The pharmacy techs are doing their best with what they have. Ok, so I might have to wait a bit for my prescription to be filled but it’s ready soon after I arrive. Besides I’d rather deal with a bit of wait for quality customer service! They are always very nice and considerate. Highly recommend!

This cvs has lots of issues with meds and filling them we have had lots of problems with them i went in today to get a med and they said they didnt have anything and once again i had to call the doctor which i sent to a different place the guy in the front named Jarrold back in the pharmacey was super rude told me it was my fault lady and just keep screaming at me as a walked away i would not go here for anything fyi they need to get it together low staff or whatever the issues are they need to fixbefore they loss business sonething needs to be done i will not be going here again

I got my covid shot and i was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. everyone at the pharmacy was super sweet and treated me with care. i definitely recommend going there!

Went for a drive thru Covid test. Spent 30 minutes waiting to finally get to the window, and be told I was in the wrong line, and I needed to get at the back of the line and go to the other window. There are zero signs saying which line to get it. When I explained thats messed up theres no signs saying that, and that Id have to wait another 45 minutes because of it, they could care less and just shrugged their shoulders. Go elsewhere.

This location has been horrible at filling prescriptions. Wait time today has been over 5 hours and I am told they are still working on amoxicillin and it will be another 30 minutes. Come on CVS! I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

I watched as the pharmacy technicians were all busting their butts to take care of every customer. It was obvious that they were understaffed, but they still worked hard, were polite and respectful. This is what makes a good pharmacy. This is by far one of the busiest CVS pharmacies in the area. I usually expect to wait about 30-45 minutes for my prescription whenever I arrive, but they always have it ready soon after Im there.

I went to get my Covid test a couple weeks ago and I was done in about 10 minutes. I got my results back just the next day. I was very impressed and love everyone in the Pharmacy.

Absolute worst service EVER!!! Average wait for RX at drive through 30 min. They text you over and over when youre out of refills & ask if you want them to call Dr. You say yes each time...then they dont call. BUT they text you again and again asking same question. Bunch of morons.

The place needs to be shut down, They refuse to allow you to get the free covid test despite the fact that I set an appointment and I have a confirmation number along with my appt time at this very store. I will never set foot in a CVS.

Ive had the best of luck with this location, they always text me when my prescription is ready for pick up. some times i show up without having my medication pre called in and they still take care of me right away. Its also such a comfortable feeling seeing the same faces over and over.

New pharmacist is a short Asian lady who’s name is Kim apparently thinks she’s better than everyone else. My boyfriend and I have been getting our meds from here for the last 2 and a half years and they always give us trouble with our prescriptions. We have it in the notes we can’t take a specific version of our meds and the day before yesterday I went to get his prescription which cost almost $70 and they gave me the wrong ones. The ones he can’t take due to it making him ill to his stomach, as in he can’t keep it down. Now we are trying to get the right meds cuz he’s sick from not having it and in a lot of pain. We told the new pharmacist that it should be in the notes that he can’t have that particular version of that medication. Which it should have been since the old pharmacist should’ve put that in his notes a long time ago. But now she’s saying she doesn’t even see that on his file. And is giving us a lot of trouble. All I am wanting to do is get my money back so I can buy the right meds for him so he’s not sick and hurting. Why is it so hard for people to actually give a 🤬 about other people

Ive been using this pharmacy for years with some good and bad experiences. But Melissa has exceeded every expectation that I had of my pharmacist. Thank you for helping me figure things out with my insurance and my doctor. It would have taken so much longer if I had to do it on my own!

This is the worst pharmacy in Broken Arrow!!! Try and call, youll be on hold for 10 minutes minimum; same story for going in. Some of the people answering the phones are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Prescription call ins get lost in a black hole because doctors say they call them in and yet this pharmacy NEVER gets them.

This is the worst pharmacy in all of the BA area. If they don’t lose all you name/ insurance info EVERY time you go to pick something up they will surely mess up your prescription EVERY time. They’ll give you too many or not enough or the wrong brand or not fill it on time or whatever. They’re also extremely rude here. Go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. They NEVER answer the phone. Called multiple times left on hold for at least 10 minutes. Finally drive up there to be told their out of a medication I need! This is why Walgreens is better.

If there was a 0 I would score them that low. They tell you a med is in stock but when you try to pick it up they are out of stock and they may or may not get it in the next week. If you have narcotics you are forced to get a new Rx to fill it at another store as those prescriptions arent transferable. I moved everything to Walgreens. They, at least, will special order meds that are necessary.

The pharmacy has gone downhill over the past few years. They are too slow to refill prescriptions. Wait time has been a minimum of 45 minutes each time I go to pickup a prescription.

Make sure theyre running your insurance correctly. They didnt even run mine and said my insurance no longer covered my prescription. I called my insurance and they said it never ran through them. When I went back they said oh itll run next time and never refunded the $50 I over paid.

I requested the a certain eye drop my doctor prescribed for me be ordered since they did not have any in stock. They told me to come back in 3 days and they would have it for me. I call the pharmacy back in 3 days and asked if my order was in for the product that I was needing and they did not even know what I was talking about.

