I was here at 4:30, store transferred me to buy iPhone. The heavy set lady, working there did not accept few bills that were 8th of an inch ripped, so I said that’s fine put rest on card! She didn’t know how to split the transaction. People save your time and energy and go somewhere else.
Jordan was a delight to work with. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, talented, and funny person. Jordan helped with switching my Gran over to t-mobile and was very smart. He made you feel part of the family. I will recommend anyone that goes into T-mobile to talk to Jordan. (But honestly, Jacob and Seth are just as amazing as well!) Cheryl is a Rockstar. I have a complicated account with lots of lines including grandma and kids in differnt states. She always figures out my problems and finds a way to get me the best savings! Ive been with Tmobile for 18 years (back when it was voicestream😉) and the customer service is why Ive stayed so long....Cheryl and her store continues providing the service Ive come to love!!!
The people at this store are the greatest. They have gone far beyond any imagination of anyone trying to change service. Austin, Umer, and Cheryl have done everything possible to help this disabled veteran get a phone with an honest and wonderful plan. I am so glad to be back with t-mobile.

If I could give Jordan a 10 I definitely would!!! This is the 3rd time we have worked with him, He is amazing!! Each time has has given us excellent service and has gone way above and beyond what you would expect. He knows his stuff.This last time I had a huge issue with my I-phone. We have a customer care service for our electronics that we pay for monthly. When I brought my issue to them, after an hour on the phone I was told sorry thats the way it is cant be fixed.Because of the awesome service we had received From Jordan before, I thought Id give him a call to see if he could help. He said come on in and see if I can . Jordan has so much knowledge about all of the equipment, He was able to fix the issue that was unfixable. AmazingHe is also lots of fun to work with and is very knowledgeable and helpful showing us how to use both our phones and watches.Also he let me know about a great deal on the I watch so I was able to purchase one at more than half the regular price. Because of his abilities and great service he is our go to guy. We could be happier!!!

After being with Sprint for 7 years they got bought out by T-mobile. I guess not thay big of a deal. But we went in to upgrade and instead of doing everything they could to help us out, they basically just didnt even cared that I mentioned about going to a different provider with a better deal. Guess when youre a multimillion dollar company with 5G towers every where you stop caring about the customers. Thanks for nothing. Ill be taking my money to AT&T.

I went to this T-Mobile Store to get a new iPhone and also switch from ATT. The customer service was amazing! Seth, Austin, and Umer were absolutely fantastic. They answered every question I had and spoke to me as if I were a friend rather than a customer. They gave me honest advice and NEVER seemed like the typical salesman. Great company, great service, and more importantly NORMAL people giving you personal treatment. Give Seth, Umer, and Austin a RAISE! IMMEDIATELY! 10/10!

If you need anything phone related, this is the place go! They may be busy at times but are very good at keeping you updated when your time is getting close. They go above and beyond with their customer service! They are all very kind and personable. I would recommend making the Hillside Dr location your favorite like I have!
Jordan took great care of it Jump upgrade! I was able to get right in and complete the process in about 15 minutes. He was shower knowledgable as he guided me through the transition from my existing device to my new one all while maintaining the information that matters to me on my device.Highly recommend them!
Went in to store and did not have a mask on and they told me I had to have a mask. I went outside got my homemade breathable mask and was told that it was not a mask. I said it is a mask and it did cover my mouth and nose. Manager said it was not a mask according to her liking and furnished no specifics or specs about a mask. She then asked me to leave and I said I have a mask and she then said, leave or I will call the police. Broken Arrow has no mask mandate.She was rude and threatening. No one should ever go to this store in Broken Arrow!!!
Ive been in this store probably like 6 times with phone issues and Jordan was the one to always help me. He is very nice with a side of sarcasm that made going there more enjoyable when youre frustrated at your phone. Also very knowledgeable. He tried all he could to fix my phone and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend going to Jordan to help you with all your phone issues :)

I have been with T-Mobile for over a decade and enjoy the service.This location however...is the worst I have experienced . They must work off of insurance incentives as they have added it without permission multiple times.Today was a new low. I entered and asked to purchase a $10 sim kit for a new line rather than wait on shipping.Great idea.... nope. Today they charged an ADDITIONAL $20 to help me.I asked for a sim kit... nothing more. Thankfully the other local stores are not as crooked as this one.

