Excellent customer service and even for a short time be between travel they were able to Provide me with 4 Of there 17in black and chrome rims. New tire sensors and lug nuts. 🤪 Install Completed by 6pm. Same day appt.

Had alignment on lifted 2500 ram. Tried to get some slightly custom specs but they refused. Asked them to call me to discuss total toe adjustment before they did any adjustments. Said they would but didnt. Once job was done they called 20 mins before close time and said its done. No specs given. Had to pick up next day and was not to my requested specs. Truck had too much total Toe and now tends to wander.If you need anything other than stock this isnt the place for you.$100 wasted.

Been going here for years now and they have supplied tires for my last 4 cars. Just took my new jeep in for a tire rotation and it was done in less then an hour at no charge. Thats a great service.

I easily scheduled a safety check of my front suspension, online. 10 minutes after checking in for my appointment Ricardo S. had started the comprehensive inspection. He performed both a visual and road test of my Jeep JKU. Ricardo is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings and said everything looked good. In the garage we reviewed the various components of the suspension and performed a second road test. In total this appointment took about 40 minutes and I received excellent customer service and a thorough, comprehensive inspection; for free.

Mishal was awesome to work with. They had the new polished aluminum wheel and tire in stock. Once the store opened I was headed back down the road within the hour. Great service

But I found my self questioning their policy of flat repair, I have come in 5 times for a flat repair just to be told to wait 1 1/2 hour.I dont care If its free, Ill be happy to pay but I found it very inconvenient to have to wait so long for a simple flat so I end up going elsewhereBottom line is they are very quick to sale you tires and rims ( which I had purchased) but forget it if you get a flat repair you better go elsewhere..

5.0 star rating 1/22/2018I was reffered by the service Manager at Infiniti of Modesto where I purchased a 2017 Q50 R400. Figures I would get a screw in my front tire a few months after purchasing it.I was very skepticle of going over their due to my bad expereince with Americas Tires scratching two of my rims on my previous Infiniti while installing new tires and then denying it.However, I gave Les Schwab a call and Gary answered the phone. He was very nice and pleasent, I told him the situation and my worries. He explained they have top of the line equipment and he would personally see that nothing goes wrong.So I go down there, I had to wait 45 minutes but big deal, it is a first come first service operation so always call before you head down. A real nice young gentleman saw my car was new and treated it with kid gloves. He even had me come over and take a look at how he was patching the tire. They use a plug and inner patch he explained its a new way to do it and it lasts the life of the tire.When he was done he brought the car up front, I went up to him he said thank you for coming in and hope to see you for any future needs you may have. I said dont I owe you anyhting? He said no its complimentary. I was shocked.I even asked for a quote for new tires for my car since the tires are stagered and dont last very long due to not being able to rotate them. Gary gave me a great written estimate on four tires installed. Even though I am not close to needing new tires now, when I am they will get my buisness hands down.Great job guys and it was a pleassure enjoying your really nice clean and large waiting room with great amenities.Bill

This place was the greatest tireshop I have ever been to. Walked in with a loose tire, i have to ask them to clean up the emergency slime i put inside. I also asked them if they sell a wheel stud. The very nice person in front looked it up but unfortunately they dont have it at the time. But was very helpful to call a local Oreilly in the area for it and redirected me to buy there. (Where i have already been and guy in oreilly said they dont have it.) Buy guess what! Les Schwab person told them the part number and yes they have 7pcs! Thanks to him putting that extra help! The guy that took my tires were very helpful and knowledgeable! They got free wifi and popcorn! Seriously what could you ask for! Ang most of all that made my day? It was free of charge! Im really tired fixing may car that day that I missed to look at their name tags. But really! All the people there were very helpful!🤗🤗🤗

Great service and very friendly staff. Free coffee, hot chocolate, and popcorn in a waiting room, as well as free magazines and TV. Very clean 24/7, no smudges or oil or grime on the ground or tables. Very peaceful and quiet place, and many areas to sit. They even had a little area for the kids, with toys and coloring books. The only reason I give this four stars instead of five is because the wait-time can get ridiculous; we were there for about seven hours. (No, thats not a typo. Seven hours.) It was mildly annoying, but the staff was great with the kids and tried to get us out of there as fast as they could. Very honest staff as well. Very pleased with my service.

