My experience was great. Usually Im skeptical about registering for anything online. Not to mention, one always hear horror stories. However, after reading positive reviews from other customers, I went on to rent a unit. My transaction was effective, my unit and courtesy Padlock were waiting for me when I arrived in person. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This is not my first experience with Extra Space storage. Ive had them in 2011 and the experience was always pleasant.

From the minute I showed up till i left if it wasnt for me the process would of took 5 mins. Sale associate was informative and not pushy or trying to sell me something I didnt want. Listened to my needs and honestly price was orginally more then I was quoted but i understood why and if it wasnt for him I would of went elsewhere. Respected my needs and time and met them 100%

Ivan was so kind from the door and beyond he took his time showing me my options when I reserved the wrong storage unit. He was so patient🙌🏾 as my son had an temper tantrum in the lobby 🤦🏾‍♀️. The place was clean and smelled so good Like a fresh of breath air. Ive been to 4 storage facilities in Brockton and this one by far was the best and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!! Plus there is lighting everywhere not a cob web in sight👏🏾

Gotta say, the customer service is fantastic at this location. Rene was very friendly and provided excellent guidance to the storage facilities.

Im moving my things from my boyfriends place and back to mine to give him space. But after over 6 years together, oops, I no longer have enough space at my place for all of my stuff.I dragged my feet on picking a self-storsge facility and signing a lease, but when I finally chose Extra Space and went in, I had a great experience!Matt at the 230 Oak St. Extra Space Storage facility was pleasant and professional.He asked me the right questions to determine what size space I would need, and although I already felt I knew which size I needed, he encouraged me to come take a look, and to start getting familiar with the layout of the place.We looked over the 10x10 unit, which is a good size for what I need. Matt showed me how to place and remove my new lock, as well as both entrances/ exits with respect to my space, so I could choose whichever was more convenient.Back at the desk, Matt went through the lease terms thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything before we completed the lease. At the end he gave my access code and the hours, and demonstrated how to get in.The facility was bright and clean; the other employee there was also friendly; it was a hot day and they allowed the breeze to blow in for us, which was great.But what really stuck in my mind was the over-and-above help and service I got from Matt. I walk with a cane and get tired easily. Not only did he match his pace to mine while walking (which is quite slow) when we went up, but when we were at the desk, he had given me his chair when he saw that I was standing next to the customer chair because it was too tall and I could not get onto it. Matt also lowered it for me to make sure I could get on without it rolling backwards l. He didnt even take my chair for himself.Also, when we were done with the paperwork on the computer, he went back upstairs to put my lock on my unit for me himself (wow!!!)so I wouldnt have to do the whole walk again. I was really impressed, but even more grateful for Matts professionalism and thoughtfulness. I gave this facility 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone, for ease of reserving and renting, great prices, cleanliness, professionalism and competence of staff.

You can smell the rodents. But happy about the surveillance there.

Christine was really helpful and polite and professional. She help me unlock my storage unit and she helped me carry my supplies to my car also gave me references to a disposal company for the remainder of my items. I highly recommend this establishment

I went into extra space storage to close my unit and the manager Christine Alder was extremely rude to me and refused to print out my receipt saying I vacated the unit. She argued with me about it and said “we don’t do that” and it look a couple minutes of arguing for her to finally print it out for me. She said “you are so angry”, I simply just wanted my receipt and her Costumer service was extremely poor and her attitude was also. She then refused to give me her bosses information after a couple attempts she just said we do not disclose that information. I will not be returning here due to the way she treated me and refused to give me her bosses email or phone number .

Worked with Christine (manager)for my upcoming move and she was very accommodating. She explained everything in detail and set me up with great pricing for a storage locker. She made this stressful time in our lives so much easier! Thanks Christine
