We recently had to have a cracked window replaced at the Tesla in Nashville. While it did take some time to actually get the appointment, once arrived, Lindsay (in car maintenance) answered all my questions in a very fast, concise, and efficient way. She was very quick to respond via the Tesla app as well. I believe shes been the most competent person weve dealt with at Tesla so far. Thanks Lindsay!
BUYER BEWARE! I have had the most negative customer service experience of my life with Tesla Nashville. I ordered my Model Y, paid my deposit, and tried to arrange transport to get it to my home in Arkansas, where we have no Tesla dealership. That was denied, so my husband was planning to fly over there and drive it home so that I would not have to take off work or arrange any childcare for the kids. I would not feel comfortable to take a long drive like that alone. That was also denied. Finally, I took off work, planned for childcare, bought plane tickets, and discussed all of this with the folks at Tesla. After finally getting everything arranged, these people called me back and said that my account had been put on hold for being associated with other accounts and my car that I had been waiting for, and excited for, was removed from my account. I was given no further explanation of how my account is associated with other accounts. I am simply an individual who wanted a car. I was not told whose account I was associated with or asked about who or how I may be associated with another account. To say that I am disappointed in Tesla would be a huge understatement. I just want answers.
I want to start out this review in full disclosure, I do not own a Tesla. BUT...my six year old son loves cars! And he is absolutely in love with Teslas!!! This morning, my mother took my son to this Tesla dealer because he wanted to learn more about Teslas. She said that a very sweet gentleman showed him the vehicles and explained everything to him. He answered all of my sons questions. And my son was over joyed with what he learned. I have to say as a single mom raising a son, I cant always answer his questions about cars; and the fact that a salesman took time out of his day to show my six year old a car and explain everything to him, I cannot thank you all enough! You are truly wonderful people!
Great experience here. First, Megan helped us with a test drive on 2/28. The Model Y LR is a phenomenal vehicle. We decided to purchase Midnight Silver, 5 seat. Estimated 2-5 weeks delivery. We received a message 2 DAYS later, saying our vehicle was ready. Awesome! (Kind of caught me off guard because I had planned on installing the home charger within that two weeks, but whatevs) so we scheduled a pickup of 3/6, 6 days after test drive and order. We live two hours away, so we got a baby sitter for the kids and drove to go pick up our MY. We get there and the console we were promised to be refreshed was the old piano black. Big ding in the 20 inch induction wheel. We were patient while we explained the issues (we were really patient. After all, we had a baby sitter and didn’t have to worry about kiddos, and we were enjoying ourselves) we settled that we were ok with the piano black console, I was just going to wrap it, but I wanted a new rim, or a promise to replace before we finished paperwork. Scott and Rebecca were so awesome to work with. They not only heard us, they listened. They said because we were the best customers of the day, they were going to change out the vehicle that didn’t meet expectations, and give us a FRESH ONE OFF THE TRUCK. They said they needed an hour to prep the car (ours was the fastest prep they’ve ever done) so they handed us the keys (cards?) to a performance MY and gave us a great sushi joint to try for lunch. We finished lunch, and they called on our way out to tell us to come get our new car. IT WAS FLAWLESS. We charged it up while we did what little paperwork was required for our trade in (rip sienna). Whole process took about 3 hours longer than expected, but I wouldn’t have spent it doing anything else. If there’s any way to let the powers at be know about this showroom, please do. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Terrible customer service. We tried to schedule service for our Model 3. My husband heard the guy swearing at him over the phone. The rep was trying to get us to cancel our appointment to have our tires rotated. We kept our appointment since we hadnt had the car serviced in almost 2 years. I drove over from Alabama to be told we need new rear tires but that they wouldnt sell them to me because they dont offer a warranty on other manufacturers tires. I thought the Tesla service center we went to in Denver was bad but this one takes the cake
Went to the Tesla dealership in Nashville on October 4th. Its the First time I have ever been to a Tesla dealership. They had not received any Tesla trucks yet. Their were no free giveaways either like hats, t-shirts, keychains or ball point pens, nothing!!! No test drive for me. They were available by appointment only. Ill go back when they get the trucks in stock. Took some pictures, hope you enjoy them.
Seemed very busy...I was there with my family for 20 mins. and no one approached me...yes, I even went into the showroom and sat in their beautiful car...I wondered around the parking lot and opened a few doors to the flashing light vehicles outside...I will probably go back; should I make an appointment???

