ASE Direct does wonderful printer repair service. I thought I would have to take my printer to their shop, but in April 2021, during Covid 19 pandemic, they provided me with a house call to get my seven year old Brother laser printer working again. It took only ½ hour for Josh to solve the issue.
Josh from ASE Direct was wonderful! He was very open and transparent about our printer. Being informative and helping me understand all of my options makes this printer owner pleased with their service. He was able to fix it in a timely manner. I’ll be using them again!

Repair man took time to throughly clean my damaged machine and get things set up. took the time to print out all the information I need.
Sold one of my team a printer at over four times what we found they were selling for everywhere else we looked. I dont mind paying more to support a local business but that is ridiculous. When we sent it back in the unopened box, they charged us a bogus 25 percent restocking fee. We wont be doing business with them again.
Fast and friendly service
Do not use for thermal printer repair needs. Cost for parts will be communicated and once repair is done, printer will not work and more parts will be needed. Of course that translates to more cost. Almost 2 months later repairs are needed again...more cost. Should have bought a new one vs the hassle of using this company. Very similar to the same behaviors as auto mechanics who are not honest.
This staff is amazing! They literally do the work for you. Just tell them the printer you use and they know the ink. Saves me time and money. I also like the fact that they have a celebrity working for their office!! Also, I had no idea that their staff has an amazing love for dogs. You should see the pics they send me!

ATTENTION ANIMAL LOVERS! I want to share a crazy story with you all. Today my fiancee called me from her work and told me that a package was dropped off at the reception desk for the IT supervisor of her company. Inside the package was a live dove. He didnt care that no one at the business wanted the animal, nor did he care about the welfare of the animal after it was delivered.After I learned about this, I tried to contact Tyler at Ase but I reached the receptionist. Upon me asking for Tyler, she asked if I was calling about a dove, I said no, and I wanted to speak with Tyler, she asked what company I worked for, and I said I just wanted to speak with Tyler about a note that was left at a business. She told me Tyler wasnt in, but she could take a message, I told her to put me through to his voicemail, but she said it wasnt set up, so I asked to speak to Tylers manager. She said okay, and put me through. Upon the manager answering the phone, I told him my name, and said I was calling because Tyler had left a live dove at a business with a note, and I asked if that was a typical way that they did business. Laughing, the manager said Well thats a new one. I said I dont find it funny, and he said, Well I guess Tyler can come pick it back up. To that I said, No, Ill find it a home, because who knows what you all will do with it after you pick it up. Laughing still, he said Okay. The receptionist asking me almost right away about a dove, after asking for Tyler, makes me think that Tyler dropped off more than just one dove today, and that I wasnt the only one that called about a dove. So who knows how many doves were actually delivered to businesses around Middle Tennessee.This is unacceptable, dropping off live animals to people that you have no idea if they are going to care for them or not is NOT a way to drum up business for your company. Animals are alive and need to be cared for, not discarded after you have your use out of them. I have pictures of the dove and the letter that Ill share with anyone if someone thinks this is a lie. This is to let people know how a local business treats animals.
