I wish I could give more than 5 stars because 5 stars is an understatement for the team at Lexus of Cool Springs. First off, shout out to my man Eric Warner, he is the best service advisor Ive ever dealt with. He worked with me on servicing my Lexus GS400s timing belt and water pump. Secondly, shout out to the tech Zach Cox. That guy is a magician when it comes to working on 1UZs. He got the timing spot on and he finished the whole job in less than 4 hours and did a multi point inspection. I was speechless when I got the call on the same day that my GS was ready for pickup. The one thing I like the best is that they didnt ask questions on why I had a 240a custom high output alternator since I asked them to be super careful with it. They took really good care of it. Excellent service process and Id definitely come back. My car being #114 GS400 ever built I strive to take good care of it. With these guys that makes it super easy.
I called to arrange an oil change and a detailed inspection at Cool Springs, TN, Lexus dealership where my Lexus ES350 was purchased. I was treated rudely by service department receptionist. She was arrogant with responses to me. In addition, she rudely stated the refusal to offer accommodations for my need to get a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced. I expected higher quality & decency from a Lexus dealership than was received today.
Michelle Hunt was our leasing and sales specialist. She was very helpful and informative about turning in our previous leased vehicle and getting us in a new leased car. Her best quality might have been patience with two older citizens who are often quite dense. After the purchase so said, to call her anytime and we have tested that out and she is true to her word. She is very knowledgeable about her product and doesnt mind sharing that info with her customer. I highly recommend her for your Lexus car needs.

I had brake issues driving through Nashville. The service department in this dealership was absolutely amazing, in particular Kirk Pickle. They worked us in, transported us back and forth from the hotel, and did not charge for diagnostics. We quickly got back on the road and we safely made it to our destination. I only wish they were in Chicago, so I could exclusively use this dealership.
My daughter was shopping to buy her first car. We found a car online and were contacted by Jake Motsinger. From first contact through delivery of the car, we experienced nothing but top notch service. Jake made sure to answer every question, and made her feel comfortable with her purchase. I walked in after purchasing 4 vehicles with this dealership. Brian was my salesman on every vehicle I purchased and considered him friend. I had tinted and wrapped some clear bra for Lexus of Cool Springs and they allowed $22.30 as a daily perdiem and 11.34% while I had a 780 credit score immediately ran at Ascend when I refinanced and found out I would be paying $106,000 just in their interest! Now if I were to lead you to any dealer it wouldnt be this one, I am certainly satisfied with my vehicles performance, I am not satisfied with how I shouldve owned 3 IS350s rather than the 1 I purchased. Read your documents here and make sure youre not getting bent over. Kyle Bolton I just called you 3 times, and got no response or answer from you.
I had the best shopping experience at Lexus with Jimmy. He was very patient with me. I looked at several vehicles - from certified to new. He ran numbers on each one with all different scenarios for me. He was always very responsive whether it was text or email. It took me over a week to decide and he remained patient the entire time! The finance gentleman, Jacob, was also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys!

We had a great car buying experience at Lexus of cool springs even when we did not buy a Lexus :-). We bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, the car was just like new. The staff especially Samey Ashari was very helpful, he let us take our time in making our decision. He accepted our requests and was prompt in reverting back with possibilities. The most pressure-free buying experience ever for me, it is how every cay buying experience should be. Even the the finance office was great, just informed about products, answered questions and let me make my decision. Thanks to the management for creating a such an environment where their staff can focus on the customers and sales is a by-product of customer service. I scheduled an oil change online and wanted to wait with my vehicle. When I arrived, the woman/ employee who was taking care of my account stated that all slots were full and it would be a three wait. After arguing with the employee about the online scheduling process, I decided to take my vehicle to another dealer, where I had a much better experience. If negative stars were an option, I would give it to Lexus of Cool Springs. AVOID their rude and unprofessional employees at all costs.