Great dealership and service department. They have alway done what they said they were going to do and if there were any changes or timeframes moved they communicated that clearly. Would recommend for buying a new Tesla or making the drive to have you Tesla serviced.
Tesla Nashville does not treat their customers right. They are rude, promise to call people back, and cancel reservations without notice for people out of town. I wish there was a 0 star option.
I was driving cross-country from Colorado to North Carolina and I realized that the charger port dead front for my Model 3 was missing. I stopped by the Tesla service center without any appointment and they urgently replaced the dead fronts for me. Special shout out to Eric who fixed my car and ensured that she was safe on the road for the reminder of my trip. Thank you, Eric and Tesla Nashville.
We came in well prepared to purchase a tesla y or x and the customer service did not even talk to us or help with anything and told us they had no x to look at . They acted like we werent good enough to even be in there . Very poor customer service . We could have pulled cash out today to purchase but will definitely not return to tesla in the future.
I didnt go into the showroom and this review has nothing to do with that. I only stopped by to Supercharge our Tesla while driving through. I was excited to charge here so I could check out the new Teslas. However it was the worst supercharger on our route from Salt Lake City, UT to Greenville, SC. All but one of the chargers were taken by the Tesla dealership. The empty one was dysfunctional so it was a big let down when I couldnt spend my charging time drooling over the new Teslas. Choose the supercharger near the Target store and Hobby Lobby.
Very nice service center. I had few minor issues to take care off with my relatively new Model 3. They took my appointment right on the scheduled time and offered paid round trip on LIFT during the time we had to wait. Service took around 2 hours, during which they fixed my problem and also washed and cleaned my car.Tesla Service center also has nicer rest area. Grab yourself a coffee in paper cup with printed Tesla logo.

Vehicle transporters be aware - manager Scott that runs this store - will make you wait 2 hours to pick up a vehicle, he will also treat you like a second class citizen and then call the police on you if you decide to come to the store to ask a question!!! I’ve transported many teslas in the past from the manufacturer to various stores throughout the country and was always treated with respect - but things are very different at this location... I hope manager Scott doesn’t treat his potential customers this way. And if he does - I’m sure Tesla HR department would like to know who is representing their brand - shame on you manager Scott!!!
Awesome Customer Service! They put ordinary Car Dealers to shame. Came looking into Tesla and they were outstanding in showing me all the features and could answer every question that came out of my mouth without dodging it. They were completely honest and didn’t make up specs to get you to want to buy the cars. They weren’t even trying to hassle me to purchase the car. It was awesome!

It is frustrating that this dealership uses the superchargers to power their own vehicles leaving them on the charger long after they are capped off. Too often there are no spots left. When I asked an employee if they could move a vehicle that was fully charged I got the well see what we can do response. They never did move one...

Well, we went to pick up the new Tesla Y. 2 hour drive, each way. It had a scratch, repair didnt work out. Had to go back, empty handed. Well see how this saga plays out now. Stay tuned.Not getting better. Were told it was fixed, come up and get it. We asked for a picture, got it (finally), nothing new, same substandard repair. Still waiting for resolution. Funny, they keep wanting me to pay for resolution for their damage to my car. Call to Tesla customer service. That wasnt much better.Well the finale hit. They told us we had to accept the damaged car or pay thousands of $$ for a different car. We told em to keep it. The repair job sucked. You can still see primer through the new paint. Not good on a red car. Tesla lost a customer.

After nearly 4 years of dealing with this service department, its really made me want to trade in my Tesla and go back to a BMW. The only thing that stops me is that I love the car. This service department is so poorly ran. No return phone calls, no empathy, no returned texts. Communication is pretty awful. Ive given feedback on a local level, and with Tesla corporate, and if anything, its gotten worse over time. Very frustrating overall. I would say that 2 out of 7 or so service experiences have been positive.
We drove for 6 hours to pick up our Tesla and after driving for 4 hours, we received a call telling us that our delivery would be delayed. Since we were within two hours we continued on to their location. Upon arrival, the staff was helpful in trying to explain the issue. In the end, it all worked out with no major issues. Tesla needs to continue refining their customer service and Vehicle Delivery process.
I have not had a more unprofessional car buying experience. I’ll go Ford instead.

