After visiting 2 other T-Mobile stores and apple I was finally helped by the best employee T-Mobile has to offer, Kway. Kway was the solution to all my problems. He made solving the problem seem easy, after 4 other T-Mobile employees and 2 apple employees were clueless! After apple yet again messed up my phone Kway helped me fix it a second time with a smile on his face while working the busy store alone. I wish there was a better way to get him acknowledged for how valuable he is to your company. I hope I can track him down again if another issue arises!

Who ever the boy was working last night around 6:30 pm needs to be removed. And I say boy because the service was absolutely horrible. My parents went in and this guy didn’t want to help at all when my parents got close to the counter he backed up and said he couldn’t help at all and said he didn’t know acting like if they were sick or something and most likely was racially profiling. They went to Apple and got perfect service compared to this guy that didn’t even bother to check.

If you need help buying new phones, setting up service or really anything ...go in and see Michael B!!! He is amazing to work with! He is succinct, friendly and makes the process EASY to navigate! He has wonderful follow through and let me know what all my best options were from A-Z, each time I called him before making my decisions.We now have four lines with four brand new phones for an unbelievable price point!I have been with Sprint from 2004, I realize you have many choices but I can’t say enough about the customer service and prices I always receive from Michael B! Go talk to him if you are wanting to lower your monthly bill and/or buy new phones!

Best Customer Service I have Experienced with Cell Phone Service. We had Alejandro M. help my son and I and this was the first time we had someone as detailed and educated as he was. We came in for a phone plan suggested by the phone customer service and he directed us to another that saved us moreI was more than pleased with this visit and recommend this store to anyone needing help. Thank youWent in for my wife new phone two weeks later and she was able to have the manager Tyler S. help her. Again, the customer service was outstanding as well as educating my wife with her phone. Very bad experience. There is always 1 person there and the waiting time is ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend to go there even on week days just because of how they are always short staffed. I had an encounter with the store manager and he was absolutely rude and barley wanted to help me out with my issue. Super unhappy with this experience I had at this location.

We walked in today just to find out about upgrading and ended up walking out with a ridiculous deal. Yuni was awesome and gave us really great advice, took the time to test out several different products with us, and was just so incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

Bad customer service and they sell phones that dont work they dont even know how to lie ive been waiting for my money from a phone that i returned almost a month ago and i havent seen anything in my account yet, they told me that it takes from 7 to 10 business days its been over 3 weeks now. I will start calling next week to see whats going on with my return. I am very disappointed with this store.

I purchased an iphone 7 last night and Mike L. helped me with every detail of the purchase and transferring all info from my previous phone. He was extremely courteous, and patient. I needed a significant amount of help and Mike responded to my questions in the most pleasant way. He was helpful and professional while teaching me how to use my new phone. I would send anyone I know into this store to be helped by Mike. He is an amazing employee and deserves special recognition for his dedication and willingness to help his customers. He goes the extra mile without question.

This is by far the best cell phone store I have had the pleasure to deal with. All of the customer service reps are very helpful and friendly. The Manager Micheal was very friendly and was very helpful in getting my account all taken care of and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this store and would only visit here again.

This store provided, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When first switching to Sprint in August 2015, I was told that with the AAA discount, our activation fees would be waived and any upgrade activation fees we incurred when upgrading on the iPhone forever would be waived.I received my first bill and no fees were waived. I called in and it turns out the guy who helped me originally didnt put any sort of discounts on my account at all. So I went back into the store a new representative had to go through and basically completely set up my account from scratch in order to apply the discounts. After 2 hours in store, I left with everything getting fixed.Fast forward to last month. I upgraded the phones on my account and low and behold, theres a $36 per line activation fee. I called in and after speaking on the phone for an hour with Sprints main help line, they said to call the original store that I was told that my upgrade activation fees would be waived and that they would be able to help me from there.I call in and the person who talked to me gave me every single excuse he could. Policies have changed, you didnt upgrade at this store, blah blah blah. Im in customer service. I know that the customer isnt always right but I know that you dont give excuses. Bottom line, I was told my upgrade fees would be waived and they werent. I didnt get any sort of Were sorry for the confusion or anything. No sort of accountability. I asked what they could do to make this right for me and the guys straight up said Theres nothing I can do. If you came into this store to upgrade, there might have been something but you didnt come to my store. So I cant do anything for you.I would have settled for an apology but they apparently arent even capable of that.Screw this store. Dont go here because the people working will lie to you to make a sale and they are COMPLETELY incompetent with their own deals and promotions.

Best customer service Ive received in a long time. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly and able to help me even though I had to leave to get back to work after a short lunch break. Forget calling the technical support, after an unpleasant ordeal with tech support I called this store and Hunter helped me get my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Call these guys, youll be happy you did. :)

I have to say, this Sprint store far exceeded my expectations. Thats not a negative thing, where I had low expectations. I was just so blown away by the customer service and support. Manny was the only one in the store when I came in, and was a tremendous help from start to finish. Incredibly professional, very knowledgable and a great multi-tasker. He would be helping me with my new phone purchase, while simultaneously checking out others, without missing a beat from me to the other customers. I will come to this Sprint store and this store alone just from my experience with Manny and his expertise in the future, and will recommend others to this store as well. 5 stars.