I worked with Jake Motsinger to buy the car. It was a good experience. He was patient with me since I had a few work calls I had to pick up on during our time together. Lead me right to exactly what I wanted first try no messing around. Worked with me on documentation and getting the deal structured the way I wanted it as well. He also followed up multiple times and was still very helpful after the sale. Additionally, they were actually tardy getting my stuff sent to the tag agency and caused me some late fees but have offered to reimburse me for them. An excellent job all around by them and top marks specifically on working around the different obstacles that came up in the process.
The atmosphere in this dealership was amazing. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when they didn’t have to. If I could give this place 100 stars I definitely would. The patience and care that the workers here have is like no other!

Great experience. We were in the market for a new Lexus to replace our old car that was totaled earlier in the month. After dealing with a predatory insurance company the last thing we wanted was to deal with a high pressure car dealer. Kris Sisco of Lexus of Cool Springs was fantastic. Kris emailed pics and specs. Ofavailable models on the lot. We made an appointment on Friday morning test drove and negotiated a deal in less than an hour. Super low pressure, great deal all around. Terry was patient and he listened and showed us exactly what we wanted to see. Shortly after we were sitting down with Bryan in finance sealing the deal on my fiancé’s new RC. After driving it around a couple of days myself and with the experience we had working with both Terry and Bryan, I decided to come back and trade in my vehicle for the other model we had decided against. I found a used Toyota Avalon on their website that I was very interested in as I live 470 miles away. Called the dealership and spoke with sales consultant Terry Milam about the car. He was more than helpful answering questions and even sent me more pictures by text, answered all my questions promptly and offered to pick me up at the airport when I flew in to pick up the car. When we arrived at the dealership all my paperwork was ready in minutes for me to sign as they knew I had a long ride home. I found one small interior trim piece on the car that has had a few marks on it and Terry took care of it quickly and replaced for me. I have purchased a few vehicles in the past remotely and this was by far the smoothest and quickest experience.Thanks Terry, Ill be back!

I had a problem with my climate control system showing an error randomly and took it in. It never showed that error for them after 3 days of testing. They were a awesome about what to do if it happens again AND didn’t charge me for the time they spent. Love them.

My wife had totaled her car and we needed to find a replacement asap. We found a used 2017 Nissan Rogue here online and was interested in seeing it. Derek reached out to me the very next morning and was able to set up a test drive after I got off work. Once we arrived he already had the vehicle pulled up ready to hop in for the test drive. We immediately felt it was the right car and started on our approval process. He was very helpful and informative and made the process as quick as possible because he knew we had our almost 3 y/o with us. We appreciate the fact that he stayed after the dealer closed to ensure we finished the deal, I know how it can be having to stay later than expected but he was so cool about it. Communication was horrible. Called multiple times and receptionist didn’t know if car wash was open and service department wouldn’t pick up. Drove all the way out there to find out it wasn’t open. Have to do a better job of communicating!
Car shopping here was a wonderful experience. My current vehicle had a major mechanical issue and I was faced with a really tough situation on value. Knowing that Lexus has a superior reputation and the quality is superb, I explored my options there. Bryan Lee helped me to find a Lexus that I could afford and that I loved. Any questions I had, he answered with no pressure or hesitation. Lexus of Cool Springs offered me a value on my trade that I was very happy with. That rarely happens when people are car shopping. Ultimately, I went with a different brand vehicle because I was able to get some utility features that I personally could not afford on a Lexus. However, I would still highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to visit this dealership. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.
UPDATED see belowI have owned several Lexus vehicles..ES and RXs..however they had a bad batch of dashboards that started cracking on 2005 RX models...2-3 Yrs after purchased.. Initially when I called the service dept they acted like they never heard of it.. Although Lexus forums had been talking about it for years.. but then as months went on there is a class action or a recall.. At any rate I got a letter saying it would be replaced Im going on 2 years at least and they still have not replaced it!!!.saying they are waiting on dashboard!!!.. I was talking to the service parts manager I guess John mahoney he gave me his email etc..said he was going to stay on topl of it..my name is on the LIST.. I let it lay for a few months then started sending emails he never responded now I found out he is gone someone else came theyre gone too! quite a disarray Ive called the service department recently and have not heard back.. not typical Lexus customer service!!??..Update: I will raise from one star to 4 stars.. Lexus finally replaced dashboard under their recall program..I obviously wish it hadnt have took almost 2 yrs but it did..at any rate the service dept was very professional. James Ebert did a great job with the situation. The dash looks great. It really helped with resale value..Also I kept with Lexus and bought a newer RX 350..I looked at MDX,MKX,F35.. and just cant beat overall quality value price and luxury of RX..