Be prepared to wait hours!! only 2 employees which is absolutely ridiculous. we even came on what would be their slowest time ..wednesday at 11 am and customers every where sitting in the floor almost asleep because of how long they have been waiting...watched numerous people walk out ..yall are losing tons of buisness this way..get more employees scheduled!!!
Tmobile/Sprint on Hillside BA —— the woman who helped my mom & i (red headed/didn’t get a name) was the absolute worst sales associate i’ve ever worked with. she was rude, mouthy, & impolite. told us multiple times to pull up our masks .... when my mom literally pulled it down for .2 seconds to unlock her phone & the worker proceeded to say “pull up your mask...you can type in your password” in the most hateful tone.then proceeded to point us in the direction of the phones that we wanted to upgrade & told us LOUD & clear “do NOT touch the phones” ...... how are we supposed to know if we wanna switch sizes if we can’t touch the phones ..? doesn’t make much sense. overall we are very disappointed in our services & will be requesting a different worker the next time we go in.
The WORST customer service. Walked in was told I had to wait in my car, waited in car for 20 mins, got to go in the store to sit at a table and watch people come in without being told to wait in car, than watch 15 more mins while everyone was getting waited on but us. Being with sprint since 2016 was going in to upgrade two phones but will now be switching cell phone companies now.
I left another company to join T-mobile. I had trouble with my old company letting our numbers go, which made it very hard to get out new service up and going. I went back into the store and Cheryl the manager took great care of me. I am referring all my friends!!
Cheryl helped me and my mother with opening a new 55plus account. My mother was out of state and not tech savvy and this was very frustrating for her as others were not patient . Cheryl was patient and helpful and fixed all the problems and was amazing. I appreciate her time and she went above and beyond to assist us. I would recommend her and her store to all . I have had the worst time dealing with my phone company/billing issues. However Store Manager Cheryl Drusin has gone above and beyond. She is not only kind but caring and EXTREMELY helpful! I wish I could give this store negative stars. They opened an unauthorized account under my name and charged me over $100 which then made my bank account negative. Tried talking with multiple people about it and NOBODY CARES. I have been waiting for the manager to call me for two days. The people at the store then thought it was funny to make comments to other customers regarding my situation. I will NEVER step foot into another T-Mobile or sprint store in my life. STAY AWAY!!!

I had to fix several pieces of information on my account and did not know how to do it. Jordan helped me. He was so nice to me and even told me ways to save on my monthly bill and went WAY over and above to help me. He wrote everything down for me. I can’t recommend this store location enough and ask for Jordan and his boss should give him a raise! 😊

The gentlemen in the store had no one in there when I walked in. Neither one even looked up from their phone. I greeted them not the other way around you know the customer service aspect. Neither guy had any customer service skills. Thats not why I wrote this review just 1 of many things. I went up to counter to try and figure out if I could get a good deal on another phone and trade in my I-phone X for something else. The guy seemed disinterested in helping me out even though I was only customer in store the whole time. He gave a price on same phone I got from Sprint online that was 200 bucks more. I know that the stores and online are different a out pricing but he didnt even know that I had talked to Sprint before going up there. I could tell this guy was just having a bad day or hating his life so I left after 3 minutes and will never go back. Awful! Shut it down and run online if thats how Sprint stores are. Sprint be better than that. Im extremely disappointed with my in-store experience.

