Samantha, Stew, and Maddie were phenomenal in helping with the purchase of my new Macbook Pro. Stew was amazing in helping wipe my old computer and make sure all of what I needed saved was saved. Maddie was great conversation and was great with helping get my old Macbook turned in. Last but not least, Samantha helped with the actual purchase of my new computer about a week or so ago and she was more than insightful telling me about my apples new chip etc. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Like all things, an appointment usually helps!

In this store twice in 2 days and still have the wrong accessories. Staff doesn’t know their products and now I have items I can’t use or don’t need. Great that Apple charges out the wazoo for their products and can afford oodles of staff and a security guard but doesn’t bother to train staff on the basics.
It was a decent drop off. The fact they dont do repairs in store is a little horrible and different but I get it you cant stock every part.

Aaron did a fantastic job. There within 5 minutes of the appointment time and said he could fix my non charging phone in a minute and a half and he delivered in less. It just ended up being pocket lint and needed to be removed but it was quick and easy and didn’t cost a thing. I’ll be back for sure
Had a shopping appointment. Felt rushed, and the clerk couldn’t have cared less. Didn’t feel valued as a customer at all. I ended up with a purchase, but won’t be back to this location. ☹️

Came into buy an Ipad for school. We just missed the student discount, which is fine. The sales associate knew nothing about the Ipad. Didnt know how certain apps worked that he was trying to show us for school. Couldnt answer basic questions about apple care or pricing on IPad. We just left after we realized we were wasting our time.
Quick and friendly service as always. Love making the Genius Bar appointments online ahead of time. Too bad the other OS competition doesnt have this kind of service locally.

Avoid at all costs. This is the single worst customer service experience I have ever had. My screen on my new MacBook broke after having it for 3 weeks after shutting it and reopening it after normal use and the only explanation I was given was you shouldnt have put a keyboard cover on it. Management was remarkably unhelpful and unresponsive to my situation. Seriously, do not shop here.

Called the store and the automatic system wouldn’t transfer me to the store. FYI you need to say MANAGER for it to transfer you. How are we supposed to know that?. Well I got rude customer service rep from the store. Named Lauren and her rude remarks of how to properly follow protocol and that I needed to say manager. Save your comments and help!
Made a curbside pickup appointment, when I arrived I called to check in but the phone rang and rang until it disconnected. Waited a few minutes and called back, same thing, it forwarded me to customer service who couldnt reach them either. Finally just walked in and there were 10+ free employees, so no idea why the phones arent being answered. Took around 20 minutes from when they went in the back to come back out with my order. Not the quality Apple stores used to provide.
We had an EASY, FAST, and GREAT experience with Will, at the Apple Store (Flatirons). He was efficient and very knowledgeable about the product, answered the questions we had and made the process seamless after 3 failed attempts at different locations. Hopefully he gets recognition for his great job, awesome attitude and friendliness. Thanks Will we love the new 12 pro.
Came to the store because my iPhone 12 had a faulty pixel on the screen. Jeff (I think that’s his name) at the Genius Bar was super friendly and helpful! He took care of me and had the screen swapped with no charge because it’s not caused by human error. Thanks Jeff! Very satisfying experience at this store!

Ive been here a couple times, neither time did an employee actually greet me or approach me and ask if I needed help. Then when I walked up to them to ask them questions on the process of purchasing a new phone or pre order, the guy was extremely rushy and made it sound like he was too busy to deal with me.
We had an appointment at the Genius Bar today 03/18) and got help from Marcus. He was very helpful and conversational. We were laughing the whole time and left with a phone that wasn’t broken!
This store and employees dont care at all. left my phone to be repaired they never sent it out never emailed and the tech lied to me about everything that could be done. Apple Care is a joke stay out of Apple.
Bad experience. Someone was supposed to deliver my items. I waited for them in front of my house, they NEVER showed up and then they sent me an email saying that the delivery was attempted but they were unable to deliver it. When I was right outside waiting for them the whole time. Sounds like a lazy driver who didn’t want to do their job properly. I wouldn’t recommend using same day delivery from this location.