He never pushed us to do anything that wasnt best for our needs. He went over and above to provide my mom with a number of cars that she might be interested in besides the one she came to see. Go to this dealership that cares more for your auto needs than the profit they can get out of you. Tyrone was the tech who helped my 86 yr old mom understand and use all the tech that the car came with. He spent over an hour patiently guiding her and answering her questions. We started to visit Lexus of Cool Springs months ago and Bosco introduced himself to me and my family. He will be my friend always. He never presssured me and my wife to make a purchase, instead he kept his ears opened to our need and best interest.Bosco and team worked diligently to get the monthly payment range to as close as what I wanted. Bosco was responsive to phone calls and emails/texts. When I received a phone call from Doug, I got excited because my wife I were able to agree to the monthly payment range they managed to get it down to. I am now just paying an additional $20 more a month for an awesome Lexus for trading in a Camry I once owned. I will buy my future next Lexus at Lexus of Cool Springs.The finance manager, Timothy was just amazing. Not only is he extremely nice and humble, he is honest and integral. He was excited for my family and I on our new Lexus and made sure we got everything we needed before making the purchase. I had just met him for the first time and he has a place in my heart.

I’m a Lexus lover. I have owned a Lexus since 1997, bought by first Lexus from this Dealership from a guy named Terry (I think that’s his name) and mostly have had a great experience with servicing my cars, however, I have had to have 2 batteries replaced with my current Lexus within the last 3 years. I called on Tuesday and was given an appointment for Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 1:30, I explained that my car would not start twice within the last 2 weeks and I had to have it jumped off, the scheduler was rude, would not give me his name, rumbled something about “we will not provide a ride if you live further than 6 miles, you must provide your own transportation..... then the hangs up the phone when I asked for his name. I immediately called back and ask for a Supervisor/Manager, I preceded to tell him about the conversation with the scheduler, and that he needed customer service training and skills, he apologized and said he would address it.September 24, 2020 at 1:30pm, I bought my car in for my appointment, my servicer was Monsay (a female) proceeded to tell me, it may be 2 hours or longer if I waited or it may even be tomorrow because the scheduler had put down it was a drop off, I didn’t know what she was talking about because I did not have a problem waiting for them to check the battery, she said it is written down as a drop off (which I don’t doubt due to the rude scheduler). I arranged for someone to pick me up and left. I did not hear anything from the Servicer for the rest of the day concerning my car.September 25, 2020, at 8:14am, I called about my car, per Monsay, it was the battery and it’s been 3 years since the last replacement, they would cover 50% of the cost of the battery, but would not cover 50% of the labor, which makes absolutely no sense. The battery was purchased from this Dealership, it’s a Lexus battery and should not be needing to be replaced so often. I asked how long would it be, she said if I let them start on it now it should be about 2 hours and somehow, my total bill will be almost $180.00. I questioned her about the labor costs.After many years with this Dealership, I expected better respect and service from this Dealership, your customer service in the past has been exemplary, however, not this time beginning with the initial phone call from the scheduler to the servicer. Please try and improve on your customer service. I know we are in trying times, rudeness, and disrespect should not be and will not be tolerated me. I totally disappointed.Hoping for a better experience,Darlene Morton
Excellent customer service in the service department. I had a headlight out and suspected a burned out bulb because the other bulb had been replaced. After replacing the bulb the light was still off and there was no charge for labor to try a new bulb first. The lounge is comfortable with complimentary lunch and beverages. Thank you!

