Ive been sitting here probably 20 mins and have watched Micheal help 2 separate people with a smile and a very friendly voice. When he was trying to help a elderly lady with her flip phone he started running out of ideas on how to help with her spam calls. He stayed calm and patient and in the end the lady left very happy. What great customer service. Seeing him being so kind made my wait seem like secs not mins!
Made the switch to U.S. Cellular from Att and have been a happy customer. Customer service has been top notch and would highly recommend them to anyone!
BEWARE of US Cellular (Freddie) on Hillside Drive in Broken Arrow!Saturday afternoon I was there to transfer my cell service to US Cellular. Freddie sold me 2 iphone XR & a service plan/hotspot. He talked me into trading in my 2 Iphone 7+ (128gb) & he said if I had ANY problems I had 14 days to return the new phones for refund & get MY phones back. He did NOT give me any money for MY phones, but put a Credit on my account. I was there until nearly closing time. When I got home I had ZERO reception, ZERO hotspot. I returned Sunday morning at 11:45 (they open at noon). Freddie informed me I would get a refund check (over $400+) on their THIRD billing cycle!! In addition, HE REFUSED TO RETURN MY PHONES TO ME! He said they were no longer MY phones, they were HIS!!
I love US Cellular. I was with Sprint 18+ years and there is no comparison how much better US Cellular is.
They have screwed me over and over again. First when a payment was returned ONCE, they didn’t allow me to pay online, or by phone for 6 months. I had to go down to the store to pay each month. Not having a car during that time made that extremely difficult, but they would not budge on this, even though it turned out to be a mixup with the account number.Their prices are expensive to begin with, and have slowly increased as time goes by.They have NO SERVICE outside of Tulsa that I can tell. I have travelled back and forth from Tulsa to north western Colorado twice, and as soon as I’m outside of Tulsa have very little or no service. Very terrible.
They never have enough people on duty when I go there-never more than 1 or 2. So...the waiting is excessive.
