I have nothing positive to offer about this corporation! The store manager is terrific but as far as my experience is concerned, this is a greedy, chiseling corporation. I find it an affront that they discontinued the ability to call the store you patronize to pay your monthly bill (which seems to increase constantly) and instead must use their online payment service which charges you additionally for its use. When I first engaged this facility, it was owned by STORAGE PROS and I was pleased with their service. Since taken over by CubeSmart, I have nothing positive to report. BTW, I placed a similarly negative assessment on their websites reviews and said assessment disappeared; go figure!

Amit was great and knowledgeable, with his guidance I rented an extra storage. This help me greatly. Great customer service skills.

I frequently buy storage units, today I won an auction. Me and my spouse left work early, paid for a uhaul and drove 30 minutes to Brockton to collect the unit I bought. Money had already been taken from my account for it, I talked to the man Alan there and told him I was on the way. When I got there the lady who owned to unit was paying and they told me I was out of luck. I asked how that is even possible. They wouldn’t explain just said “she’s paying for it” I asked again & the man Alan told me “I was being a pain and to get the hell out” I was pretty angry and cussed under my mouth as I was walking out the man Alan and the owner called me and my husband “white trash”