Shopper Beware!Lexus of Cool Spring’s advertised a 2013 Nissan Quest with only 54,500 actual miles on it. My husband and I were looking for a van to transport my Mom and my Aunt as they are both elderly. I called the dealership to ask for details and the salesman confirmed that the van was still available and I made an appointment to go see the van the same day. Also, I need to mention the town we live in is 2 hours from the dealership. My husband and I arrived at the dealership and met up with our salesman, “Bow tie” John. Once we met he began telling us that the van was parked over by service because it had not gone through for service and safety check up. Because it had not been serviced or checked over we were then informed we would not be allowed to test drive the van. I immediately asked our salesman why he did not tell us that before we drove 2 hours to look at the van. He did not have an answer and his apology was more like an appeasement rather than sincere. We went over to look at the van and it was in seemingly very immaculate condition inside and out, very clean, very well kept. My husband and I were very interested otherwise we would not have driven 2 hours 1 way. My husband and I decided we would make an offer and make it contingent on a test drive before delivery. The dealership agreed to the price we were willing to pay which was more than KBB retail, but it was a very nice van. We even allowed the dealership the opportunity to see if they could beat our finance rate through USAA, which they could not. We went through the business office and signed our papers and were supposed to be able to pick up the van on Friday of the same week. On Thursday I got a text message from our salesman saying there was a leak in the transmission and it would not be ready on Friday. I then began following up with the sales manager as I felt our salesman was extremely unprofessional for texting about such a serious situation. The sales manager informed me it was just the transmission seal and not an internal transmission part. Later that same Thursday we got a second text message from “Bow Tie” John informing us that the dealership opted not to repair the transmission, but that instead the van would be sold at auction. He was quite happy to inform us that was actually “good news”. My husband and I were completely speechless that an upscale automobile dealership would be so unprofessional to list a car for sale before it went through the service and safety check up process. We’ve purchased many vehicles over our 32 years of marriage, have excellent credit, and just wanted a nice vehicle to transport our elderly family members but this dealership through it’s bad business practice of advertising a vehicle for sale before it’s check up has put us behind in finding transportation for our needs. We are supposed to go this week to pick up my Mom and My Aunt, but have to make other arrangements all because Lexus of Cool Springs advertised an unsalable vehicle on a major automobile advertising site. How or why others have had such positive experiences we will never know, but one thing we do know is we will never step foot inside this dealership ever again. Shoppers Beware!
I want to personally thank Tyler Sheppard for his assistance with finding the perfect car for my daughter. I went on a Saturday morning with my daughter looking for a car as she is getting ready to turn 16 years old in June. Tyler was so professional and made the buying experience stress free. He gave me my space and listened to my needs without trying to tell me what is right for me. He was very personable and made me feel like I have known him for sometime. I felt like I could trust him. Although we went in that day to just look at cars, we ended up buying a car for my daughter. She loves her 2017 IS 300. This is our first time buying a Lexus. Jeff did everything he promised! Included in my offer to purchase was a laundry list of things I wanted done to the car. He fulfilled, and even went above and beyond all my expectations... without a single reminder from me. In my 42 years, I have always had to remind a car salesman of something we agreed too, or worse they conveniently forget. Jeff is a man of integrity and he compliments the overall service of this magnificent, customer focused, facility. This is by far the best dealership anywhere.
I showed up for my 1:15 appointment on time and was greeted by someone who told me Id be helped by Jeff if I waited with my car. At the time I arrived, I was one of two or three cars in the garage. I waited by my car for Jeff for almost 25 minutes while I watched several cars pull in, their owners out and into the waiting area. Jeff never showed up, and the gentleman standing under the concierge sign never said anything to me or checked on me until Id made the decision to go. And even then, he told me they would fit me in. I had an appointment, sir, for a service that would require payment, but I appreciate that grand gesture.Im not sure what made me different from all the other people that arrived. I was hoping Lexus of Cool Springs would reach out and let me know. But they didnt. So they get the first bad review Ive ever given. The only reason it isnt one star is because a couple of guys did stop to ask me if anyone had helped me, which I appreciate. Yet, they never offered a solution, not even to wait in the waiting area. For a company that prides itself on the perks it provides its customers, you sure are missing the mark.
My husband and I stopped by to “look” at a car that we had found on the internet. The first thing that impressed me was we were met at the door and did not have sales vultures flocking around us the minute we got out of our car. We fell in love with the car but weren’t sure if we were ready to trade. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone and we were given time to discuss between us what we wanted to do. My family had own multiple Lexus’s in the past. We just decided to purchase my Lexus in Brentwood recently on July 5. Honestly, we are from Memphis, therefore, we expected the customer service to be the same as Memphis’ Lexus. First, buying the vehicle was fine until I had complications with sending out my new tags. I was not even notified about the issues of my tags or notified by my sales associate until I called them. My temporary tags were about to expire, and they didn’t address the issue until my tags were about to expire in 2 days.

