I had just bought windshield wipers after mine had worn out. I had asked one of the employees if he can help me install my new windshield wipers, and his response was sorry we cant because of covid (lol what ?) I went to OReilly Auto parts and told them what happened, about my poor experience at AutoZone, they were appalled. OReilly Auto parts, gladly came outside and helped me with install my windshield wipers. Just go to OReilly Auto parts theyre extremely helpful and they will help you.

This is the best location in my opinion. Employees are very personable and knowledgable. They always have an answer and go above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs.

There not helpful as soon as you walk in the door there yell can I help you with anything, can I look first and then you come over to me nicely and sincere and say are you finding everything ok or can I help you with anything,dont yell at me from across the register,and they follow you in the store like your steeling instead of customer service.

Employee that was cashing me out was talking on his cell phone wearing no name badge and continued talking on his personal cell phone before attempting to cash me out. I will be going to Orileys down the street from now on if this is how the employees test the customers.

Went to replace my gas cap to my vechical, but the few gas caps they had on file for my vechical didnt fit. Sorry to say, I had to go to OReily Auto Parts a few door down.

Dont go there on Crescent St cuz all youll be told is wait til the engine light comes on. Dont even come out with the portable diagnostic machine to plug into you car to find the problem. Other AutoZones do that! Hmmm!

The service is kind of slow and a lot of the employees are not that knowledgeable they dont always give you the right parts typical of a chain store such as this one but prices are really fair in return policies are excellent they use your phone number and you dont need to save a receipt that also applies to warranties in guarantees on their merchandise
