These guys saved me a ton of money and heartbreak when they fixed my sons new iPhone 11. We had tried sending it to apple and they didnt fix it and we were left to find our own solution. I definitely advise going somewhere else to get your phone fixed. They kept my phone for two weeks! When I got it back, my screen protector had been removed and my screen had been visibly cracked in a few places. They said that this was normal and expected to happen when they remove my screen protector (but I’ve never heard of such a thing). When I persisted in questioning about the broken screen, they said they could give me another screen protector (as if they were really doing me a favor). So I considered it a loss, spent $75, and moved on. Welllll, not really. The phone continued to have the same issues that same day. So I went back for a refund, but I was only given $50 back. I understand and respect the diagnosis fee, but if you’re diagnosing the wrong issue (and breaking my screen while you’re at it), isn’t it your professional duty to fully reimburse me? Regardless, I went somewhere else just yesterday. They diagnosed the issue and ACTUALLY fixed it for $70 in ONE hour. This goes to show Cell Phone Hospital is especially incompetent and lacks professionalism.

Great people, very friendly and helpful, I was having trouble not able to hear anyone on the other end so I had to always talk to people on speaker, they cleaned my ear piece and it fixed it and they didn’t even charge me. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

I’m a baker and spilled butter all over my phone😅 and my speakers were muted, but I came in and they were so kind and cleaned it in about 1 minute and it’s good as new!! Highly recommend!

Brought in cell phone that had been dropped in swimming pool. Put it in bag of rice to dry out (dont do that) and charging port had rice caked in it. Tech was knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do and in two minutes had problem fixed. He gave me advice on what to do if this happened again, and gave me my phone back NO CHARGE. These company is honest, great service, professional and affordable. Highly recommend them!

This place is awesome ! I came here with my moms phone because the lightning connector wasn’t connecting properly & her phone wouldn’t charge. The man who works here knew exactly what it was & resolved the issue very quickly. It feels good to know there’s a decent phone repair store in town. I’ve taken a phone of mine to Phone Doctors (the one inside Reasor’s) in the past for a screen replacement & I had a horrific experience. After they replaced my screen, my phone glitched a lot & the screen still didn’t work properly. Although I didn’t get a screen replacement here, I would trust this place to do the job well !

Tl;dr - Cell Phone Hospital saved the day with excellent customer service, integrity, and a wonderful business practice! Go here! They WILL take care of you!So Im in love with this place now! I called my mobile phone insurance company because my phone wasnt working. They tell me that my phone doesnt show up on my insurance, and that my insurance shows a phone I had 6 years ago. They tell me to go to Verizon to have that fixed. Okay, annoying, but doable. I get to Verizon, and after a little investigation, apparently, someone at Verizon switched my insurance to the extended warranty 4 years ago, and I never noticed. Okay, thats weird, but I should be able to get this covered under the extended warranty, correct? Wrong. I have a broken screen, so the warranty is void. Verizon suggests I go a few doors down to Cell Phone Hospital, get the screen fixed, and then come back, and theyll honor the warranty. Okay, now Im really upset, and I have to spend even more money. Finally, I get to Cell Phone Hospital, and I explain my situation. I get a quote of a lot more than I expected (after looking on line, its actually quite reasonable). I could have done it, but I would have really screwed my budget to do so. The gentleman here at Cell Phone Hospital asked me why I needed to get the warranty done. I explained, and he said, hold on a sec, do you mind if I take a look, it sounds like this might be an easy fix? I allow him to take a look, and he messed with it for a second. It WAS an easy fix that I was unaware of! He could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance of this and got me to feel like I needed to get the screen fixed. Instead, it was such an easy fix that he didnt even charge me for it. I mean, thats grade A customer service AND integrity in business practice! I just got my son a phone, so all fixes, screen protectors, and cases, etc will be bought and done here! Thank you very much, Cell Phone Hospital!

My iPhone would not charge correctly. I walked in, told the guys inside what was going on and they immediately knew the answer. There was a small piece of pocket lint built up in the charging port. They were able to pull it out in about 30 seconds and it works just fine now. Very helpful guys here!