I cracked the screen on my brand new iPhone and easily made an appointment to see the Genius Bar on apple.com. My wait time was minimal and Maddie was able to see me pretty much right away. Because the iPhone 12 Pro Max is so new, they did not yet have the appropriate equipment in their store to replace the screen on my phone so instead they swapped out my phone for a brand new one at no cost to me (under AppleCare). I was blown away by this and deeply appreciate the stellar customer service. I’m an Apple customer for life! Thank you Maddie and the rest of the Apple Flatirons team for the great experience.
The Geniuses were unable to get into my computer using the password I provided. It took them over a week to realize they just needed to type it in correctly. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went there to buy a new ipad. It was obvious the “technician” didn’t know what he was doing, so we asked for the store manager. We had to ask to speak to the manager three times before the “technician” would get him. The “manager” actually told me the appointments were not for buying Apple products; they were meant for technical issues only. The Apple website says you can make appointments to “shop with a specialist,” so I think he was just trying to get rid of me. He was rude and condescending. I ended up leaving without buying anything. I went to Park Meadows instead. The technician was great, very knowledgeable. I got my new ipad and he helped me transfer data from my old one to the new one.

Flatiron Apple Store won’t take my money. I went to buy my wife the Apple Watch 6 and was told an hr prior to closing I was welcome to browse but there were no slots for me to buy anything. I already confirmed the watch was in stock and was $529 and was told I was welcome to set up a time and come back another day. The woman had no interest in hearing me out. It was frustrating and a new experience for me. I have not ever had a company tell me I could shop, but not buy… strange. Ohhhh well I will buy from another store.

Came here on 10/22 in desperation for them to replace my lemon iPhone 11. I told them i need it for work this week and can’t be without a working phone due to the high nature of the work I do. Their manager Aaron literally told his employee to tell me no as I watched him tell the employee no. He wouldn’t even come up to me. After begging for them to reconsider, the poor employee that Aaron gave an order too still told me no. Aaron wouldn’t come tell me himself. He had his employee relay the bad news. They could have helped me but decided not to. I went to apple in Boulder and their manager Wesley and jef heard what I had to say and fixed my phone within the hour.Update 10/23: I am updating this from a 1 star to a 3 star after speaking to Stephanie; their store leader. She was very kind and understanding of my experience. Very professional, caring and really listened to my concerns. She was able to ensure me that future customers won’t go through the same experience I had. Thank you Stephanie. You are a great leader of the apple team.
This has got to be one of the busiest stores at the Flatirons Mall but it is Apple. I never walk past this store and not see at least 3 people waiting outside in line and of course no less than 3 security guards as well. As per Covid 19 services offered such as Apple care are by appointment only and even purchasing product or picking up an online order must be checked in and waited in line until called by the team. I personally am a Samsung User and love my phone, but for all the Apple Users out there I highly recommend coming here for all your Apppe needs 🍎
It was an ok store, the displays were all set up and stuff. But the specialists who showed me around knew nothing about the products they were selling. I knew how to operate key features and I dont even own the products while they didnt.

Jan 2021 - I took my MacBook Pro in for keyboard issues that ended up being a defect that was repaired for free. They did an awesome job on the repair and I was only without my laptop for 2 days. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The wait at the store was short and they employed Covid protocols. Great experience!
Not sure why Apple keeps this one open. It appears the Apple stores are merely a display case. If you are looking to purchase a product the wait is longer than ordering online?

This store has always had terrible customer service. Rude, arrogant, self interested instore apple workers. I was told in writing to come now and pickup my online order. Now was what I was emailed and texted. I ende up as a 64 year old sitting on the ground outside the store for 45 minutes while 16 store workers sat around staring at their phones checking Facebook I assume. The Boulder and Cherry Creek stores are 1000x better.
Mixed feelings. Why are u gunna send me an email saying my iPhones ready to be picked up and still be closed? Update your store times on google to reflect actual opening time.

The service of my iphone xs required a reset to the factory specifications. It was covered by my warranty. Then when I received it today and follow the instructions that the person who was returning it to me was that I needed to be on Wi-Fi to download my previous apps and specifications. So I got home reconnected to my Wi-Fi, supposedly, but the screen on my refurbished iPhone was so big that I phone dial would not fit on my phone nor the instructions to set it back up. If the person who returned it to me guided me through the first sections I might’ve been able to do it. It looked like it was the factory set up for an iPad not an iPhone. Now I have to return it again to the store.

