While I had some initial difficulties contacting the store owner and discovering the location, the owner (T) called me directly to explain the situation that this store is located within the Pacific Ocean Marketplace grocery store and is only able to accept jobs via appointment due to the current pandemic. The level of concern showed towards me in dealing with a previous issue was greatly appreciated and shows a willingness on the part of the store owner to respond to customer issues in a polite and appropriate manner. They are working on getting the website fixed so that this location shows up as well.Worth working with!

The shop is very helpful and reasonably priced. I cracked my phone, and went searching for a reasonable cost for repair. This shop charges the least in the North Denver area. I came in for the repair, and was helped in the same day, took less than and hour. Super friendly staff and always providing excellent service.

I would highly recommend Millennium if you need to get your phone repaired. Thingh was very friendly andaccommodating when it came to dropping off my phone. I feel they went above and beyond helping me with my repairs.

This is my go to store for phone repairs. They have helped me with 3 phone repairs now, over the years. In one case, I was flying out the next day and they made a parts run for me overnight. My most recent repair was for my sons phone, and they performed a battery replacement in 40 minutes. He has thanked me twice already since. Highly recommended!

A cricket store recommended Millennium Trendz to have my phone flashed. When I called them, they didn’t mention that it would take 2 hours to do. Because I had to work soon, I left my phone and said I’d return first thing in the morning. They were supposed to open at 11am. I arrived at 11:10 and the store was not open. Someone in the store next door said that the manager opens ‘whenever he feels like it.’ I waited nearly an hour. When he finally opened he said he hadn’t flashed my phone yet and it would take another hour. (It took around 70 minutes.)So far my phone is working fine, but I’m peeved. That’s no way to run a business!

Paid for getting a phone unlocked. The phone was never unlocked. Took it to an I phone dealer and found out that not only did they not unlock it they used illegal software to attempt to unlock it. I was suckered out of 60.00. More money than someone with legal software that does it correctly charges. The man in this store was very hostel and threatening he would not even hear my complaint. Just threatened to have me removed from his store.
