Was in need of a mattress for a semi truck, a twin XL. They can be difficult to find. Thought I’d pop in while I was in town to see what was available. I wasn’t in the store for more than 8min, less than 10 all together and I had a new mattress in the back of my truck. Five stars for having mattresses available for cash and carry, affordable prices, and no-hassle friendly knowledgeable people.

Let me start out by saying that this was my first experience in mattress buying and I walked in here fully prepared to be ripped off. My defenses went up when the man asked first what I was looking for, and then what my budget was. I gave him a number a bit below what I could afford to spend, fully prepared for the guy to try to get me to spend twice what I told him I could afford. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when he suggested a mattress that came in at 75 bucks LESS than what I told him I could afford to spend!I bought the mattress and when I got it home I had bought THE WRONG SIZE!!! I called and asked what the exchange policy was and was told that there “wasn’t one” I fully expected to be stuck with a mattress that was the wrong size (after all, it WAS my fault, not theirs. I had even already cut the Matt out of the plastic and thrown the plastic away). Imagine my surprise when, after I explained the situation, the “Mattress Man” agreed to come over the next morning (it was 5 minutes to closing time when I called), take back the wrong mattress, and bring the correct one!!!I would recommend this store to any of my family or friends who were in the market for a new bed!!!

Gene and Kathy kistner the owners where easy to deal with and made you feel like family. We had no beds to sleep on and they delivered the same day at no extra charge during Christmas time. The Father and Son delivery people were very polite and fast and answered all our questions their a credit to the store. I strongly recommend you buy at this store if you need bedding.

This place was highly recommended to us by a family member so we decided to give it a try. Overall it was an okay experience. We felt kind of pressured/pushed to get something instead of kinda having the time to look around and figure out would work best for us. The bed we got is pretty hard and not comfy at all for 299.99$ and of course we cant return it so were just out of the money and will now have back problems 😂 but thats on us because we should have been more direct with the sales person about needing time. It was 35$ for delivery and it was delivered in less than 30 minutes so thats good.

I waisted bunch of money buying two beds from here. Bought them firm and within literally weeks these firm beds would smash with any weight on it becoming a super super soft bed. No hold of the firm or no hold of its shape or form. These beds are sold to you as looking like good beds and they tell you they are but it is not true in anyway shape or form. Now for the last 6 months my back has been murder. Pain everyday of my life. Thanks a LOT for this sham

One of the best places to get a good deal on a bed.

I had bought a higher end mattress from them before and no problem and so I decided to purchase from them again. I got a cheaper one this time and the springs failed within a week they supposedly have a 90 day warranty however I was evaded over and over again and have yet to ever get a replacement for a faulty sunk in mattress. I should have read other reviews because from what I saw if you dont have problems great but if you do to bad your outta luck.

Terrible experience. I was pushed into buying a mattress that was memory foam after I told the man that I needed a hard mattress. I understand that mattresses can’t typically be returned after they have left the store but I was treated like a lower class person when I asked about any sort of return. I really am saddened that customers don’t always come first anymore.

Bought a full size box spring and mattress a few weeks ago. The salesman was super nice and showed me several options in my price range. I waited a few weeks to review the place to make sure I was happy with the bed after sleeping on it for a while and I have to say for a $199 set its very comfortable. Ill be buying another set this week for my spare bedroom. I really recommend you check this place out if you need a new bed at a very fair price.

Was looking for a mattress, and found this place on the internet. Thought well, it cant hurt to see what they have!! Went in, was greeted and showed exactly what we asked for. Not pushy people at all!! Showed us different options for what we described we needed. No, did not buy what we thought we wanted, instead, we bought a better mattress for our needs!! Super nice people, helpful with information, and again, not the pushy type you see in these other places!! Thanks a bunch for the help and knowledge of mattresses, you all were very nice, and patient!! Will recommend you all to anyone we know!!!!

This was my second visit with this merchant. Didn’t buy from them my first visit, but figured I’d give them another try considering I was just looking for a cheap bed for a rental property. They pushed a bed on me that was only $799, stating it’s $3000 everywhere else. This may fool some people, but this is nothing more than textbook price misrepresentation, which is highly unethical. The company advertises astronomical prices on Amazon knowing that no one is going to spend that kind of money on an off-brand mattress, then their partnered retailers, such as Sleep Cheap, use the online ad as a prop for their price misrepresentation ploy. I recommend marketing courses to the owners of this business, so they don’t have to resort to unethical marketing strategies anymore.

Let me start by saying I live an hour away, and I had called up here asking if I came in and purchased a mattress could they have it delivered today. His response ABSOLUTELY I then asked do you have a king size bed for $$$ a certain amount I requested, he then replied. We sure so over a hundred, so u made the drive, when I got there...the lady who was helping me..... Asked what I needed and I told her about the king size mattress..and she looked at me and said. oh I dont know who told you that, we dont have nothing like that here, then proceeded to show me all these mattresses that I didnt like. So I semi found one.. I asked, can you deliver this today AGAIN. SHE TOLD ME NO, so I ended up leaving with my awesome mattress rolled up in a bag, and w are stuck with this awful bed.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

I was shopping for a new mattress to replace my old waterbed mattress. I shopped several local and national retailers as well as online. Sleep Cheap had the mattress that felt the best but there was one problem, the mattress was too cheap. The same Wellsville mattress Sleep Cheap had for $799 was over $3000 everywhere else I looked. I checked all of the online reviews of Sleep Cheap and did not find anything really negative. After a couple of weeks of trying to find a reason not to shop here, I ordered the California King. It arrived in less than a week and I picked it up. I have been very satisfied with my purchase.