My initial experience (over the phone) was great. Jessica answered my questions and was very nice. I scheduled an appointment weeks away to bring my wife to test drive several cars and look at the sizing to determine whether we wanted a Model Y or X. I received confirmation and even got several follow up emails telling me that they were ready for our visit and test drive. We live 4 hours away and had planned a weekend around this visit, only to get a call the day before we left telling me that our appointment had been cancelled and that they couldnt reschedule until late July. I asked if we could come by and at least lay eyes on or sit in each of the models to compare sizing, etc., but the answer was no and that there would not be anyone to help us. I asked how my appointment with Jessica that had been scheduled for 3+ weeks could be pushed aside with other customers taking our slot (apparently they are delivering cars now and dont have time to meet with us), and we were told that was just the way it was. I am very disappointed, as we were really looking forward to coming. We were ready to pull the trigger on a new Tesla, but now this has me wondering whether we were just given an early glimpse into what expect of customer service. Not impressed!
The delivery process was easy and well executed. However, that seems to be where customer service ends at the Brentwood location. When I took delivery I was told to look the car over, go home and take my time to look it over and let them know if I found any concerns. I called the dealership to let them know that my front bumper was pretty scuffed from what I assume was when it got taken off the delivery truck. The nice lady told me to go on the app and set up the service appointment. When I did that I was informed they could not take responsibility because I was over 100 miles. I live over 100 miles away from the dealership and my Tesla already had 15 miles when I received it. So it’s impossible for you to report cosmetic issues within the 100 miles and take it home(which I was instructed to do and the delivery day email even says to do). So I have called back multiple times in the last week to arrange return of the vehicle which by law I have 7 days to do and I keep getting told a senior team member or manager will call me back. I have not been contacted once. As good and exciting as delivery day was the customer service on the back end is the worst I have ever experienced. Will not do business with Brentwood again. Read reviews first, if you look all the 5 star reviews are by new customers happy with their new car and all the bad reviews are with the service and customer service or lack there of.

Very frustrating experience with getting my plates. I was told for 3 months that the delay was from the Williamson County Clerks office. After driving on dead temp plates I was finally able to make contact with someone at the Clerks office who informed me that Tesla had not sent over the paperwork for my deal. Tesla lied to me after sending me 3 extensions on my temp plates. I am now being told that Tesla will cover any costs for the tickets that I receive, what a great gesture from a car dealer that I gave $38,000 to! I love my Model 3 but I have been very unhappy with Tesla’s customer service. I am now going to miss driving Rideshare during the busiest weekend of the year with a major NASCAR race in town.
No cars to test drive, not sure what good a physical car dealership is without a car to test drive.

Pick up of the MYP was simple and quick.
Just show up with your license and you can test drive whatever they have on hand. Also, The people here love what they do and have tons of knowledge to share.
Staff is rude, unwilling to help customers without giving an attitude. Could be because I’m black that they act this way or it could be because they don’t get commission and just don’t want to deal with customers. For vehicles to be this expensive you would think that the customer service would be stellar. Not once did I feel like I was valuable as a customer, I only felt like a nuisance to them. Look for another Tesla dealership if you’re a person of color.
The vehicle itself is enjoyable and fun to drive but the service is disappointing. The vehicle I bought had a loose fixture around the camera. I asked for it to be replaced. The part was ordered a month ago and still isn’t available. My service appointment has been pushed back twice (now into November) without any explanation as to why it should take so long to get a standard part.
Dara and the entire Tesla staff were excellent on our first visit. We had 1 appointment but we all were able to test the model 3. Although distancing and safety were paramount, our safety was top on the list. I have been interested in Tesla since they got the market and the staff did not disappoint.
Do not buy a Tesla unless you enjoy frustration. I’ve had a model S for 5 years and all was well while the car was under warranty. However service has steadily gone downhill since I purchased.My center screen has been out for over two weeks which makes driving the car pretty much impossible as there are no controls for air conditioning or anything else. I had to make an appointment for service with the app on my phone which is scheduled still a week away.I called service four days ago and left a detailed message and requested a call back. I called yesterday morning requesting a call back. I’ve called 15 times today with no answer. I’ve called and spoke to sales representatives who transferred me to voicemail. It is impossible to speak to anyone in Tesla service.Just be aware of the difficulty you can expect when it is time to have your car serviced. I can guarantee you there will be problems with your Tesla.
Really nice Tesla dealership. I often stop at the nearby supercharger and stretch my legs walking around this dealership. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms. Model 3 Performance owner and couldnt be happier. Highly recommended if youre in the area and are in the market for a Tesla or just want to chat. Very low pressure establishment that doesnt swarm you like traditional car dealerships.
We went fir a test drive of a model Y as we ate searching for a new vehicle for my wife. It was a great experience. Nice people. No pressure. Nice car. Just a little small fir me.

