The guys here are super helpful!! My alternator belt snapped right next to their shop so I pulled in and it turned out to be my water pump! They were able to get the part right away and fixed it all up for me! They did everything they could to make sure I was driving away safely! I will DEFINITELY be going to them in the future!

Today I visited this location...at 6:15 pm..closing time is 7pm. The staff treated me as if I was the first customer of the day!! They checked and showed me the oil dip stick...they told me I did not need an oil change! The dip stick showed full level and clean oil!! They were wonderful! The evening staff all deserve 5 stars and a raise!! Great..honest.. staff!! Theyre the guys to trust your car to!!

I asked for an oil change and they took the liberty to remove my air filter and replace it without my knowledge. I was charged for a service I did not agree to. Employees were polite, just not honest with what I was paying for.

They did a very good job. They let me know exactly how long I would need to wait and timed it perfectly. They very professional.

I wouldnt take my worst enemies vehicle here, Ive been here once years ago & had a terrible experience & said Id never go back, then my husband (without my knowledge) took my new truck last week to have the oil changed & they didnt tighten my oil filter up so I lost 2.5 quarts of oil almost locking my motor up & they didnt fill up any of the other fluids that they were suppose to & they changed the air pressure in my tires & all 4 tires had a different amount of air in them & they didnt turn off any dash lights. They will never ever touch another vehicle I own!

Having trouble getting workers so they only had one bay open, but did a fine job.

Good place to go for an oil change. I did feel like they tried to upsell me a bunch, but I dont have a problem saying no so it wasnt really am issue for me. Mostly just annoying. They did good work though.

I’m honestly surprised I’m giving this review given the positive response provided by other reviewers, but it feels like I must. The work they did was fine, but the manner in which they did it was less than ideal. I remained in the vehicle, and they ended up leaning in multiple times without masks and care for any health precautions.Secondly, the manager on duty had his headphones in and ignored multiple times one of the technicians mentioning I was ready to be cashed out. This manager also criticized what I would assume to be a tech in training for working hard and moving too fast, saying “we’re not in a hurry, and they (the customers) aren’t in a hurry either”

Right from the start they tried to tell me my car requires synthetics (it doesnt). The techs push non stop to sell you unnecessary services. Be careful what you pay.

At first felt that the service was great, which it was! quick, polite and gave me a discount. But one of their techs broke a stud off of my 4runner while tightening it, but I understand stuff happens. They told me they will order the part and have it in 4 days later and they WILL call me, never called me and went in the next day they said they dont have enough people to put it on although they had got the part in. Now its been 3 weeks, no phone call or anything,Definitely never again making the mistake of going to a jiffy lube. First time and last time.Thanks

I dont smoke. Others got the car vacuumed but no one asked me . Not sure what thats aboutWont be going back !!!

Got to Jiffy Lube at 8, when they opened. Its 8:35 and my truck hasnt been touched. Two issues. First they have only one of three bays open. Second, the first car is having everything done; oil change, tire rotation, radiator flush, wipers, and replacement of his break lights.They didnt offer all of these services at one time to him. No, they suggested one at a time, fixed it, then suggested another, fixed it, over and over.Suggestions; staff to have more than one of three bays open, offer all extra services at once.It has now been 50 minutes and Im still waiting. Not Jiffy at all. Good, friendly staff, just need to tighten up management.

I have gone here for all but two of my oil changes in the past two years... religiously every 6K miles, mostly because they are super nice and efficient. Heres my problem... the one time I didnt go, the oil change person showed me the filter after he had to destroy it to get it off my car, it was wound so tightly. I relayed that info to Jiffy Lube the next time I went, and they said theyd be careful.Then, this last time I got an oil change, I noticed oil drips on my garage floor. My boyfriend suggested I get a new oil plug because the washer must be warn out. We changed the oil ourselves, only to find out the washer was gone! Jiffy put my oil plug on without a washer. Nice.My garage floor is littered with tiny drips of oil that I can not get out.Both of these problems are admittedly minor, but if the only thing you do is oil changes and you charge a premium for it, shouldnt you be really good at what you do? Im not going here anymore.

This place and the staff all seem pretty shady. We were told by the staff that our oil and transmission fluid had been changed and were charged for it. A couple of weeks later we drop her car off next door at Christian bros and was told that the transmission fluid looked like the stock fluid and that it looked to never have been changed. Contacted jiffy lube and we are still waiting for an answer and resolution.

I just want to start off by giving props to the owner Steven. I called him on 2/27/19 to get a quote on an oil change. I was undecided if I was going to come. So today on my lunch break. I pulled up and the staff greeted me with a smile qnd everyone was polite. Steven remembered me just from a phone conversation the day before. I was so impressed because this a place of business that gets ton of calls from customers such as myself. They prices was very reasonable and he gave me an awesome qoute and so new tires I know I really need. To put the icing on the cake l was able to still get lunch and make it back to work in 30 minutes. Steven you and your team rock. Thank you for making me feel special!