Best customer service and Genius Bar ever! Solved my problem and did it with a smile...guards out front were a little weird, but as long as you told them you were in the right place, they left you alone after a min. Will never take or buy anything at another apple store...Anywhere!

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a while. The lady that we spoke to was extremely rude. My experience with Apple because of that lady was so bad that I am going to personally switch all of my devices to Windows and Samsung. I dont know why I expected anything more from Apple.
Ignore the website saying they allow walk-ins. You’ll waste your time and they won’t care. Make an appointment and only come 5mins before hand. They need to change their website.

Lies, Lies, and more LiesI brought my laptop in with an appointment to the genius bar for a battery replacement on February 5th. Was told they would send it out to a repair center and I would have it back by the 9th. After no communication and not being able to call the store Apple put me in touch with someone there who told me I would have it back in a day or two as they were working on it. They needed to send it for repair by ground instead of overnight. In two more days I still had no communications and again contacted the store. This time I asked for a tracking number from FedX. By checking the tracking number I now found out they didn’t even send it out until the day I was supposed to get it back! It sat in their store for five days before they sent it. When I again called them on their lie I asked if they could compensate me in some way I was told they would sell me their least expensive computer for $1000. What an insult! I also asked why it took five days for them to send it out they told me FedX doesn’t pick up everyday. (Lie #3)The repair center sent me communications that they were working on it and shipped it out again by truck and now there’s a snow storm and it’s stuck in Memphis according to FEDX Tracking.Had I known that the repair would take this long I would have not left it.If you ever want to see your computer again do not take it to this Apple store.I really wish Apple Corporate would read this reveiw.

The young guy working the front told me I couldnt buy an airpod because I made an appointment for the genius bar and not an appointment to buy something. I went ahead and waiting for the wrong appointment anyways which took about 10-15 minutes in line. Then they literally have you wait until they can match you with a genius that looks more similar to you even if you checked in before the person behind you in lineThe genius bar girl was great but the whole experience was frankly stupid. They were very nice, but they ruined my $4,500 MacBook Pro with a $350 battery repair that ruined the keyboard and trackpad. When I brought it back, they said theyd redo the repairs for free, but I found out later that they only changed out a wire. My computer is an expensive paperweight, and I am LIVID because I cant even buy a replacement (I hate the touchbar, and this was the very last generation of MacBook Pro without it). I cant recommend strongly enough that you NEVER TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE.

This location is a joke. i dropped my laptop off (four days out of warranty) to the genius bar due to a reoccurring battery issue that apple hasnt been able to find in the past. finally they were able to find the issue but wanted to charge me a $200 repair fee after telling me this would be covered under apple care since it has been a reoccurring issue. every time i spoke with this location about the repair, i was told something different about the charge.thank you to duffy, brian, rebecca, and maddie at this location but my god, please be more attentive to the notes you take & read them before speaking to customers. going back and forth between telling me i will be charged $200 and apple care will cover it is ridiculous especially during the holidays & with the pandemic.

We went to buy an iPad. We were told we could not come into the store. When I called they said it was “Apple policy” to be rude, not let customers in to store, and not let them buy anything.
Came to try and reconcile an issue I had with an online support lack of follow up, manager told me “I sounded like I was lying” - lucky their phone systems have gotten better and my issue was resolved promptly. Super tacky.