I would like to thank Phillip Nash for the extraordinary help that he gave me last week. I am the owner of a 2017 Rx 350 and was overwhelmed with the technology in the cockpit. I made an appointment and he was able to see me on very short notice. We spent over an hour in the car, going button by button and setting up the menus where needed. And when he did not know the answer, he consulted his colleague, who provided the solution. The technology in the car is incredible and with Phillips help, I feel that I am getting the most out of what I paid for. Kudos to Lexus of Cool Springs for finding and keeping Phillip on staff.

I had an incredible car-buying experience at Lexus of CoolSprings. Extremely low-pressure environment. Brian Stanley is a very friendly, very knowledgeable salesman. Managers were friendly and accomodating. Once youve purchased the car, you will not leave the facility until you know everything your car has to offer. Brian is quick to remind me that should I ever have questions or need to know how to operate something, I shouldnt hesitate to call.

Great experience even though I didnt buy a Lexus! I bought a low mileage, pre-owned vehicle but received 5-star service from everyone. Starting with my salesperson, Tyler, who endured multiple visits, a couple of test drives, and a few phone calls before I committed to the car. To the rest of the staff, who made me and my family feel like a priority.
Jennifer was so helpful! She was kind and patient throughout the process of looking for a used car and answered any questions or doubts we had about them. Ask for Jennifer, and she’ll make your time there worthwhile.
The sales team was friendly and helpful but again they didnt have a GS-F on the lot. Nashville had one. I think the place would really benefit from a good pressure washing of the old building, fresh asphalt over the old cracked lot and new landscaping to make it more inviting.

I would like to start off saying i ended up not buying a car with them. BUT Kris Sisco Was amazing and he did absolutely everything he could for me, He was extremely helpful in helping me look at cars I liked and he didnt try to push me to an expensive car that I couldnt afford. He did what he could to make the car i wanted fit into my budget but unfortunately at the end of the day we couldnt make a deal. I appreciate the fact that he did everything he could to win my business and I can guarantee you if I had the budget to buy a car from him I would. Lexus of cool springs gets a 5/5 but i i could give Kris a score it would be at least 6/5. Amazing customer service and Definitely worth the long drive to cool springs.
Sales person was great, dont be in a hurry it takes forever to close a deal. Dont ask for a manager to call you it wont happen. Forget calling them you just on hold and no one answers.
I had a major service checkup today &, as has been my experience, I was treated very well. They were ready for me, had my loaner car ready, & had the vehicle completed when they said they would. Everything was explained to me before hand & it was just a very pleasant experience. My service adviser was Jeff Campbell & I did not think anyone could top my previous service trips but Jeff sure did. This is my 2nd Lexus from Cool Springs & I hope never to have to purchase a vehicle from anyone else. They just make you feel special & always act like they are happy to help you. On a scale of 1-10 they are easily a 12!

I found the car I wanted on Autotrader. I contacted the dealership and negotiated the price over the phone. An hour and a half after my arrival I drove away in my new car. The car was in great condition, there were no surprises in the price or additional fees, and I was treated great. Jose, my sales person was topnotch. He worked with me over the phone, (I drove five hours from home), had the car ready for me and full of gas when I arrived, was knowledgeable, honest, fast and efficient, and even called me the next day to make sure I liked my car and made it home safely. It was great working with this dealership. I highly recommend them.
Only been here once so far. The few people I met were very nice and accommodating. Nice clean facility and a larger than expected waiting area with some nice snacks. Prices are Lexus high but it is Lexus! Not unexpected. Note that they have two buildings, a bit down and across the street from each other. Look for signs to make sure you are parking near where you want to go.
I bought a used BMW from this dealership. Sales are fine but service is not. They sell them, but dont care to service them. Also, they promised free car wash but apparently this was a lie. So think twice before buying a non-Lexus car here.

