Personal was so friendly. I didn’t know we had a UPS store so close by. Needs better signage but other than that super friendly and helpful. Lines are way shorter and faster than the post office.

I wanted to return an item at the store, as per rep at the counter stated name mahd I asked to get a label already paid for to be printed and he said it will be a $1.00 to be printed, I mean it’s just a dollar but when I said let me call UPS to see if I can get this taking care off and the rep at the store professional answer was because of people like me it’s why they charge the fee, I’m not sure what that meant but I would never return back to this place to deliver any goods or do Any business, went to Hauppauge store, I got my label they even packed for me with no questions asked and got my item delivered

Horrible service, wait time is 10-15mins because there understaffed

That UPS service is awesome 15 minutes away from my house. The lady helped me to print the 2 labels and see took the both packages

Very quick and efficient

Went here because its like 2 minutes away from my house. I had to send my verizon equipment had my box and labels on it, the girl at the counter was nasty and provided horrible customer service. She said she couldnt take my box because it had 2 labels on it and she couldnt help me further.
