I handed the cashier a $50 bill and I think she knew it she handed me back $6 and change for a can of Fix-A-Flat then turned around and grab the key open the drawer and heading me $30 without counting the drawer and thats what makes me think she knew I know all I had was 50s and singles... nothing against Advance Auto Parts just might go to a different store on the one in Abington have never had a problem with

I went there to get help with my keys. The manager ask me can she help me, I said can I have someone helped me with the batteries with my key. She said Im supposed to take it out for my self. I said I dont know how. Can someone take it out for me the batteries has no bar it keeps saying low batteries. She said no. I said can the guy help me. She said no. I said can I see the manager she said I am the manager, and I still said no. I had to drive somewhere else so I can get the help that I need. She is a terrible manager. She has no people skills. She needs to be refresh on customer service.

Well I went in for 1 windshield wiper. The associate came outside and removed my old wiper went back into the store and found what he said was a match. Well it rained hard last night and the new wiper went flying off somewhere on the highway. Thanks for the scariest ride home EVER!

The level of service and knowledgeability of the staff was hit or miss.It really depends on whos working that day/night.I wont go into pricing because you get what you pay for,store brand really cheap quality wise and price.I suggest people buy the brand name part.