My screen cracked and I noticed the same thing as someone else in their review also. They replace your orginal glass screen with another ultra thin glass screen. It works so far good but the only thing Ive noticed is that you can feel the gap between the glass and the inside if you press on the screen. They told me theyll order a screen from another supplier because this supplier they use have it all this way. And even so, they called me again and made more excuses.

My iPhone 8 was having problems with the charging port. I stopped in and was greeted with a smile and a concern about the problem I was having. They suggested to allow them to try and clean the port to see if that would help. They did this immediately as I waited and returned to say the port was indeed dirty and they were able to clean it. They then demonstrated the cord plugging firmly into the port and charging the phone. They did this at no charge and in a very friendly and professional manner. Yes, I recommend them.

Brought my daughters phone in to have screen looked at. It had green streaks & became unresponsive. Jerry helped me at the front & replaced our screen timely and did a great job. I highly recommend Cell Phone Hospital to anyone needing phone repair. They really know their stuff.

The guy peels off the screen protector and we realize the screen is still in perfect condition, they didnt even charge us. I know they didnt fix anything but its a business so I thought wed pay 20$-30$ service or something but no charge. So happy with this one!

This was my second time to need The Cell Phone Hospital in BA. Once again they did a great job replacing my iPhone screen. They were polite and helpful and got my phone done in about 1.5 hours. Also cost $12 less than another place nearby. I will definitely use them again if I shatter another screen.

Wow! My old I Phone 6 was having problems charging. I took my phone to Broken Arrow Cell Phone Hospital on Hillside Drive. In 2 minutes the young man there had me fixed up with no charge! Turns out there was some debris inside the charging port that he was able to remove quickly. Great service!

I went in today full expected to spend 60 dollars on a repair for my charger. Jerry took a look at it and realized it was just dirt build up in the charging port. He cleared it out free of charge! I couldn’t be happier. Great employee deserves a raise!

Went in to have my phone diagnosed after the screen went black. I had tried to reboot it on my own with no success but they were able to get my screen up and running again within a couple minutes. They did not charge me at all - not even a small service fee! Very friendly staff. Will definitely return if I run into any other problems with my devices!

Store was clean and the associate was helpful. I was there looking for a good used phone for my daughter and they really only had iPhones. Prices were ok but I felt that they really focus on the repairs and not the reselling. The customers seemed to be pleased with the repairs and they were quick and affordable.

We have used them a lot and had great service but when it comes to replacing cell phone glass they use ultra thin glass that breaks quickly. The original screen( glass) that was I my iPhone 6 lasted for YEARS and never broke or cracked, had it replaced due to scratches, the first repair lasted almost a week before cracking, the second lasted one day. When I called them they acted like it had never happened before, I took my phone to another repair company that measured the thickness of the glass that cell phone hospital used and they said it was the thinnest glass made for my phone. They replaced it with a thicker glass for Less $$ AND gave me a warranty

Great experience at Broken Arrow store. Replace my broken LCD screen on my Note 5 with the temporary screen so we can access my phone. Allowing all the information to be transferred from my Note 5 to my new phone. The work was done very efficiently and in a very timely manner. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took my phone back to them for the third time for my rear camera. Keep in mind, they are the only ones to have ever worked on my phone. They tried to charge me for a problem they created. Of course it was 7 minutes before they closed so I had to wait 2 days to pick my phone up (I dropped it off on a Saturday & theyre closed on Sundays) so I had to travel quite a distance to get my phone back (I dont reside in the same town) I give them 4 stars because the phone is fixed and I paid the quoted price.

So, while taking my phone off of power saving mode, I pressed too many buttons and it made a glitch and left a black portion of screen. I tried everything and couldnt get it to even power off due to the portion of the screen that had blacked out, I took it to verizon and they couldnt even do a hard reset on it for me (samsung galaxy s7, internal battery) ... so went to cell phone hospital and they held down the power and volume button and it restarted and screen went back to normal, no problem!! Took under 5 minutes!! So thankful!!!
