Absolutely the worst customer service. Im getting rid of my Alfa once this issue gets resolved because I refuse to do anymore business with them anymore!Scenario:Daytime running lights go out in my car. We look it up and find out the entire light assembly has to be replaced. We make an appointment to get the lights fixed because now we have no right turn signal in the frontTakes 2 weeks to get our vehicle into the shopWe arrive at the shop and these people havent even ordered the light, because they say the seal leaking water is not covered by the warranty.WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH FIXING MY CAR! I CANNOT DRIVE AROUND WITH NO LIGHT! Who says I couldnt just pay the price? Now, they have to reschedule to fix the light. How long will this take? Will I get pulled over by cops?Absolutely the worst
I called to make an appointment for my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia. My front passenger daytime running light & parking/turn sign are out. I told the service manager that during the phone call. The quickest appointment they could give me was 2 weeks in the future. At my appointment (scheduled for 9am) I arrived at 8:35am where I was told they would have to order the light assembly but they would check it out anyway. At 10:30am I was informed that yes a seal had faulted and allowed water to get inside the assembly to short out those lights. But Alfa Romeo would not cover it because the seal was bypassed by natural causes. I told him the purpose of a seal is to prevent water from getting inside and it failed to do that. Either this dealership is a straight scam or Alfa Romeo is using every trick in the book not to honor their warranties.
I came, ready to drive away in one; ignored me until I left. The dealership looked like it was going out of business, like there was no passion. I guarantee you I could move Alfas better. 100%. I care about this brand. A lot. I was over the moon that they were returning, but if this is how theyre being sold, then theyre being done a disservice and will likely leave once again, which breaks my heart. BMW is their nearest competitor, and those cars are hideous now and no longer sporty- Alfa should be a no brainer to eat up that market share, but theyre being let down.
Visited the dealership for the wonderful new coffee shop in the back portion of the facility called Sypcoffee which recently opened in January 2018.Small, modern setting, that purveys a premium variety of coffees in various formats.Go to the front entrance of the showroom and the receptionist will direct you.Craig Margolius is the owner operator and has an incredible philosophy of his coffee.Come for the coffee and stay for the conversation.
