Sheila, the associate who helped me today was FABULOUS!! She first adjusted my new regular glasses that I picked up last week to a more comfortable fit. Then, she helped me select a pair of Ray Bans to bring my prescription sunglasses up to date to match my regular glasses. Saved money in the process! So this was my first time at a LensCrafters store and I had quite the experience, Kristine provided a level of excellence that I rarely experienced. She was very patient and attentive with helping me go over different styles and selections. I didnt feel rushed into making a decision, he was the perfect amount of attentiveness. The rest of the staff all wore a smile that you could see even with their masks on. Adriana was extremely helpful and professional with helping me with my two pair of glasses. She also explained all the options since its been 12 years. Of course, she advised I should get my eyes examined every one to two years. Very happy with the selection there.

I was impressed with all the tests performed & the doctor explained all the results thoroughly so that I understood & showed me the photos taken of the inside of my eye & why my vision in my right eye is blurry. Everyone was professional and friendly Aldo I had my handicapped son examed with good results as he is difficult to understand

Our experience was not good! my husband made an appt to get his eyes checked because he was seeing floaters and flashes of light. the results from the exam was that his brain would have to get used to the floaters and flashes. our appt was at 10:30am. They were pushing a new pair of glasses which we agreed and they said they would be ready in 1hr. More than an hour later the glasses were ALL wrong! We did not leave there until 3:00. A very frustrating ordeal. We agreed to come back in the morning for the new pair. The New pair were again Wrong. We asked for a refund and we will never return to LensCrafters again. They are more about the money then customer service!!!

I had to give this 1 star...if I could do negative, I would. I had an eye exam for both contacts and glasses. I called today to get my prescription and they kept sending my my old contact prescription that expired. I was told that I never had one and then but funny part is that I went back 3 times to get my contact fitted. Their record keeping is horrible! This place is like a dog and pony show!Update as of 2/20: I was to have received a call from the Manager today, I received no call by noon so I called and was by the Manager she would call right back. I waited until 1:45 pm and called again, she said she would call me back later this afternoon. I waited until 3:30 pm, I was told by her staff she was with a customer, I stated I would wait...I waited for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. No body picked up during that time and when I hung up and called again, her response was what do you want me to do? Im busy.... if a Manager has to ask that question, she should be in charge. I said thats fine, Ill take this up with the Corporate office her response so you dont want a call back? I replied....I wanted a call back today, not tonight nor tomorrow...I need this resolved, This place is a joke, the Manager needs to go find another job because this is obviously difficult for her and her customer service skills are horrible! Take your business to Eye Care Galleria, they treat you like a customer!!!! And they want your business!

