The technician was able to fix my old Samsung phone in a couple of hours. They were sweet and also gave me a small discount. Yay!

Another Batteries Plus location replaced my battery with an aftermarket battery when they told me it was going to be a Samsung battery .This location took replaced the battery with a samsung battery. However after a few days my phone had water damage due to poor workmanship putting the phone together. They reused the gasket and didnt set it in place well. Went back to original batteries plus location and they fixed it. Bottom line is that the customer service is great but quality of repairs can be sketchy.

These guys were awesome! Phillip repaired my water pic with next day turnaround. I had seen YouTube videos of battery changes on my unit and they were crazy complicated. He handled it without any problems. Everybody there was nice and welcoming love this place!

Kris helped ouy the Centennial High School Marching Band at 7:45 pm (close at 8pm) with a battery for speakers that our band director uses to communicate with the students. Without the speaker the kids cant hear director. Kris made sure we where taken care of and even helped to exchange the batteries. He saved the night and we where only down for 30 minutes.

I called the Charlotte Ave. store in Nashville, Tenn. They didnt have the battery I wanted -- two 6-volt golf cart batteries -- so they directed me to this store. The service was friendly and helpful.

The battery works well. However, getting it quick and easy was not as advertised. I placed the order and received an email that it was ready. Was in the parking lot of the store when the email was received. Called the number on the placard that said curb-side delivery. A nice gentleman answered and said he did not see and order for curbside and asked for my name. Did not indicate that he had found the order, but said he would deliver shortly. Still waiting 15-20m later a gentleman came out with the battery. Then...the core charge refund. Another 5m. Still not seeing the core charge refund on my credit card. This quick and easy curbside pickup took WAY too much time to get a simple battery. When you place a simple order, it takes 45m to get an email saying it is ready...then the store takes forever to just bring the order out the door and give you a core charge refund make you question how it might be if I needed any help picking out a battery. Might be there all day.

Phillip was so very helpful at the Cool Springs store! He had to redo my electronic key fob for my Honda after i tried to use it as a scredriver. 😳I felt like he gave me the best options and explained which would be the most economical. I got out of there with a super pleasant experience, new key fob and new windshield wipers (installed) for under $80!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a battery for my maid (AKA) Roomba. Weve had her for about four years. The last year or so her battery slowly got weaker and weaker, until it just died. Thought it would be a big ordeal to find another one or an expensive trip to a repair shop. My wife called Battery Plus and they said sure, bring her in and well see if we have a match. I took her in and sure enough they had one. The gentleman took the old battery out put the new one in for me and Im back to feeling like George Jetson. If you have a specialty battery or light bulb chances are they have it in stock.👍

My cell phone battery had overheated and swollen so that it popped the back off of my phone. I assumed the phone was doomed and was not in a position to purchase a new one. A friend mentioned that I should give Batteries + Bulbs a try. They were knowledgeable, honest (may not be able to fix) and kind. I was told that if it could not be fixed, they could refer me to someone for a new phone. 2 hours later, I had my old Samsung back and able to use for what I hope is a bit longer!

I purchased the battery replacement for the Iphone 6s Plus. Its been about two weeks, and the battery and phone are working flawlessly so far. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were pretty busy, but the total time it took to replace my batter was still around an hour. Very satisfied.

We took our daughter’s car to have the keyless remote battery replaced and replace the car battery. There was only one young man working and it was extremely busy. The keyless remote battery was changed quickly. The car battery was changed quickly, apparently too quickly. Fast forward nine days and her car, once again, won’t start. Thankfully she was home from college for fall break or else we would have had to find someone to tow it to a repair facility five hours away. We got to her car and found that the battery was not installed properly. Neither one of the terminals had been tightened down and the battery retainer was not attached leaving the battery unsecured causing it to not start. We are thankful that she was able to get back to school that day, then home for fall break without issue. This is unsafe and unacceptable. Will not return or recommend anyone else go for a car battery installation

I bought a car battery and a watch battery. The guy was very helpful and kind. He installed the watch battery quickly. The car battery was a bit of a challenge. He tightened it as much as it could, but it could be lifted off with a finger. Luckily theres a mechanic near by and they pushed it all the way down and tightened it all the way. Its a bit much sometimes I think to ask someone to be a watch and car battery expert at the same time, quite different beasts. Store was clean and looked well stocked though.

Easy as pie - ordered and paid online the night before then picked up the order with no waiting at the store. The battery solved all my issues with my aging Note 4 which now works as good a new. My second battery for the Note 4 was a counterfeit Samsung battery that worked okay for about a year but didnt have the NFC antenna - Batteries + Bulbs supplied a Duracell Ultra for my specific cell carrier that has the antenna and a lifetime warranty. Holds a good charge and theyll replace it for free if it screws up. Costs more than a knockoff but worth it to me.

WASTE OF TIME...COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONALI called Friday to verify they had the iPad screen in stock to replace mine. I was told to bring it in and it would be fixed by Saturday. I drove to the store were a piece of paper on the door stated, Not Feeling Well..Back in a Few. I drove out there again this morning were I was told, by the store manager, Wayne... it might be fixed today, maybe tmrw or if he had to order a part it wouldn’t be fixed for 3-5 business days. As I explained this is for work, confirmed last night and this morning before driving out there... he then slammed it down on the counter and said i’m not fixing this. Take it elsewhere!!

DON’T GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED THERE GUYS! They broke my microphone on my iPhone and then when they went to fix it, they broke even more things in the phone. They want to keep my phone for a week to fix it now. Terrible terrible service. Go to apple for the extra $50.

Went here to pick up a new cell phone battery for a friend of mine. That store is amazing with EVERYTHING that it carries!

I purchased four 6 volt deep cycle batteries for my motorhome. The price was competitive, they were ready when promised, and service was helpful.

Excellent service, I had to change the battery on my motorcycle. It was not easy opening it up and changing it especially when the terminals are not standard terminals. The gentleman helped me with the painful process and changed it.

Brought in my iPhone to get the screen repaired here. When I came back to the store to pick up the phone, the replacement screen had a very noticeable green discoloration. When I pointed this out they said they would put on another screen. Upon receiving the phone with the second replacement screen, I began to notice after a day or so that the screen was very jittery and unresponsive (particularly on the top of the phone). I brought it in again and they replaced it with a third different screen. Within a few hours that screen began to experience phantom touches in the bottom right corner, causing the phone to repeatedly type n, m, and b on the keyboard. This occurred both while typing and sometimes while not even touching the phone. Ive now completely given up on this store and plan on trying to get it replaced at a different Batteries Plus location.The staff was very friendly, but its honestly unacceptable that they replaced my screen with three units that were all defective in completely different ways. Either they have serious problems with their stock of screens or their repair people are completely incompetent.