Jack was my friends salesman and Rick is the sales manager. To say these gentlemen went above and beyond is an understatement. They were both exceptionally kind, patient and helpful. Went in for tires and an oil change. I never think of shopping the dealer for tires but with a special offer it was a great deal for very nice tires. They have a friendly staff and gave me a loaner hybrid to tryout for the day while the worked on my car. It took a little longer than a tire shop but leaving my car a the dealer was a lot less stressful that just any tire shop. I am typically on guard for the up sale or the extra scheduled work that needs done when I go to a dealer. While they did correctly notified me that my brakes would need replaced soon they didnt push the issue when I said soon but not now. The soft informed sale works best on me and I will be back.
Best cars in the world (based on, customer satisfaction, engineering, cost of Maintenance and resale value) you can afford them.My favorite is the LX 570, its smaller and more compact than a Cadillac Escalade but weighs 400 pounds more its a solid well-built machine that will drive like new at a hundred thousand miles

Went car shopping with my daughter on 8-19-17, we found an Explorer we liked but the purchase process was almost as big a pain as buying a house-4hrs to buy a car?. That and a $399 fee for non negotiable dealer processing. If it were my money Id have walked out after the finance mgr. said the fee was set in stone.

Tyler was great in helping me purchase a used vehicle at their facility. Everyone in the pre-owned side was really nice and inviting without a ton of sales pressure. I had some unique requests, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. On top of that, I was really impressed when I walked in a few days after my first visit to the pre-owned side of the dealership and the receptionist, Rene, actually remembered my name.... its something small, but it made a big impression. Finally, when Tyler was off, I had to run by and Jennifer was super nice and helpful (even though she was probably not being compensated to help me). Its hard to find that team environment at a dealership.Now if I had just dealt with the pre-owned side of the dealership, I would have given a five star review. However, when sitting down to finalize everything and talking with the business manager, I had the classic car sales speech on the extended bumper to bumper warranty (which would have ended up costing around 10% of the vehicle price for this great deal). While I expected this spiel, I did not expect the manager to pretty much insult my intelligence when I denied the coverage. On top of that, I had to wait for about an hour to speak with him because he was busy with other customers..... although they did not look very busy and had multiple managers. Maybe its because I am younger with a baby face that I got this treatment, but I did not feel like a valued customer in this specific interaction. This experience put a bit of a bad taste in my mouth because the customer should never feel like they have the privilege to speak with someone in a service industry. It should be the other way around.All that said, the people over at the pre-owned side of the dealership could not have been better. Their administrative, sales, and managing staff over there were great! I wish the managers at the other side of the dealership would jump on the train to make the experience great from start to finish. All in all, I would recommend Tyler and the team (Rene, Jennifer, and Spencer) because their service, consultative approach, and attention to detail out greatly outweighs the experience with the salesy manager.
Have been to Lexus of Cool Springs twice for routine service--60,000 and 75,000 mile scheduled service on my Lexus RX350. On the positive side, the scheduling of the appointments online was quick and easy. The service agent was very friendly and accommodating and I was surprised at the quick time it took for the service while I waited the first trip. The wait area was very modern and clean and there was free food and coffee for the customers as well as free wi-fi. On the negative side, on the first occasion I noticed that they had not replaced the rear differential fluid as recommended. The service agent said it looked clean. I was surprised but gave him the benefit of the doubt. The second occasion was the 75,000 mile checkup and I mentioned the rear differential fluid to him when I dropped it off and it said he would check it. When he called and told me the car was ready, he mentioned the rear differential oil was very dirty and was replaced. After getting home and checking the invoice on the 75,000 mile checkup I noticed there was no mention of the required oil and filter change on the invoice. I checked the oil and it was dirty. I called and the agent checked with the mechanic and confirmed that the oil and filter had not been replaced as required in the 75,000 maintenance. He apologized and said that it would be replaced free of charge. I took my Lexus back and waited about an hour for the oil and filter change. I paid $464 for the 75,000 mile checkup and for that price would expect a higher level of competence from the service department. I will not be back.
My car was accurately diagnosed, I was given a written estimate of the repairs and the work was done for a reasonable costI also got a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired.