This is the only Lens Crafters I will go to.I like the doc on staff - I cant remember his name. The employees have taken good care of me as a customer.This is the only LC that hasnt made me mad for one reason or another in the last 15 years.
This store deserves a zero star rating. I’m in desperate need of new pair of glasses and decided to visit this location a few days ago. Companion and I walked in and not a single person greeted or acknowledge us despite the fact that there were more employees than customers. I have never seen so many people going out of their way to ignore their customers, or at least us.It’s been a few years since I’ve visited this location, so I was quite surprised to see they have reduced their selection of frames. When I used to be a regular customer, they offered a wonderful assortment of brands and styles, and I was always pleased with my purchases.I have lived in numerous states and have visited countless LensCrafters (not to mention spent thousands of $$ in their stores), this is undoubtedly the worst.
Okay so I had gone in with a perfectly good prescription and the female optomitrist gave me a new one when I didn’t need it. I told her to keep my prescription the same and she changes it. I wasted money on glasses that turned out to be the opposite of what I asked. Might I add the optometrist gave me attitude for wanting to keep my prescription. Awful service from the doctor. The staff was nice but the quality of work put into it was horrible.
I just got back from the airport and when I removed my contact lens a small piece was missing and it felt like it was still in my eye because my eye hurt. I asked to see the Dr ( it was 3 o’clock) so they could remove the small piece. I spoke to the manager “Gabby” and she told me that she was sorry but the Dr cannot see me today and that I should go to the emergency room instead. I am a patient of this Dr. I found another location and they saw me today. I am very disappointed with the Lenscrafters in Brentwood.
I love this place nothing but greatness they never let me down I need something they went out of there way to help me !! Ive never had that great service before, I lost my contact they help me replace it no charge I got my car broken into had everything important in it and needed a copy of my prescription like I said amazing thank you 😊 for your service👍👍👍
Horrible service, poor management. They double book and don’t respect “grace period”. Store manager is unprofessional and rude.
These guys do not stand behind their product. We spent over $1800 on eye wear at this store and the frames failed within 6 months. The store refused to correct the problem. We are currently contacting the Corporate Office before taking legal action against this store.
They give great service and give out these really handy magnets for a company called optics selling crystal blue perception eye drops
HORRIBLE! I left my glasses up in Washington by accident so needed an emergency appointment because I can not drive without them. They scheduled me for 4:40pm and we were coming from CONCORD. We get a phone call saying the dr isn’t going to be available at 4:40 after all and asked if we could come at 4:20. So we rushed out there, and GOOGLE HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS. Right parking lot, WRONG LOCATION IN IT. We searched the parking lot for 20 minutes, and when we finally found it on the opposite side of where the maps said it was, they told me I need to reschedule because “the Dr is just nottt happy...”Okay. First of all, maybe you should’ve talked to the dr BEFORE scheduling the appointment, so you DONT have to call and rush me there 20 minutes before the original time. Secondly as for the Dr, good customer service would be doing the eye exam like come on how long does an eye exam take? 10 minutes?? YOU GUYS BROUGHT ME IN! Third of all, someone needs to fix the address for this pace I just about went crazy in that parking lot.I wasted gas and my time. I’m actually bummed. I found a pair of glasses I realllyyy liked. Oh well, you lost a sale and got a bad review.OH. And, if you guys trip over appointments so bad, why does your wall say walk ins welcome?
Very expensive considering they are just selling plastic. Three hundred dollars for some polycarbonate lenses. What a freaking joke!

I am giving three stars because I felt pressured by associates at this location to unnecessarily purchase frames. I visited this location in May 2021 to get lenses for a pair of glasses I already owned. After an associate examined my glasses, I was told that they could not make lenses for my frames because they were “lifting”. I asked the associate to explain what “lifting” is and they pointed to a small space between the frames and the lenses. This was the only reason they gave for not accepting the glasses. Although I was disappointed, I purchased a different style of frames offered by LenseCrafters. Later that evening, I was curious to see if I could fix the “lifting” myself. Low and behold, the “lifting” went away when I tightened the screws holding the lenses in place. This made me very upset because LenseCrafters made me buy frames instead of attempting to correct the “lifting” in my glasses. In October 2021, I lost the glasses I purchased in May. My friend gave me a pair of glasses they no longer needed, which I brought into LenseCrafters for inspection. The glasses were missing screws, and even though LenseCrafters sells the exact same style of glasses, they said they could not replace the screws and therefore could not use the glasses. Instead, they offered to sell me the same frames from their inventory, which I declined. A week later, I repaired the glasses with spare screws I owned. I brought them in and asked to purchase lenses in my prescription. It took an hour to be seen and assisted by someone. While helping me, the associate noticed I had a frame allowance from my insurance and asked me if I wanted to purchase frames from LenseCrafters. I declined and was allowed to purchase lenses for my pre-owned frames. I look back at both of my experiences at LenseCrafters with frustration because I felt like they were not interested in helping me save money. I do not appreciate being “upsold” by what is essentially a healthcare provider. They appear to be trained to reject pre-owned glasses in favor of generating frames purchases. If this is true, I find this behavior deceitful. I regret going to LenseCrafters instead of sticking with my regular doctor. Aside from pressuring me to buy frames, there were minor customer care issues. For example, my father said they were “rude” to him when he attempted to drop off my frames for me. Additionally, I was placed on a callback list twice and was not called back either time. The associates did not add notes to my file that I specifically asked them to add. I was incorrectly told I needed a new prescription even though my prescription on file was current. I feel bad giving a low rating because the associates are very nice, but that doesn’t change the fact that they are salespeople first. I do not recommend LenseCrafters to those interested in buying lenses for their pre-owned glasses.
