This AT&T store was amazing. I was treated with the upmost respect at all times and the staff made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number. They honored my company discount with my new phone plan and worked patiently with me for weeks while I was deciding to get my new phone. A big shout out to Wyatt for his support while I made a decision. When it came time to switch phones they made me a new account and set up my service in less than 20 minutes. Every step was painless and easy. A few days later I was able to add a second line with no trouble at all. The staff is always knowledgeable and efficient in the store and there is hardly ever a long wait to see store representative. I moved over from sprint and my girlfriend moved from Verizon. Both carriers were sub par compared to AT&T in just about every category. AT&T is a fantastic carrier and I would recommend it to anyone looking to switch phone carries and would especially recommend visiting this store. They will take care of you like no other!
Chris the manager is extremely unhelpful. Very rude and was very frustrated when I asked about the details of my plan… I am surprised a manager treats customers in that manner. Johnny was helpful and did what he could to get things resolved in a manner that was professional. I think the manager could use additional customer service trainings.
Don was super helpful. Great and fast experience. He was very pleasant to work with as well. I’ve never had an experience with a phone retailer that went this smooth! Promote that guy.

I have been trying for 3 weeks to activate some cell phones that I got from AT&T, and with no results over the phone or some of the other stores that I had gone to I was getting ready to give up. Jacqueline seems to be the only person that I had talked to you that actually wanted to help me solve the problems that I was having, she had a very professional attitude and got everything done a lot quicker than what I thought it was going to be done. I highly recommend this store over any of the other ones that I have been to or even calling customer service themselves
My mom and I were at this location and were lucky enough to have Jess Shipley helping us! Jess was incredibly patient as we struggled to even log into iCloud (lol!), and they spent the time finding the best deal for our family. If they werent so knowledgable and helpful, we would not have gotten new phones. Jess was even able to help out fellow employees while still taking care of us! Will definitely go back to this location in the future.

We went to the AT&T store near our home in Lafayette and it was awful, they werent helpful or knowledgeable at all. Then we went to the Flatirons store it was so nice to speak with a helpful grownup! They were amazing and patient, they listened to what we needed and customized a perfect plan for us! Rafael was awesome!

Great service!I got here before the store opened and there were other customers with me waiting. Obviously, when the store opened everyone was anxious to get service. There were enough agents to help everyone get what they needed in a efficient but calm way.I needed a new plan and Chris G was very helpful in getting me what I wanted. Even though there were a few technical issues with my phone, he patiently helped me resolve it.

So you walk in and it’s no ordinary store. It’s the capital of friendly and efficient. Ryan the manager treated me like a king and helped me through some of my complex questions about a plan. He made it simple. Jacob, is a stealth and helped me change my plan in a jiffy with a magnificent smile. No ordinary chain store. These guys are legit.

The store is very easy to find and has plenty of close parking. It is very clean and a welcoming environment. The customer service there is top notch, the staff is friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions. Whenever you need anything this is the store I would recommend. Ive never had to wait long for service when going into the store either.

I went in there on 11-11-2020 to purchase and or upgrade to a newer phone, and the sales rep was helping me and in the middle of him helping me he got a phone call on his cell he excused him self went to the back to answer it came back said he was sent on his lunch break, so I left and drove to a Westminster store to get help
I do not recommend buying devices or cases at any AT&T store. I bought a new case for my wife for Christmas, but she didn’t like the color. When I tried to return it after we got back from vacation they wouldn’t take it back because it was outside their 14 day return window. Who has ever heard of a 14 day return policy?!!The people working at this are generally decent and I do recommend them for help with accounts. Just don’t ever buy anything here.

Tyler and the entire team dedicated over 3 hours to help get the issue resolved. They had multiple tech supports on the line and was very patient with me. The guys at this location of AT & T are fantastic. I went in after visiting APPLE and they could not figure out how to shut off or change a specific notification (song) that was possessing my phone! Juan at this location fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes! OMG it had been a problem for days. Impressed with the professional, courteous and prompt service to my issue.
I recently had a great experience buying a new phone! I went in having some idea what I wanted but the sales people let me look around without pressuring me to look at certain phones. Don was super helpful and set up my new phone, helped me pick a case and put on my screen protector. Overall great experience (which usually isnt the case with phone stores!)