We’ve been to this dealership several times. Everyone who we’ve talked to has been extremely nice, knowledgeable about Tesla, and very accommodating. Yesterday we visited again and was helped by Jason. He let us test drive two different cars, the 3 and the X. Very nice guy and was able to answer all our questions. We went home and ordered a 2020 Tesla Y. Very excited. Highly recommend this dealership.
Very bad customer service
Tesla is a beautiful car with subpar after-sales service. My first experience with the dealership was when the windshield cracked on its own just a few months after I bought the Model 3. They tried to give me a runaround but I finally made them understand that it was a manufacturing issue and not the result of a physical impact. The more recent contact with the service department had again similar roadblock, the inability to contact a live person over the phone. The Tesla phone app is excellent but far from perfect and leaves a lot of room for improvement.
We ended up not moving forward with the Model Y mostly due to market conditions with Covid, but Logan our sales rep was great to work with. We do highly recommend their product, and have always had a positive experience with this location.
Im updating my review becuase i got help from a excelent manager in Tesla. Dara was able to help me setup with my car and schedule correctly. The showroom is nice and the location is really good and safe.
Misinformation and absolutely atrocious customer service. If this is how they treat people looking to purchase, can’t imagine how bad it gets once you’ve paid for a vehicle.
My Temporary tag explore and I call 3 time to get another temporary tag and him lie telling me him send over night but never even send..it is funny like they to busy there ..lol
Awesome showroom! Tesla staff where amazing as always. Chill, friendly and answered all my questions. Even offered to help us when our flight back to Maine was cancelled due to snow storms. Swing by, try out the cars and realize that EV vehicles are the future and anything else is a horse and buggy!
Savannah was great to work with. The atmosphere of the facility was very nice, even during COVID-19. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Fantastic Tesla Center. Nice and friendly folks work here. This center even has a supercharger attached to the property which came in handy. We went inside to enjoy some coffee while the Model X charged. We were greeted immediately with welcoming smiles. The showroom is nice and spotless.
Its a Tesla Store, there is nothing to not like. No pressure on the sales experience. They have a nice area to relax and hang out if you are a Tesla owner and need a Supercharge. The only reason I didnt give this location a 5 star is because the parking lot if very small and crowded.

They have cars on the lot to look at. We made a test drive appointment and were with the sales associate for easily 45 minutes. There are allot of great areas to drive in city, residential, and interstate conditions. She was VERY knowledgeable and also extremely friendly. We decided to purchase a car and the process for customizing and setting up financing was a breeze! Highly recommend!

I called to get a better understanding of how the process works there at Tesla. I had a horrible conversation with a representative named Dara. I explained that I am disabled and have difficulty understanding the services they offer. She ended up getting frustrated with me and telling me she was just going to get off the phone. Horrible customer service. I guess this is how Tesla treats Veterans. So disappointing. And I no longer want a Tesla😔
Great people no pressure on anything. I have yet to have a negative experience at this location. I highly recommend checking this place out and getting a test drive you wont regret it.
The staff was very helpful, informative and super nice! Scott answered all of my questions pre-order and Megan did all my paperwork at pickup and gave me a great rundown when we got to my car. She also answered any questions I had and asked if I had any concerns. It was by far the best experience Ive had at a car dealer.
Just like the vehicles its a really nice place and has a clean stylish look to the inside. The sells people are very nice and dont bug you the whole time your there. But you arent there long because when I went they only had a x model for you to look at, thats fine because its a good one to look at but the s is why I went. Great place great car great ideas.
Amazing dealership. Inside has a relaxed atmosphere with a model 3 and X that you can check out. Sales team are standing by if you have questions but seem to generally let you approach them so you can just play with the toys without a sales person hovering over you. Test driving was a quick and easy process that left us asking why isnt every dealership taking notes from Tesla?.
Currently trying to get my 2015 S repaired - where to start?1) I scheduled an appointment a week ago and have yet to be reached out to regarding what repairs will be done, cost of repairs, etc.2) Was told the repair will take 2 weeks, for a routine repair that shouldnt take nearly this long.3) The charging stations are constantly packed with dealership cars, keeping customers from being able to use them. I avoid this charging station as much as possible.Service with Tesla has gone down terribly, and I hate to think that I cant get my car repaired anywhere else like you would a regular car. . .
Very friendly staff with knowledge of their products and a passion for them too. Clean facilities and also clean Teslas which some they allow you to test drive. Awesome experience and will definitely be back
Very pleasant experience with this location. Went once to test drive and they gave us the car by ourselves for 45 minutes. Went back a month later to pick up and purchase our car and the transaction was really simple and fast

Bought a new Model Y. It didnt come with any charging adapter. I had to spend hours chasing people down to send me one. Also one of the tires consistently leaks air since I bought it a week ago. They say I have to wait two more weeks to have a tesla service center to look at it and they wont pay for it if I take it to a local tire shop. So instead of getting stranded I took it to a shop and it was indeed mounted incorrectly. Be wary of buying expensive poorly assembled cars that you can only have fixed for free at tesla shops that are backed up and far away. DM me for any questions or details on my experience.
There’s something amazing about going into a dealership and not getting hassled. Jason took us on an incredible test drive and followed up with an email. We purchased online the next day. So easy. Oh and we own a freaking black on black on black Tesla now.
Out of this world great. We took a test-drive in the Tesla Model 3 and we were totally blown away with the car. It is so much better than any current car there is simply no comparison. Were going to buy one right away.

No bathroom, No garbage can. Awkward to get in and out of charging stations. Very poor layout for a Tesla dealership!! Chargers VERY slow and charge time limited to 40 minutes!! VERY unimpressed!! Definitely the worst Supercharger location that we have seen!