I used to go to a Les Schwab exclusively but now I have a hard time paying a premium price for a set of tires that are no name brand and then when I need to get tires rotated I have to make an appointment 2 or 3 days out. unfortunately for me I use my car for business so I drive quite a bit so sometimes I dont know exactly what my schedule will be in 3 days if I need my car or not. The funny thing is if you go on their online appointment you can get almost the same day appointment to buy new tires but if its something complimentary its typically 48 hours minimum

Poor service. I’ve waited 5 hours and yet my tires were not changed. Dropped off my car at 930 am and according to the the lady that works there, there would be 2 hours waiting period. So I left and came back a little after 12pm just to find out my car was still parked outside. So I gave it another hour and another... until the time came that I had to pick my kid up of school. So i just decided to take my car and left.

Great customer service - we needed some emergency work done and, despite being completely booked, they fit us in and took care of our vehicle. Ive since bought tires from them and was impressed at the knowledge level getting me the best tires for my driving at a great price! Mike and the team are amazing!!!

I had never thought about leaving a review for a tire shop before, but today I had an intensely aggravating dealing with Americas tire and it made me want to leave a good review for the nothing but great service I have had with Les Schwab, not only are their prices at least equal to or better than Americas tire but I have never left angry or even unhappy although (funny) I did end up leaving with a new car once, I ended up trading in the last car I had bought tires for because the location I stopped at to get my free tire rotation was next to a used car dealer so I just went to browse the lot while waiting for my rotation and ended up trading that car after the free rotation. That was an expensive free rotation 😁 😜

Horrible place. Took my car in for an alignment, only for the alignment to come out of place while driving on the HIGHWAY!!! Almost crashed my car!!! Called them to let them know what happened. They told me my car has been in an accident before and to bring it in and theyll take another look... Please... My car has never been in an accident in its entire lifetime. I took my car into Big O Tires and they said that Les Schwab didnt tighten some important bolts. Instead of doing their jobs and paying attention to detail, they like to make up excuses for the horrible work they do. Horrible place to take your car for service! Only take your car here if you have a death wish. These people will gladly help you with that.

Let me explain my 5-Star experience I had with Les Schwab in Brentwood. I had a slow leak in one of my front tires and they were able to handle it in 45 minutes. I know they wont be able to live up to this service every time but the check-in and check-out process was extremely smooth, the front desk people were very friendly and they didnt even charge me. Ill be taking my cars there for my future tire needs.

Many companies are here only to serve for the money you pay, i used to tell everyone that nobody does anything for free, but if someone is doing anything for free then there is something in their mind to get money in otherway from us.I have to be very honest that Les Schwab (brentwood, ca) is really a unique, they do free tire fix to make customer happy and they dont expect anything in return at all. What a best customer service even when you do free service.Hats off. Keep it up.

I always have excellent customer service at the Brentwood location. Very good at explaining everything. Today I even got a great sale on a couple new tires I needed.Ive been comming here for several years for my brakes and tires and am completely satisfied with all my experiences.

Some of the best service Ive encountered a tire store. Recently they spent a good 15 minutes checking and filling the air in my RV tires for no charge. For me, service is a must and they have it.

One of the worst experiences getting a tire put on ever. I called ahead and arranged to have the tire put on at 1pm in Brentwood, CA. Showed up. Waited 2 and a half hours for a single tire to be put on and balanced. Then I get the keys and walked out to find that the tire with a rotational arrow on the side had been put on backwards! Still sitting here. Almost 3 hours now. Car still not even inside being worked on. Never coming back to a Les Schwab again.