The most amazing customer service - compared to all customer service experiences, not just At&t stores or other cell phone companies - these employees are truly on another level of sincere, kind, understanding, and helpful. Would give them more than 5 stars if possible. If you are in Boulder County, dont even bother with other At&t locations. Was not too busy when I arrived, but all of the reps were with clients so the manager jumped up instantly to help me (I have never seen this behavior from other At&t store managers, they typically act as though they are above that and have me wait for a rep to finish while they awkwardly continue doing nothing). Upon leaving, another individual who had since finished with their customer, opened and held the door - who knows if that is an everyday occurrence, but its the small things, like not having to argue, being treated kindly, and people who get things done right in an efficient manner. Whether the door is held again or not, the customer service at this location was truly refreshing and enough for me to know I will never go to another location again.

I was told incorrect information by a representative at this store regarding a payment plan, which led me to believe that my plan would only be affected by about 5 dollars. The employee who helped me was incorrect, but the information didn’t show up on my account until the 14 day return range had already passed. I was unable to change my plan back to the way it was, and I’m now paying over 30 dollars more than I ever intended to. The customer service that I received when I tried to explain what had happened was rude and unwilling to help. I will not be returning to this store again.

I have to qualify that I am not sure if this is the store that is inside the mall or outside the mall. My experiences are with the store inside the mall.I have purchased at least 7 devices from this store in the last 8 years. Every experience has been wonderful until this last round and it has been so bad that it has blown my rating of this store. To make a VERY long story short I purchased an ATT Digital Life security system from this store when I was punching new iPhones for my daughter and myself. Some how the process was completely messed up and my instillation was never scheduled. I called the 800 number to find out what the problem was and it turned out that nothing was ever scheduled. So I scheduled through the 800#. Then I start receiving calls and texts (that ended up being very rude and unprofessional) from the sales rep telling me that if I did not cancel my appointment through the 800# and come back to the store and reschedule I would loose all of the rebates and benefits that I was promised from the store. At that point I was so frustrated that I said it was not worth the hassle I just wanted to be done with the process. After months of mess everything was pretty well over and I spoke with a rep from the 800# and told them what a problem everything had been. They called this store and spoke with a sales rep that agreed that the situation was a mess, that the rep from their store had not represented AT&T well at all and that they would hold to the reimbursement that I was told I would get. Now, understand, I had resolved myself to the fact that I was not getting this money. It was not worth the hassle and the prospect of having to deal with the rude salesperson that I had encountered to get a $400 credit on my account, that is a lot of money!! That is how bad this situation was. But, the store and the national customer service agreed to give it to me I just had to go to the store to get the gift card. I was told I had to come when the manager (Travis) was there. So I did that. The first time I went he was not there but I was assured that he was aware of the situation and fully intended to give me the money. The second time I went he was not there but I was assured that he was aware of the situation and fully intended to give me the money. The third time I went he was not there but I was assured that he was aware of the situation and fully intended to give me the money. The fourth time I went, amazingly, the elusive Travis was there!! But, instead of giving me the money he gave me a run around!! He said that he had not spoken to his superiors about this (in the 2+ months that it had been going on) and that he could not give me the money, and he said this in one of the most patronizing ways I have ever been spoken to by a professional. After giving me a run around for about about 10 minuets, while I was trying to curtail kids who were anxious to leave, I told him that I would give it one week for him to post the money to my account or call me and let me know where we were in the process. Now, more than a month later I have not heard from anyone. I have since had several people tell me to avoid this store like the plague, and that the store outside of the mall is much better. Such a shame because all of the the sales people, with the exception of one, that I have worked with over the years have been wonderful. I will definitely stay with AT&T but I dont think I will be using this store any more!!

