I went to the location to get fingerprints for my new job. I missed my appointment at another location. I drove from Michigan and encountered terrible traffic. I explained my situation and the staff was helpful. I was able to get my fingerprints. Saved the day! The store is clean and organized.

I have used four different UPS stores for mail delivery. The owner & staff at the Brentwood UPS have set the standard. They are ALWAYS patient and professional, no matter how busy they are. They always greet me by name with a smile when I come in. When mail has become lost through no fault of theirs, theyve graciously helped me track it down. They are flexible and are a reminder of what quality customer service looks and feels like!

Joel Johnson needs a freaking raise ! It was closing time. He still got me in. He literally unlocked the door to assist me with printing & shipping. Thank you EVER so much ! My time is limited & I would’ve had to wait another week to ship, but God & Joel worked in miraculous ways today ❤️

I went to ship a box to my Fiancé in Canada. After waiting for the helper to stop to help other people while trying to do mine she told me a 16lb box to Canada cost $285. I told her I have shipped 7 boxes to the same address from another UPS store and it was never over $70. I told her I didn’t want it next day air but she insisted that was the rate for regular ground.I don’t know if it was not knowing her job or they were trying to get me to pay extra but I left and shipped at my normal store the next week for $62.

Service was great! Employees were so nice and gave excellent quality products. I would definitely recommend going there.

This is a review for the IdenToGO service. It was a great experience. I had Joel help me out and he was so funny, so pleasant. It was a wonderful experience after a long day at work and having to go complete a fingerprint service. Thank you for the jokes and laughs, Joel!

My daughters passport was lost when recd by CKGS Atlanta. So I had to reapply and pay the passport fee. UPS declined my claim but Tonya, the store manager, approved it. I am thankful for her understanding and helping out in the situation. The staff here is always welcoming and attentive and thats also why they keep gaining loyal customers like me.

This is a review for the IdentoGO service kiosk, which is located in the UPS Store. Fingerprinting is by appointment only...no walk-ins were accepted, at least when we were there. We arrived early and there was a line, but it moved quickly and we were finished earlier than our appointment time. The staff person was very helpful and walked us through the process, which is appreciated as the fingerprinting machine can be hit and miss if not done correctly. Overall an easy process. We had our prints and photo done in less than 10 minutes, not counting the wait. All you need to bring is a drivers license.

I went to Goin Postal in Brentwood to have 12 documents notarized for the closing on a house we are selling in another state. The charge would have been $65, $10 for the first document and $5 for each additional document. Unfortunately their notary was not available that day, so we went to this UPS in Brentwood, who charged $12 for each document, for a total of $144. Ridiculous! If you need any documents notarized I would avoid this UPS. In TN, a notary can charge any amount they choose.

Came at 2pm on Saturday. Closed with no signage. Be aware they do this. Cannot review beyond that they do not honor posted hours.

It was a great experience. Mailed china and it arrived in perfect condition. I wish I could remember the sweet girls name at the Belle Meade store that was so helpful!

I lost my iPod touch at a hotel I was staying at. UPS had it shipped to me and they packaged it extremely well to where it would not get damaged. It arrived the following day. The iPod touch had a lot of sentimental value to me as my dad got it for me several years ago. I was so grateful to be able to get it back.