Well, after buying a new phone things started off well---but after WAY too many trips back to the store to get things straightened out (including having to replace the phone), I am really aggravated. This looks like a Sprint store in every way but I found out that they are not a Corporate store, but are operated by something called Universal Wireless. So, you end up paying more for the phone, the accessories, and they will not honor AAA discounts (as mentioned in another review). The staff is a bunch of kids who are looking at their cellphones because there are so few customers. Dont fall for this, go to a real Sprint store. I have no problem with Sprint customer service, just this mall storefront selling Sprint products.

I came into the store with an iPhone from Verizon that wasnt working correctly all of the time and Michael F. took complete care of my problem that I was having with Verizon. I am very happy with the service that he provided me with today and he was a very cool guy to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

2 hours and nothing. Husband went in with an older phone to take the place of the other one he dropped.... acted like they never saw an HTC (I know... a phone older than an year is ancient.... ridiculous). One guy in training couldnt help his people and our person had to keep stopping to help him. They transferred the SIM card from one to the other... didnt work. Then took almost an hour to get the SIM back and set in the orginal, cracked phone. No offense Sprint or contracted with Sprint store, but hire and really train your specialists. We have had some excellent help at other Sprint stores, but this experience was rough....

6 months ago signed up for 3 phones in this store and ask to have insurance added to all 3... today I find out that they only added it to 2 out of the 3 phones... of course sprint is unwilling to fix this issue because its been more than 30 days. Spoke with RYAN whom claimed to be the manager of this sprint store ... after telling me insurance isnt charged to the first initial set up bill, he then decided to blame me calling me cheap and stated I must have declined the coverage for this phone... when I asked for proof that I declined coverage he had none... he then continued to argue that it was my fault... SO I asked for his district managers contact information... he hung up on me! After being on hold for almost two hours with customer care for Sprint I filed a formal complaint with the Sprint higher ups regarding RYAN. WORST customer service Ive ever dealt with! I did however find out that T MOBILE is more than willing to buy out Sprint contracts plus its $50 cheaper a month for 3 phones ALL insured!

Dude, these guys are the bomb. Yesterday, I went to the Apple Store to try and get the iPhone 7 Plus. Through an unfortunately series of events, I ended up having my contract with Sprint renewed, but the Apple Store wouldnt give me the new phone. After six hours of endless calls, and even having the store manager, Michael, come down to the Apple Store with me, we finally got the problem fixed. Alejandro, Mike, and Michael all did an awesome job. I cannot thank these guys enough. They went above and beyond and even stayed after hours to help me get a problem that wasnt even their fault. Thanks guys!

The manager Michael F. provided exceptional customer service. Ive been trying to split phone lines for almost a year now. Theres always been a glitch, technical error, or unwilling partner to resolve this matter. Ive made numerous phone calls to customer service that did nothing other than test my patience and waste my minutes but today was my lucky day bc of Michael. He listened to my whole situation and had the secret number to other helpful sprint staff that were able to solve my problems. Im so relieved to finally have a resolution to this mess. Im so thankful to walk in to the mall today and have him help me. This is the BEST!!!!!!! Sprint Store!

Beware!: Visited the Sprint stores at the Flatirons mall on the first week of July 2019. Was told misleading and inaccurate information from both the clerk and store manager to trick us into signing a lease on a phone instead of allowing us to purchase the phone outright as we told them we wanted to do. After calling Sprint 1-800 number, it was confirmed that the store could sell us a phone outright and the information they were giving us was incorrect and misleading.

I’ve come to this store twice in the past week due to issues with my service and bill and they have been no help. Always love getting a new phone, I hope that some day other companies like T-Mobile and ATT can have customer service like this. If you have a problem the manager gives you a personal phone number so you can contact him directly to get anything fixed that is within his control

I switched to Sprint a few weeks ago and had a very good experience working with Lydia. She was very helpful and kept her composure even though the stores internet systems went down for a while. Id give her 5 stars, but store management 3 stars overall for having faulty internet & not training everybody properly.

Just want to say that Ive been a customer with Sprint since they had Nextel in like 1998... with that being said, I am a long time Sprint customer and I have been to a lot of Sprint locations from NC, GA, CO, CA, etc. to get services and products. I went to the mall yesterday to find a new phone for my lovely girlfriend who used Verizon. Went to Verizon and since she was under her parents account (shes 28) they were not able to help her? I get that she was under her parents account but the sales woman never suggested that she get a new line of her own or any other solutions to the problem. To her defense, my gf didnt want to have her parents involved (which would have been my clue that the person needs their own line) so maybe she just decided that we were unable to get a phone on our own. Any way - went to Sprint and Michael, the manager was there to help. He started by going over my plan then explaining the benefits if my gf were to add a line to my account. After about 15 minutes it was clear that we were going to pull the trigger. We decided on the Note 8 because we need a good camera and pen function for our business and Michael actually suggested we come back Saturday to save on a $30 activation charge. Thats right, the manager wanted us to SAVE. Very rare these days. I explained that we had an event Saturday and would unlikely be able to visit the store that day but I wanted to go ahead and get the phone today. Long story short, 30 minutes later I left with unlimited data, text, phone, and 10gb Hotspot and Note 8 and only $63 more dollars a month than what Im currently paying. Couldnt be happier and think Michael and people like Michael should be commended because at the end of the day, he was the difference. Kudos. - TW

This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with, hands down. Im trying to leave this stupid phone service if thats what you want to call it, and they say one thing but then totally screw you and do another.Their employees have no freaking clue as to what theyre doing and completely waste your time doing NOTHING to help you. Lanore was the lady I spoke with and everything she told me she was going to do, she didnt. Trying to switch a phone is like pulling teeth, and of course they want to charge you $200 just for doing so.