Terrible service. Tried to switch from GoPhone prepaid service to postpaid service and adding a smartwatch, but they had to run a credit check, then talk with a manager. They said theyd phone me when its ready, but they never called. I tried calling repeatedly on multiple days, and they *never* answered the phone! Fine, so i came back in. They lost the info, and needed to redo it. Agreed Id return in an hour. I returned in an hour, and the sales person is now away at lunch. This is some of the worst service anywhere! Amazing!

Horrible customer service. I had a problem with my new phone after just a couple of days of having it, so I called at&t and the lady told me that only the manager could help but the manager wasnt going to be in until later, so I gave her my phone number so the manager could call me when he came in. Three days later I still hadnt gotten a phone call so I called back and they said that the manager was busy at the moment and asked me to stay on hold until he was available. I was on hold for an hour when they told me that the manager needed to step out and would call me when he came back. A week later I still hadnt gotten a call so I went into the at&t store outside the mall and demanded to speak to the manager and finally got to. I told him that I wanted to return my phone because after all of that I didnt want it anymore. He told me that since I had it for more than 14 days I couldnt return it. It was his fault that I had it for more than 14 days! If he would have called me back then this wouldnt have happend. I learned that there are 3 managers in that store and not one of them could answer the phone or call me back when they said they would. This is the worst customer service Ive ever had. Do not go to this store!

The manager was unreasonable. I dont even want to come back there. Just bought an Iphone 8 Plus. I found out there was a scratch right after i took out the plastic cover, i told them. The manager claimed that wasnt their fault. He didnt even look at the phone and said right away that they dont do exchange or return while the contract said i have 14 days. If you dont know your contract then dont do it.
The salesman were not that friendly and were not helpful at all went to a different location they will never get my business.

There was a guy on his phone didnt want to attend me and the nice girl who did attend me seemed lost on At&t promotions I did not feel comfortable doing business with them so I left.
Had two recent experiences here that were less than ideal. The first was a Note 7 swap into a S7 Edge. The associate didnt swap my old sim into the new phone (even though they were both brand new sims) but instead used the one provided with the S7 insisting that this was easier. He forgot to turn on several of my features including data on the new sim and it took a few calls with AT&T to resolve over the next day. Easier for whom?The other time I visited looking to purchase a Samsung smart watch. The manager helped me, but he had to fumble with with iPad for 5-10 minutes per question I asked about the product (including basic questions like how much does this one cost? Theres no posted price). 5 to 6 questions later I was barely any closer to having the info I needed. Finally I asked what was the difference between the S2 and the S3 and he gave me a line along the lines of well, you seem like a pretty sharp guy so let me look up the comparison chart. Thanks, but I can Google from home. I left the store at that point and walked over to the Best Buy Mobile in the mall and made my purchase there instead.
Im writing this review for the at&t store located outside the Flatirons Crossing mall. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 when it came out and returned it when it was recalled. When Samsung rereleased the Note 7 I purchased the new one. When they announced that they where going to recall the new Note 7, at&t told me that I could exchange it for the Samsung S7 or S7 Edge. I exchanged it for the S7 Edge. I only had the S7 Edge for a couple of hours and I knew that I didnt like it. That same day I went back to at&t to return it and they told me that I had to pay a $45 restocking fee. I was furious. I only had the phone for a couple of hours so I didnt understand why I needed to pay a fee. After arguing with the manager for a while they told me to call and complain to Samsung. I spent an hour on the phone with Samsung, most of that time was spent on hold, when they told me that I needed to wait until tomorrow when the manager of that at&t store would be in. The next day I called Samsung back and spent more time on hold when Samsung told me that only the manager could wave the fee and that the manager didnt want to so there was nothing they could do. All of this was because Samsung made a faulty phone and at&t didnt want to wave the fee even though this all was a huge inconvenience. At&t had horrible customer service and the manager is incredibly rude. They werent nice or helpful and acted like this was all my fault when in fact it wasnt. Dont go to this at&t store, go to the in the mall, they are nicer and more helpful. The one outside is horrible.
