oh well. As an aside...I had a conversation with the GM about replacing my truck. He said he would get back to me. He never did.I have mixed feelings about my vehicle. Purchased brand new and has been in the shop twice for the same issue with under 2500 miles. Locally, the dealership has done well with addressing my needs while being accommodating and pleasant. The buying experience was also very positive. Frustrated to spend the amount that I did for a car that has needed repairs twice.