This was a horrible experience. I set up an appointment today to go in and have my MacBook looked at. I sat there for 20 min after my appointment time and they were bad mouthing all of there other coworkers and they were actively bad mouthing there customers. I was told I didn’t know what I was saying and that they were just going to send it in for the screen to be replaced( it had a small chip in the screen from almost 8 months ago.) Even though it just started to flicker and not be readable early this week 8/18/20. They added charges I wasn’t sure why they were adding them, so when I asked exactly why they were charging me for them they just said because of the damage. They were not explaining what part of there apple care policy actually says they need to charge them. I had to google the charges on the internet in front of my Apple care tech. When I called my husband they said they wouldn’t talk to him since he wasn’t in the store and I said he needs to know why I’m spending money when it should be covered under my Apple care plan. Then he said it again, that he was not going to talk to him unless he was in the store and walked away from me !I WOULD NOT ever use this Apple store ever again. This was a horrible experience and the worst customer service I have ever received in my life!
I came in to the store today and is treated very rude by the associate named Hannah. I ask a question and I guess because I didnt have the right terminology, she just rolled her eyes and said we dont have that and was dismissed. Thats not how you treat a customer.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. I called the store and was routed to someone who was working from home. I told him I wanted to buy an Apple Watch and just wanted to confirm that the store had them in inventory and I could go in and buy one. He said no problem that they have them. I went to the store with an hour left before they closed and said I wanted to buy a watch. The lady at the front asked if I had an appointment and that I couldn’t buy the watch without one. I told her that I called beforehand and an appointment was never mentioned. I asked if I could just purchase the watch since they had an hour left before closing. She said no but that they’d be happy to schedule an appointment for me to come back another day. I called customer service hoping to resolve the issue and was on hold for an hour and a half. See photo. The solution the customer service rep suggested was that he could place the order online and I could go back to the store and pick it up another day. worst customer experience ever. I would never have expected this type of service from Apple and I will never go back to this store.

This place is awesome and deserves credit for EXCEPTIONAL customer service! My boyfriend and I have been to this location 4-5 times and the staff have always been incredibly friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We always enjoy our visit to this Apple store because of the positive and fun atmosphere the staff create. Thank you for helping us have great experiences, we will be back!

Great apple store
I took my new 11 pro max in to get the camera looked at. It has a weird glitch where it won’t focus. I have Applecare+, and so everything is covered under warranty. Long story short, waited 2 hours while they “service” my device, only to come back to pick up my device that has not been repaired at all, and is now actually damaged. I am told one of the screws in the bottom of the device is stripped out and so they cannot touch it. Understandable, if I was tampering with the device. That’s not the case at all. This is a new phone that I’ve never had any problems with, never taken it in for any kind of repair until this. So the only way this makes sense is if the tech in the back stripped the screw out. It definitely wasn’t like this when I dropped it off. But it’s he said, she said now right? Yeah. Instead of owning up to it, now it’s a new problem that I am being forced to deal with. None of the insurances that I pay monthly on, both through Apple, and through T-Mobile cover this now... something that I didn’t even do, but I get the shaft. They say to file a claim through asurion with T-Mobile. So now I’m going to have to pay a deductible through them which will probably be $200.00 and get a whole new phone. I don’t want a new phone! Even if the new phone was free, I DONT WANT A NEW PHONE! I want the tech to own his mistake and get the screw out without damaging my phone even further, and so he can replace my cameras and I can be on my way. Literally what I pay monthly for. AppleCare+..... not AppleDontCare-.

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever experienced. Before I went into the store, I had ALREADY purchased the phone online, so all I needed to do was pick up the actual phone. I ended up spending three hours at the store, after driving an hour just to get there. Purchasing my car took half the time to pick up a phone that I had already purchased. To give them credit everyone there was nice (as FIVE people had to help me) and I understand problems occur, but this was ridiculous and no one knew what they were doing. I have had an iPhone since the iPhone 4 came out and this was easily by far my worst experience. I had already applied and been approved for an upgrade and to do a loan, I had to reapply, an additional $115 was charged to my account that will be refunded within 30 days. All of this time and money wasted because they had no idea what was going on. Either the system is flawed, or the training is flawed. Completely ridiculous and I will not be back
DeAnna (the store manager at this location) does an exceptional Job. This business could be the poster child for how to manage business during a pandemic. While at first it seemed a little over the top, in the end I felt it was right. I left feeling very sure I had a safe COVID free experience.That aside, I had a difficult situation with an XS Max that was 40 days out of warranty. In the end DeAnna did her magic. What started as a 1 star review ended as a 5 star review due to her efforts.Apple Inc. I hope you are listening, talent like this is a rare find. Thanks DeAnna for all your efforts.
Was fun place to stop before COVID garbage
Spent 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone in the store about upgrading my phone. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they could not answer any of my questions. The guy actually told me to look online for the information to the questions I was asking. So much for customer service. I will no longer be upgrading my phone. Dont waste your time with this store.