I recently had my oil changed here, they’ve always been polite and prompt. They told me I needed my air filter replaced, so I told them ok. They did not replace my air filter. I drove around for almost a month with NO filter and the filter box being open. Hoping this does not cause engine damage.

Always get me in and out quickly. Never try to up-sell on products or services I don’t need. It’s great to be able to come in for a quick top-off on air or fluids between tune-ups.

UPDATE - The company did work with me on this misunderstanding. Thank you,Groupon buyers beware. Bought a groupon that said the $48.99 conventional oil change was 24% off at a cost of $36. But I was charged $16.23 when it was all said and done. Luckily Groupon is honest and gave me $16 back.

Definitely on the lower end of oil change places. Did not communicate well and Skipped several items for my company vehicles routine service. Will not go back. These guys just dont care. Try Valvoline in Brentwood instead. Like those dudes

Ive been to several Jiffy Lubes, and I really like this one. Theyre fast, but I dont get the impression that quality is out of control either. Theyre courteous and not condescending.

They get you in there, tell you that they don’t have conventional oil for your vehicle and force you to buy $80 oil change. Never will go back. They had sewage on floor from broken toilet and they over filled the oil tank so they needed to drive into garage. While I was waiting to get back in, someone opened my passenger side door until I asked what he was doing. Very strange experience.

Changed the oil in my sons car then said we needed new brake pads, there was only about 10-20% of the pad life remaining. I told them not to install the pads, then went to my mechanic. My mechanic looked at the brakes then called and said there was plenty of pad life left, 70-80%, and replacement was not needed. Appears Jiffy lube was trying to sell a service that was not needed. Beware!

I had an oil change done and a tail light replaced. Because of the type of car I drive, it is not easy to replace the light. I drove for about s day and it quit working....long story short it took a couple of visits but it was fixed. Each time Steve and his team were outstanding!!! Special shoutout to Travis!!!

Ive always had fast and great service, but when I took my car to a trusted mechanic, he noticed the air filter compartment had been broken and duct taped together. I wasnt positive that it was this location because I had taken it to another mechanic around that time. I had it replaced. I continued returning here and have not taken my car anywhere else. Now, Im sitting at the mechanic who just showed me that the compartment has been broken again and zip-tied. If you plan to keep on going here, I would suggest visibly checking the air filter before and after service. I wont be returning.

Had a bad experience today at this place. The service was fast but the employees were very careless. They either forgot to put the hubcap on my cars passenger side front wheel or they did not fit in properly. When I reached home I did not find it. I went back to check if hubcap was still there, the employees were not even bothered to address the concern. Only response i got was if it is not on the property we cant help you. One of them tried to blame it on me that it was never there and I am trying to claim it from them. Totally pissed off with the service there. Never ever going back. People are very unprofessional.

After going to 3 gas stations that were out of air I pulled in and waited for 10 minutes with two toddlers in the car before anyone came out to my vehicle. When they did they told me I would have to wait behind two oil changes before I can get my extremely low tire filled with air. Their customer service was horrible.

Fast service without an appointment needed

Went there because I bought a $35 Groupon for $75 service. They did the oil change, checked the fluids and lightly vacuumed front seat floors leaving the back of the car untouched.

So I got a groupon for 39.99 then when I came the mechanic said u need full synthetic because I had a car that will be better but his upgrade cost would be a total of $156.00 minus 40 for the Groupon I paid. Then I asked full synthetic online is for 79.99 so it should cost me around with tax around 90 bucks and not 156-40 equal to 116 which is 26 dollars more. Basically I use to get full synthetic done at another place for 79.99 and here I ended up paying 75.26 plus 40 what I paid on Groupon which brings total to 115.26 which I think I deceiving the customer. I will never come here. By the way he also said the difference is because Groupon promises 5qtz and it would 5.8 quartz and so pay difference and also he said the filter will be another 12 dollars which was ridiculous because coupon included it in the cost.

I stopped in to replace a taillight and all of the gentlemen that work there were very polite quickly got me on my way I was really impressed!

I waited over an hour to get air in my tires. It was 45 minutes before someone even spoke to me.

Decent work but they don’t understand what “don’t touch the tire pressure” means. Then they will tell you that they set the pressure back to where it should be even though they didn’t.

My first experience with Jiffy Lube, I got 3 miles down the road and black smoke started coming out from under my hood. Oil was pouring out from under my Jeep as I was driving down the highway. My Jeep Cherokee is less than 3 years old. After getting a standard oil change, I call this location to inform them I pulled over on the side of the road. The manager came to assist me and informed me they did not tighten my filter properly before allowing me to leave their location. Had I driven my vehicle back to my house which was 20 miles, my engine would have been completely ruined. Did I mention my “standard” oil change,with nothing extra added, was $104.00?! They rightfully so, refunded my money, but I am now making an appointment to the Jeep dealership in franklin so they can inspect my engine to ensure no damage has been done based off the carelessness of this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Slow service. Not consistent training. Gave me my car back with a flat tire that they caused by loosening the valve in the tire. Then proceeded to fix their mistake. Took an hour for an oil change.
