Nobody able to help me when phone showing no service at location even though I pay to have service. New number was given and told this would not guaranteed it would work. They put a new aim in it turned it off and back on and that was it. Phone doesn’t work and we aren’t able to make calls or text even under my wifi and the number. So that was wrong decision… I feel they do things trial and error and don’t care to help or whether it really works or notWhy am I paying month to month for a phone that doesn’t work and or a life rep I can’t get ahold of but when I do hangs up or puts me back in que so they can clock out and avoid a call

My visit to the broken arrow location was awesome. I accomplished what I went there for and the service was great!

Great service for cheep.

Wes is very unprofessional and arrogant. He had his girlfriend on speaker phone when I walked into store, having a conversation with her about getting different beats headphones. I asked him if he could end conversation so I could talk to him. My phone quit working and they sold me a Sky phone which did not work at my home. I wanted to return phone and get a different one. Wes told me I could not return phone or get any type of credit for phone, but I could purchase another phone which cost $175. I told him no and walked out. Wes was very unhelpful and should not be working the store by himself. I have been with assist wireless for 8 years and never had a problem. I will never come back to that store!

Tim eskew was. Very helpful in assisting me to the right source to fix my problem . He presented himself and was professional in assisting me. That’s a refreshing break from the usual . Seemed both knowledgeable and friendly . Very good employee.

Very friendly workers and when you are there your problems actually get solved and they have great plans. Like if your daughter or son needs a phone you can start them off with something not very expense but it is still a working phone.