If it takes 25 minutes to call and go through an automated machine just to answer one question, and then just get hung up on at the very end, that’s enough for me to never do business with you again. It’s a small store, there’s no need for automated call systems. All you literally have to do is answer a phone and talk to a customer but these days that seems impossible to get any real customer service .

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, I would! Brandy was very unprofessional and reminded me of a sassy teenager speaking to an adult customer - how she spoke, she should be fired. This place is extremely unorganized, I say just shut it down. My doctor called in a RX for me and when I went to pick it up they said No she didnt call in anything in Im sorry. I called my Dr first thing Monday and she said she called it in Friday. I call CVS back to find out they didnt have this RX, they were going to have to order it!. I lost 3 days right there - they should have called me giving me the option to take it somewhere else OR order it for me since they didnt have it in stock. Instead they lied. I let this one slide. Tonite was the last straw. I went in to pick up an RX on a Friday evening. They said No your Dr. didnt call anything in. They lied again! The problem is they are too busy to fill all their orders so they just have to prolong you by lying so you think your Dr. dropped the ball. Also, count your pills if you are taking a controlled substance. I found 14 pills missing out of my bottle when it said 45, there were 30 in there. This store is an accident waiting to happen. Myself and a few other customers were inside all talking about what poor service this location has. Ahmad the Prescription Manager - you have a lot of work to get this pharmacy up and running. Fire those smart alec young girls like Brandy - or you will lose all your customers or do you even care? CVS lost my business tonite! They wont stay in business long! Steer clear folks!

Pharmacy is horrible Rude unprofessional talk about customers do not listen they are always right it is somehow a mistake you made even when they lose a script or do not check the date in the computer right or let your script go past the last day to fill. They know better than your DR. Even when script says fill today. This was one of the best pharmacies in B A 5 years ago but has steadily went down hill with the group they have now and it seems to be getting worse they seem to be out of your medicine a lot so who ever is doing the ordering is falling short. At one point they didn’t have a pharmacist who could order meds so people who have meds called in had to make a trip back to the Dr. to get a hand written script and take it to a different pharmacy.for a lot of people that is a trip out of town. Who ever oversees this department needs to really take a closer look.

Mindy or Mandy needs to be more professional when speaking on the phone. Pharmacist gives me a different medicine when I requested my usual and tries convince me that it works the same. Well it did not and now they cant take the medicine back. Terrible inconvenience.

I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life at this store. I was followed around the entire time by one of the women who works there. It was very obvious what she was doing. Shed walk past every aisle I went to and eyeing me down without saying a word to me the entire time being there. I even tested it to make sure I just wasnt being paranoid and walked across to the opposite side of the store....sure enough!! There she was seconds later. Ive never experienced anything like this at any other store Ive been in. It was beyond ridiculous and uncomfortable. I ended up putting down the items I was wanting to purchase and walked out. Never again will I go back there.

I recently switched my medications from Walgreens to CVS. What a wonderful decision it has been. The staff have been so professional and informed. I have been treated with such respect. I never feel as though I am just another number. They always take time to address any questions I have, right then and there.The store as a whole is always immaculate with items that are placed so that they are easy to find. The prices are cheaper than other drug stores that I have ever used.I am truly appreciative of CVS and would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a new pharmacy.

I went to fill my prescription just now. It was my first time in there and When I got there they were NOT busy, instead a thicker Latino lady was just standing there, she looked right at me waiting to be helped more than once actually, then proceeded to start up a conversation with another worker about how her kid doesnt like mcdonalds. Even though she knew I was waiting. I had to wait for the lady working drive thru to turn around and notice me to come help me. I will never go back there.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life.I have called and spoke with two different people they told me my prescription would be ready on the 14th.I drove 30 miles to this pharmacy to pick up my prescription on the 14th and they told me I have to come back the next day I’m tired of them wasting my time.I will definitely be getting a new pharmacy

We were about to buy two gallons of milk until we noticed they were going out of code in 2 days. I went to the shelf to see if there was any milk with a longer code and discovered three gallons that were one day past the date on the shelf. When we made the manager aware of that she was very smug, saying she already knew that. Maybe they need the Board of Health to get involved to take it seriously.

I just tried to call and have a prescription filled that was I guess set to fill on the 4th. The lady was rude. I have never had a bad experience with them before. When told that I needed it to be filled she said well its not set to be filled till the 4th. I asked can I not fill it early since its the 1st? She just sighed and said um its set to be filled on the 4th. I said well I take that as a no Ok. All she said was thanks bye. I have one more day left with my meds so I guess Ill sit there with 3 days of nothing. Thanks lady

I used to go to Walgreens on 71st and Lynn lane but do to the type of medication I was perscribed I was treatated poorly! And on two occasions my medication was a few pills short so I called to tell them and the pharmacy manager was quick to be hateful and get a attitude. And come to find out one of there employees was stealing medication and was arrested a while bac. So I switched my business to CVS and I am so happy I did they treat me with respect and I have never had a problem. And I cant say enough about there staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and know what there talking about And are always courteous and professional! I would definitely recommend the CVS.
