I went in to send a document overnight. Both team members that helped me had great attitudes, were enjoyable, and helpful. That was good, but the reason Im taking time to leave a review is that Brittanys care and kindness is absolutely remarkable! Amazing. Really. Wow.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have never had such a kind and warm experience shipping a package or in most customer service. Brittany was working at the front and she helped me ship something to my grandparents. Brittany was friendly, attentive, and warm. She helped me get everything I needed done. She deserves a raise. So polite…like wow. Haha! If I lived here I would only ship all my packages through this location.

Great job Brittany. I appreciate how you went the extra mile during my familys visit. And you were very patient even though we were disorganized and it took us a long time, you never stopped smiling and helping.

Not good. Sliced my finger on serated tape dispenser. This is only a shipping center. Costs less to have packed and shipped from a small local owned packing center. I learned my lesson!

FedEx has easy and quick shipments. Always you find the supporting staff that makes your job easier. Also, you can print whatever you want from your email. Just, get a desktop computer at FedEx location and swipe your credit or debit card to start with. Then access your email and print them from the desktop. Keep in mind that the desktop access and printing the number of pages both the charges are vary. Also, you can use the FAX service if required. There are lots of accessories to shop with during your wait time. You can buy greeting cards and small gifts. I saw some good books to buy. For courier, always you will get support from the executives who will guide you throughout the process. Based on the Zip code they will tell you the various pricing option depending on how fast your receiver wants to receive.I have little bad experience while sending the international courier. I sent a package to India and I have paid the actual courier charges which were stated by the salesperson. However, as soon as it was reached, the delivery person in India charges more which stating that they paid some customers charges.I am not sure how it was possible. However, at the benefits of doubt still I am marking 5 Stars.

I get in and out of here quickly every time. Tonight a very kind red headed worker helped me (sorry didnt catch her name) . Always have a good experience here and thats why I will keep coming back instead of going to the USPS.

Very nice man works at the counter. Never have to wait too long for service. I did notice the kiosk wasnt working last time I went in there.

Package was late, spent 20minutes on phone and was advised I can pick it up from this location, when I arrived I was matter of fact informed that its crated and I can come back Monday and wait another whole day at home. No more FedEx for me!!!

The staff is nice, but my monthly package is clearly marked so its not stored on its side, but every time I pick it up its on its side. Cant really blame them though, but one of these months its going to be a problem.

You are late delivering our package and I cannot get anything but a machine to answer your phones. May change to UPS if FedEx doesnt let me know why my shipment is late.....TODAY!!!!

Shipped a package through this store. The employee working accidentally shipped it to my address instead of my recipients address. When the package arrived at my house, I took it back to the store and was told to pay for shipping again even though it was their employees mistake.

Understaffed with a long wait time make this one of the less efficient FedEx stores.