Because today we had a flat tire and they fixed it. Then they pulled the car in, took the doughnut off, put the tire back on the car. Put the spare back in the trunk, checked all the air in the others tires. And to top it off, they charged us $0.00! Came in looking for rims for my car . gave me BS about centering rims .. I own my own shop in nebraska . wanted to put on stock size rims 15 told i had to put on 17 rims ..if manufacturer sold car with 15 rims it was for safety reasons . those big rims with Small tires are not safe but very expensive.. I went elsewhere got my 5 rims and tires ..BS runs high at this place...

Of all the tire shops I visited Ive never visited Les Schwab until April 12, 2018. I needed tires real bad. The customer service was fabulous. I will be going there for my tires from now on.

Didnt like anything about it had them do a brake inspection couple of weeks later my break slip offline rubbing into my calipers and ruining my whole brake job and now I need a new one and they were supposed to do a thorough inspection 3 weeks ago but didnt catch it 3 weeks ago when I brought it in seems like every time I brought it in there the past three times theres something new wrong that they didnt catch the last time who said it was a hazard to drive my car off a lot but I would rather bring it to somewhere else

No appointment needed. I needed my brakes checked and was in and out of here within about 15 minutes. Service was nice and they explained things clearly. Absolutely zero pressure to go with their recommendations or nm purchase anything. Estimate is free. Waiting area is nice and spacious. They have tables and chairs and free WiFi so you can work while you wait. They also have vending machines of you want a snack while you wait. I cant review the service quality as I didnt need it, but was very happy with the overall experience.

I was very pleased to find out that tire repaires were free but once i got the vehical back the tech informed me that he found two staples he patched but the two temp. Tire plugs that were also in the tire he did not repkace with patches plugs are a temp repaire and not a safe thing to leave in i had said to the counter person that the plugs might be the issue if not please get them out and patched any ways but the info must not have made it to the tire tech so not a perfect exsperiance but my tire is not leaking well not till the temp plugs fail most likely when im very far from any help

I like what they do to my Truck/ Beetle, shocks, tires, ball joints, tie rod ends, customer service, ALL GOOD, but, i have a problem with the alignment on my truck. !!! last time took it back 3x, its the steering wheel center bar !! its at an angle, and it drives me crazy !!!.. other then that, no problem..sigh.. :(....

I went in to get a flat tire repaired and even though it took about an hour of waiting for it to get done then gave me a complentary repair so I didnt have to pay nothing!!! I will for sure be going back for any future business. Thank you Les Schwab.

Stopped in the Brentwood store for a flat repair, 1 hr and 45 minutes later finally done. Pull out on loantree way go 1 block to a stoplight and NO BREAKS peddle went to floor narrowly avoiding a accident, pulled into parking lot and brake fluid was pouring out of wheel that they fixed the tire on. Made it back to LEW SCHWAB, they fixed the leak that they caused during their free brake inspection and said they were sorry.SORRY BEING THE KEY WORDSORRY SERVICESORRY WORKMANSHIPSORRY CUSTOMER SERVICESORRY THEY WOULD LET A CUSTOMER LEAVE WITH NO BRAKESTHIS IS THE WORST TIRE STORE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFEWILL NEVER GO BACK1 star only because i cant post a review without 1

This is the only place I go for tires & brakes- Period.Les Schwab is the best. They dont try to nickel & dime you to death like Big O does. The first time I went there it was for a flat on my utility trailer. They had all the bays filled and guys running everywhere, super busy, but they still had me back my trailer up to one of the bays and brought a floor jack out and pulled my wheel off. When they got through with the flat repair and said it was no charge, I was a little suspicious... but now I know why they didnt charge me, they knew I would keep coming back - they have gained a customer for life!! Ive bought 4 sets of tires there now, most of them Toyo brand, heck I got 60K out of my last set.Im picky and they always do a great job.