I really wish I could give them no stars I been with sprint for years and I never had to deal with people like the people I dealt with in this store I will never return back so first the black guy Andrew helped me with my upgrade and put on my account for me to lease a phone case Like come on now who leases a phone case when I never asked to lease anything I wanted to purchase all of my phone cases and then when I went back to get that fix I asked to speak to the manager Cheryl Drusin she put up a real good act to make me feel like she was gonna take care of all of it when she did nothing but make promises of a Credit towards my account because of the issue she did nothing but lie and I kept calling and she would never get on the phone until I said I was calling corporate On her and still continued to lie to my face telling me she was putting the Credit On my account this situation got me so upset To the point where I’m willing to give up sprints And move on after almost 11 years and I’m gonna to take this to the next step and calling corporate to speak to her supervisor so thank you for nothing stay away from this store they lie lie lie

I would like to commend zane melton for helping me in a very difficult situation. it took most of an afternoon with many phone calls and venturing into unknown territory and zane held on tight and did the job that nobody else was able to do. sprint has a great asset in zane and i hope that this message can in some way benefit him in the future. matt mace
If you come to pay your bill with cash, make you have the exact amount (rounded up to the next dollar) unless you want your change paid towards next months bill. They have a bill paying machine that does not provide change. No cashier. Convenient, huh?Also Sprint has very poor coverage, even in town, so keep that in mind if youre considering changing to Sprint from US Cellular. I regret leaving US Cellular. Sprint coverage is poor, and in my experience AT&T isn’t much better.

Customer service is horriable. Wait in line for 30 minutes plus then get told something way different then what you were told over the phone. I have been with sprint for a while seems longer you are there customer the more likely they don’t care for you in fact your bill goes up without a warning. Looking for a different company

Uodate: I wish I hadnt switched from u.s cellular. I miss the dependability.I never have service unless Im in middle of town. The place I need service middle of nowhere, when there is no one else!!Now months in and not liking the service area. Going home Im out of service area 85% of the time (ba south) Also they said it would work in eucha area as well, but not so either. I feel like I pay to much for what we get. Slow service! No service!Zane was awesome! We switched from 15 yrs of uscellular never keeping their word. Hopefully the bill will be what we was told.

I wish I could give zero stars. Somehow my bill stoped being auto pay and we asked every month for them to change it back was told they would. We kept getting late fees because the next month they never reinrolled it. Originally my bill was 125 after a year it went up $10 then the auto pay made it go up and the late fees were $25 a month. Last month paid $163 and was told it would all be fixed next month my bill would be $130. Got a message saying this month my bill would be $153! I went to the store and was told the same thing again sorry we cant fix what you owe it will be fixed next month. Called corporate and was told the store was supposed to tell me I had to fix auto pay myself but they never once informed me of that. I do not have extra money to be giving you guys every month I think I pay enough. I have two kids at home to support not your business. When we mess up at work its our faults not the customer. Every single person I tell that I use sprint they laugh and say oh Noo.
Terrible. upgraded my iPhone6 through a call center, was supposed to receive an iphone8 plus in the mail. received an iphone8 and it was the wrong color. took it to this store didn’t even open the iphone8 shipping box because it was the wrong phone. they traded me out at this store and gave me the correct phone, however now they’re trying to charge me 1000 because the store hasn’t returned the wrong phone yet. if you go here ask for. manager they know what they’re doing, don’t let one of the stooges help you they will mess up your account. you’ve been warned.
If you want to do business with an untrustworthy company you should definitely pick this one!!! They signed my husband and I up for BOGO iPhones and then charged us full price for all 4 phones and refused to correct the error that was made on their end. When we tried to get it corrected, they sent us on more wild goose chases than I care to count before we finally gave up!! I can’t wait for our contract to be up....we will definitely be changing services!!! To post this I hade to give a minimum of a 1 star but they deserved zero!!!

I was there on a weekday with an appt. My conversation with the sales person was continually interrupted by his previous customers that just walked in. I was left sitting while he chatted and answered their questions. Getting my service switched and getting a new phone took over 2 hours. Dont go there unless you gave time to burn.
